Hallo Ihr Lieben!
Heute habe ich mal eine fröhlich-bunte Karte mit vielen kleinen Enten zu zeigen. Die kleinen gelben Freunde aus dem Purrfect Friends Stempelset von MFT boten sich geradezu für eine Freundschafts-Karte in der Art an.

Today I have this colorful and happy card with lots of ducks to share. Those cute feathered friends from the Purrfect Friends stamp set by MFT are just perfect to be used on a friendship card like this.
Auf ein weißes Stück Cardstock habe ich mit der Clouds Stencil und Distress Oxide Tumbled Glass die Wolken aufgewischt - diesmal bewusst anders herum, also so, dass die Wolken oben am Himmel hängen und nicht von unten nach oben "wachsen". So war noch genug Platz für einen breiteren Streifen blauen Himmels.
Den Rand des Cardstocks habe ich vor dem Wischen abgeklebt, so blieb rundherum ein weißer Rand stehen.
Später habe ich den Cardstock hellblau gemattet und auf eine weiße Kartenbasis geklebt.
I've used the Clouds Stencil and Distress Oxide Tumbled Glass to add the clouds to a piece of white cardstock - this time I've chosen to add the clouds the other way around. Now they are at the top of the sky and don't "grow" from the horizont. That left me enough room to leave a broader strip of blue skies.
Before adding the clouds I've covered the edges of the carstock to recieve a white frame.
Later on I've matted this piece of cardstock with light blue cardstock and glued it onto a white card base.
Aus dem Wolkenhintergrund habe ich das Big Hello von MFT ausgestanzt, dann habe ich es noch dreimal aus weißem Cardstock gestanzt. Damit habe ich die Buchstaben mit den Wolken hinterlegt und anschließend wieder an ihren angestammten Platz geklebt.
Vor die Buchstaben habe ich dann eine Grasbordüre, gemacht mit einer der Grassy Hill Edges, mit 3D Tape aufgeklebt. So steht das Hello im grünen Gras.
Die süßen Enten und Schmetterlinge sind mit Copics coloriert, ausgeschnitten und auf der Karte verteilt. Dem Entchen ganz links ist offenbar der Drachen ausgekommen - aber zum Glück fliegt einer der Freunde schon zur Rettung heran.
Und weil der Text so schön passte, habe ich hier noch einen der Texte aus dem Set Anything but Basic Friendship Stempelset auf das Gras geklebt. Eigentlich steht darüber noch eine Zeile mit "we're more than friends.". Aber dadurch wirkte der Text zu wuchtig, so dass ich nur die untere Zeile aufgeklebt habe. Passt auch so, finde ich.
Out of the cloud background I've die cut the Big Hello Die by MFT, then cut it three more times out of white cardstock. I've stacked those white letters, glued the ones with the clouds on top of them and then glued everthing back in place.
In front of the letters I've added a grass border, made using one of the Grassy Hills Edges and glued onto the card with dimensionals. Now the Hello is standing in the green grass.
The cute duckies and butterflies are colored with Copics, cut out and then glued onto the card. Seems like the duck on the very left let his kite fly away - but luckily one of his friends is already flying to the rescue.
And since the saying fit that great I've added one of the texts from the Anything but Basic Friendship stamp set to the grass. Originally there's another line saying "we're more than friends". But those two lines were just too high and so I've decided to only go with the lower line. I think it still fits.
