Ich bin ja eine bekennende Cat Lady, aber ich hatte da diese Idee im Kopf... Entstanden ist danach diese Box, die ich heute auf dem Kulricke Blog zeige. Ich habe dafür die Matchbox 2 Stanze in grün/weiß gestanzt und dekoriert.

I am a cat lady. But I had that idea in mind... So I made this box that I am sharing over at the Kulricke Blog today. I used the matchbox 2 die to cut the box from white and green cardstock and then added my decorations.
Oben auf der Box ist eine Lage Designpapier von Reprint. Dann habe ich Sally Sit coloriert und ausgeschnitten. Als Deko habe ich den Busch aus dem Kaktus Set sowie die kleine Blume aus dem Pinguin Hippie Stempelset verwendet. Und passend zu meiner Idee - für die ich Euch ein Video gedreht habe - kam dann noch der "schön, dass Du da bist" Text aus dem Stempelset Freundschaft aufgeklebt.
On top of the box I've put a layer of designer's paper by Reprint. Then I colored and cut out the cute Sally Sit stamp. For decorations I went with the bush from the Kaktus stamp set and the small flower from the Pinguin Hippie stamp set. And matching my idea - of which I've made a video for you - I also added a "so nice that you're here" saying.
Da die Seitenteile der Box so zu nackig waren, habe ich hier jeweils noch einen der Texte aus dem Stempelset Glück 3 direkt auf die Box gestempelt.
Since the long sides of the box looked too plain I've stamped a "with you the world is a better place" text directly onto the box.
So, und nun aber zu meiner Idee: auch als Katzenliebhaber finde ich es einfach zu schön, wie sehr sich Hunde freuen, wenn man kommt - und dann wild mit dem Schwanz hin und her wedeln. Das wollte ich unbedingt auf der Box unterbringen. Und das sieht dann so aus:
And now to the idea that made me make this box: even as a cat lover I just love how happy dogs are when someone comes to visit - and how they wag their tails then. That's something I wanted to get on my box. And it looks like this:
Wenn man den "Hebel" links an der Box bewegt, freut sich Sally - und wedelt mit dem Schwanz, wie es sich für einen Hund gehört. Die Farbqualität in dem Video ist nicht so doll, aber man kann den Effekt erkennen.
