Mal eine non-cute Karte

Hallo Ihr Lieben!

Hello everyone!
Over at the Stamping-Fairies Blog I am sharing this quite simple card that turned out more non-cute. But I like to make those every now and then.

I matted a piece of white cardstock with black cardstock. From the center of the white cardstock I had die cut the Hello text. Then I used the Distressed Patterns stamp set to stamp the speckles across the die cut words.
Under the die cut hello I've put a strip of black cardstock on which I've stamped one of the texts from the Anything but Basic Friendship stamp set and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.

The white cardstock is put onto watercolor cardstock with dimensional tape. Before I've glued it together I've stamped flowers and leaves from the Fancy Flowers stamp set onto the cardstock and also heat embossed it with white powder. Then I've used Distress Ink Scattered Straw, Tumbled Glass and Peacock Feathers to color the flowers in and used Iced Spruce around them.
Over the colored flowers I've applied a layer of glitter spray. It not only adds a hint of sprakle but also made the colored areas look a bit speckled but I like the look on this card.
After putting the layers together you can now see parts of the flowers through the die cut letters.
