Stempeleinmaleins - Ausgabe vom 8. Januar 2011

Happy saturday to all of you! So, how was your first week of 2011? My girls and husband were at home the whole week and so we had some family time. But when I knew that this week´s tutorial at Stempeleinmaleins is about how to make a Side Step Card I just had to have a break from the holidays because I never made one of those before.

Matching the image by Sugar Nellie I stamped the bubbles by Magnolia on a transparency sheet and covered it with Stickles. Saying is computer generated, name cut with my Cricut.

Here´s another view of the card:

With the colors red, pink and white used my card fits the challenge at Colour Create.

With all the different materials used here the card also machtes the "tons of texture" challenge at Saturday Challenge.

And at Simon Says the theme is "new beginnings"... Since I made this card for a friend that is due in march with a baby girl this fits in perfectly.
