Der Card Design Superstar Contest von MFT fand soeben wieder statt. Ich war letztes Jahr ja einer der glücklichen Gewinner dort. Ich bin sicher, dass sie auch darauf achten, nicht dieselben Teilnehmer nochmal zu küren, aber einfach weil es so viel Spaß gemacht hatte, habe ich wieder teilgenommen. Diese Karte hier ist für die Kategorie "Innovation Master" entstanden, in der es um alles Interaktive geht. Und ja, vielleicht habe ich es ein wenig übertrieben.

MFT's Card Design Superstar Contest was held just reciently again. Last year I've been one of the lucky winners. I guess they make sure not to pick the same winners again, but it was just too much fun to not join again, just for the fun of it. This is the card I made for the "innovation master" category that is about all things interactive. And yes, maybe I went a little overboard here.
Man darf nur Aritkel von MFT verwenden - plus einfarbigen Cardstock oder Tinte jeder beliebigen Firma. Ich habe den Hintergrund mit Distress Oxide gewischt und mit weißer Acrylfarbe die Sterne aufgetupft. Das tolle Haus ist aus einem leider nicht mehr erhältlichen Stanzenset, der Baum ist per Hand geschnitten. Mit der Grassy Hills Stanze habe ich den Boden gemacht. Und der süße Fuchs und der Waschbär sind aus dem Set Frightfully Sweet - wie auch der Text.
You're only allowed to use products by MFT - except for plain cardstock and ink that can be any brand. Here I've created the background using Distress Oxide and added the stars with some white acrylic paint. The great house is from a retired die set, the tree was cut by hand. For the grounds I've used the Grassy Hills die set, the cute fox and racoon are from the Frightfully Sweet stamp set - as is the saying.

Zu viel des Interaktiven? Aber ich konnte mich einfach nicht entscheiden. Ich hatte ja das Einhornbuch zum Geburtstag meiner kleinen Nichte gemacht und kann mich zu gut daran erinnern, wie sehr es ihr gefallen hat. Und das wird dann ihre Halloweenkarte.
Too much of the "innovation"? I just couldn't decide to leave one out. I've made that unicorn book for my niece's birthday back in may and remembered how much she loves it. So this is going to be her halloween card.
Hier sieht man die süße Spinne, wie sie gerade auf dem Weg zu den Süßigkeiten ist. Sie ist aus dem Set Fa-BOO-Lous Friends gekrabbelt und ich habe ihr unterschiedlich große Wackelaugen aufgeklebt.
Auch das Gespenst, das hinter dem Baum hervorkommt, kann man hier sehen. Für die beiden Slider Elemente habe ich die Double Slider Loop Slots Stanzen benutzt.
Und auch die erleuchteten Fenster im Haus kann man hier nochmal sehen.
Here you can see the little spider thief on the way to the candies. It's been crawling out from the Fa-BOO-Lous Friends stamp set and I've replaced the stamped eyes with two different sized googly eyes.
Also the ghost that comes from the tree can be seen on the picture. For both of the slider elements I've used the Double Slider Loop Slots dies.
And also the lit up windows in the old witch's house are visible in the photo.
Und hier ist noch das kleine Eichhörnchen, das auch so gerne jemanden erschrecken möchte. Es probiert es mit einem BOO-Schild. Für das Fenster habe ich eines der Stitched Triple Peek-a-Boo Windows etwa zur Hälfte aus dem Baum ausgestanzt. Eigentlich hatte ich hier was anderes vor, der Baum war aber zu flach. Also durfte das Eichhörnchen mit Schild einziehen.
And here's the little squirrel that so wishes to be able to scare someone on Halloween. It's trying to do so by holding a BOO sign. For the "door" here I've used one of the Stitched Triple Peek-a-Boo Windows dies and cut about half of it from the tree trunk. I had something else planned here but my card wasn't high enough for it. So this little cutie came to the rescue.
