Auf dem Noor!Design UK Blog zeige ich heute eine weitere Weihnachtskarte, auch diesmal wieder "cute".
Im Winter ist es ja immer schwer, mit dem Basteln so rechtzeitig fertig zu werden, dass noch genug Tageslicht fürs Foto da ist. Darum habe ich mir ein kleines Fotozelt gekauft. Die Ausleuchtung ist gut, aber an den anderen Look muss ich mich doch erst gewöhnen...

Over at the Noor!Design UK Blog I am sharing another christmas card today, and after the tag I made for our current challenge I went cute again this time.
In winter it's always hard to get ready in time with what your working at to have enough daylight left for a good picture. So I bought myself a small photo tend. The light is great, but I really need to get used to the different look my pictures have...
Für diese Karte habe ich im Hintergrund eines der Papiere von Pion Design verwendet. Ich habe es so zugeschnitten, dass man die schönen Schneeflocken, die nur in der Ecke aufgedruckt sind, ein wenig sehen kann. Das tolle Papier mit den Herzen ist ebenfalls von Pion Design - und für das rote Rechteck habe ich das Herzenpapier umgedreht.
Quer über die Karte habe ich die Landscape von Joycrafts gesetzt. Sie war etwas zu kurz, aber ich habe sie geteilt und die fehlende Stelle unter dem Motiv versteckt.
For this card I used one of the papers by Pion Design in the background. I've cut it so the printed on snowflakes, that are only printed to the corner, can be seen a bit. Also the paper with the hearts is by Pion Design - and the red rectangle was cut from the same paper, using the backside here.
Across the card I've put the Landscape by Joycrafts. It was a bit too short but I've cut it apart and have hidden the missing piece underneath the image.
Die beiden Füchse von Wild Rose Studio sind aber auch zu goldig! Zuerst hatte ich etwas Angst, dass das rot-orange-braun der Füchse sich mit dem Rot auf der Karte beißen würde. Aber das tut es nicht, finde ich.
Those two foxes by Wild Rose Studio are real cuties! First I was afraid the reddish and orange-ish brown I used to color them in would not go good with the red on my card. But I think it does.
Links neben dem Motiv habe ich die Pine Trees gesetzt. Die habe ich aus Wellpappe ausgestanzt und mit weißem Gesso beschneit. Das habe ich auch an den Rändern der Papiere verwedet. Und darunter habe ich noch eines der Tags aus dem Tags Papier von Pion Design geschoben. Ein wenig grün musste auf die Karte, da ja im Motiv auch ein wenig davon ist.
Seht Ihr den kleinen Hirsch-Charm? Der passte hier so schön... Dafür habe ich die Christmas Charms Stanze von Joycrafts verwendet.
To the left of the image I've put the pine trees. They've been cut from corugated paper and I used white Gesso to add some snow. I also used the Gesso on the edges of my papers. Underneath the pines I've tucked in one of the tags from the Tags paper by Pion Design. I just needed a hint of green on my card since there is a little bit of it in the image as well.
Can you see the little deer head? It fits so great here... I used the Christmas Charms die by Joycrafts here.
Und unten rechts war noch Platz für ein wenig Deko. Ich habe hier einen der Mistelzweige aus Chipboard aufgeklebt, dazu kam ein kleinen Tannenzapfen und eine zarte Stoffblüte. Die habe ich aus der Gwendoline-Spitze ausgeschnitten... ;)
And at the bottom right there was some room for decorations. I've used one of the chipboard mistletoes here, added a little pinecone and a delicate flower from fabric. This was simply cut from the Gwendoline lace... ;)
