Heute zeige ich ein weiteres Werk auf dem Stampcorner-Blog. Und diesmal habe ich eine Karte, die ganz ohne gestempeltes Motiv auskommt, gemacht. Aber der tolle Text sollte für sich wirken.

Today I'm sharing another card over at the Stampcorner Blog. This time I've made a card without any stamped image. Instead I wanted the great saying to be shown properly.
Man kann es an den Tabs seitlich schon erahnen - auf meiner Karte tut sich mal wieder was. Aber der Text hat mich einfach inspiriert.
Den Himmel habe ich mit Distress Ink Tumbled Glass eingefärbt. Die Wolken sind ausgestanzt und mit Distress Ink Hickory Smoke ebenfalls ein wenig gewischt. Sie sollte wie etwas schwerere Wolken aussehen.
Und weil doch irgendetwas auf der Karte fehlte, habe ich quer vor den Wolken noch einen Drachen aufgeklebt. Der Drachen ist von LawnFawn. Die Drachenschnüre im Set waren mir zu kurz, darum habe ich einfach eine Aufhängeschnur einer Weihnachtskugelstanze von Magnolia verwendet.
Der tolle Text ist einfach mit schwarzer Tinte direkt auf den gewischten Hintergrund gestempelt.
You can already tell from the tabs on both sides of this card that it's an interactive card again. But the saying, that means "there's sunshine behind every cloud", just inspired me.
The sky was made with Distress Ink Tumbled Glass. The clouds are die cut and I've used Distress Ink Hickory Smoke to add a grey touch to their bottom. I wanted them to look a bit like rain clouds.
Since I felt like something is missing, I've decided to put a kite across the clouds. The kite die is by LawnFawn. The strings that come with the kite were too short for my card. So I've simply used the string attached to a christmas ornament by Magnolia.
The saying is stamped directly onto the inked background.

Ich habe eine ausgestanzte Sonne hinter den Wolken versteckt und diesen Bereich mit Distress Ink Squeezed Lemonade gewischt.
Ich habe auch ein Video für Euch. Sorry, das gleichzeitige Ziehen hat hier beim Filmen nicht so recht funktioniert, da ich die Karte ja auch noch auf dem Tisch halten musste. Darum verziehen sich die Wolken eben nacheinander:

I've hidden a die cut sun behind the clouds and inked the area around it with Distress Ink Squeezed Lemonade.
I've also taken a video. Sorry, but pulling both tabs at once didn't work when I did the video since I also had to keep the card in place. So they move one after the other:
Und hier nochmal eine Nahaufnahme von der Karte mit beiseite geschobenen Wolken. Für die Karte habe ich die Double Slider Loop Slots von MFT verwendet. Da sich die Wolken ja in beide Richtungen bewegen sollten, habe ich den Folienstreifen längs halbiert. Am unteren ist die große Wolke befestigt, am oberen - mit Hilfe eines weiteren Stückes festerer Folie und einem Stück 3D Tape - die kleinere Wolke. So können sie übereinander gleiten.
And here's a close up of the card with the clouds moved to the sides. For the mechanism I've used the Double Slider Loop Slots by MFT. Since the clouds needed to move in opposite directions I've cut the foil strip in half lengthwise. The bigger cloud is attached to the lower part of the strip, the smaller one to the upper part - using a piece of heavier transparency and a dimensional to make the clouds able to move over each other.
