Eine Feenkarte

Hallo Ihr Lieben!

Hello everyone!
Today I want to show you the second card I made for the Vildastamps Blog this month. And for this one I stepped out of my comfort zone and made a card that is "not like the cards I ususally do". But those cute fairies were just screaming for it....

My card is made from 4 layers of cardstock. I've drawn circles, that get smaller each time, before stamping different stamps from the stamp sets Fantasy 1 V856 and Fantasy 2 V857 and also the lower grass from the Grass Kit V436. Then I've cut out the circles, cutting around the stamped images. Then I did the background using Distress Inks - and then messed it all up with the last step. I wanted to add a few white speckles on the top layer so they'd look like stars. My paint didn't agree with me and so I ended up  with a lot of thick splotches and trying to wipe it away only made it worse. But the card was too much work to throw it away and so I'm just saying "that's how I planned it". ;)
Then I used 3D tape to put everything together and glued it onto a dark blue card base.
The fairy is also added with 3D tape - and of course she needed some glitter on her wings!

And here you get a better look of how the card is assembled.
