Und noch ein Werk für die Card Design Superstar Challenge

Hallo Ihr Lieben!

Hello everyone!
Today I am sharing another project I made for the Card Design Superstar Challenge over at MFT. This one is for the Coloring Virtuoso category. It's a card in a box, made from clear acetate.

Since I wasn't sure how good those colored in images could be seen on the picture - those card in a box are sometimes hard to take a picture of - I took one of the colored images before putting them onto my card.

I went with the No-Line Technique again. That made it easy to make the Yetis' fur look fluffy. The bear looks quite small next to the Yetis, but since they say Yetis are really big I think that's a fit.
The fish were colored with tiny dots to  get the impression that their scales are glimmering.
Of those Yetis only one made it onto the card and I added a bucket of fish that isn't on the picture.

Jetzt aber mehr zu meiner Karte:

Now more about my card:

I've glued some blue cardstock onto the back panel of the card and added two of the Snow-Capped Mountains to it. I also used white acrylic paint mixed with water to sprinkle some snowflakes onto this panel.
The other layers are decorated with an iceberg, an Yeti, one of the Bitty Bears and the bucket of fish. For the ground I used the Stitched Snow Drift dies to cut a few strips and then arranged them onto the panels.
The saying is from the Polar Bear Pals stamp set and glued to one of the side parts of my card.

Here you get a better look at the different layers. And here you can also see that I've built the iceberg 3D. Therefor I've die cut it three times, cut them at the embossed lines and glued on top of each other. Before I did so I used some light blue ink to ink up the edges.

And since my box is transparent I was able to also decorate the bottom part of my card. Therefor I've colored in different water plants ans fish from the Mermaizing stampm set and glued them directly onto the layers inside the box. With a white gelly marker I've added a few little bubbles onto each layer.
I know, the fish is usually from regions with warmer water but he wanted to cool down a bit and so he went on a vacation in the Antarctic.
For the sand/sea ground I used the Stitched Snow Drifts again, cutting them from light brown cardstock this time.
