Von Mama Elephant kam vor kurzem ein tolles Stempelset zum Thema Weltall heraus - das musste ich haben! Und damit ist diese Karte entstanden.

Mama Elephant came out with a great space themed stamp set recently - and I had to have it! I've used it on this card for the first time.
Ich habe hier eine Slimeline Card gemacht - den Platz nach oben brauchte ich auch dringend.
Den Hintergrund habe ich mit Distress Oxide Blueprint Sketch und Chipped Sapphire auf schwarzen Cardstock gewischt und mit goldener Aquarellfarbe Sterne aufgespritzt.
Für die Stadt-Skyline habe ich die City Blocks Stanze von MFT und die Super 2 Stanze von Paper Smooches benutzt. Die Häuse sind ebenfalls aus schwarzem Cardstock gestanzt, teilweise mehrfach, und übereinander geklebt. Damit es nicht nur eine schwarze Masse ergibt, habe ich die Ränder ein wenig mit weißem Versacraft gewischt.
Vor die Häuser habe ich noch einen schwarzen Hügel, gestanzt mit einer der Stitched Snow Drift Stanzen von MFT, aufgeklebt und deren obere Kante ebenfalls weiß gewischt.

For the background I've inked up some black cardstock with Distress Oxide Blueprint Sketch and Chipped Sapphire and added golden stars by spritzing some golden watercolor paint over the cardstock.
For the skyline I've used the City Blocks die by MFT and the Super 2 die by Paper Smooches. I've die cut them, some even more often than once, from black cardstock and stacked them on top of each other. To not end up with one black mass I've used my white Versacraft ink pad to add some white to the edges.
Under the houses I've added a black hill, cut with one of the Stitched Snow Drifts dies by MFT, and also inked up the top edge.

Hinter der Stadt steigt ein Ufo auf! Außerdem fliegt die kleine Astronautenkatze schwerelos im All.
Für die Karte habe ich nochmal die Technik verwendet, die wir Euch letzten Samstag beim Stempeleinmaleins gezeigt haben.
Well, such a long card wouldn't make much sense just as it is - but when you see the animated GIF it suddenly does.
There's a UFO coming up from the behind the city! Also the little cat astronaut is floating in space. Guess it's a fun thing to do with the zero G up there. I've used the same technique here that we've shared in our tutorial over at Stempeleinmaleins last saturday.
Hier ist mal die komplette Karte mit UFO. Alle Motive sind aus dem Little Agenda Spaceship Stempelset von Mama Elephant. Beim Mond habe ich das Gesicht nicht mitgestempelt, der gefiel mir ohne besser. Alles ist mit Copics coloriert, UFO und Rakete habe ich außerdem mit leicht verdünntem Pixie Dust von Ink on 3 überzogeng, damit sie schön metallisch schimmern. Die kleinen Tierchen - im Set sind noch mehr enthalten - sind einzelne Stempel und können individuell in die diversen Raumfahrzeuge gestempelt werden.
Für die im All schwebende Katze habe ich einen Kreis in den Himmel gestanzt, hinter der Katze befinden sich zwei größere Kreise aus Cardstock, zwischen denen ein kleineres rundes 3D Pad klebt. So kann sie sich im Radius des ausgestanzten Kreises frei bewegen.
Here's the complete card with the UFO visible. All images are from the Little Agenda Spaceship stamp set by Mama Elephant. I wiped off the face from the moon before stamping it since I liked it better without. All images are colored with Copics, I've also added a layer of Pixie Dust by Ink on 3, mixed with a bit of water, to the UFO and the rocket. Now they have a nice metallic shimmer. By the way, the animals are individual stamps - there are more in the set than the ones I've used here - and can be stamped combined with the different spacecrafts.
To make the cat astronaut float in space I've punched a circle from my background. I've glued two larger circles behind the cat and put a smaller round dimensional between them. Now it can move freely within die radius of the punched out circle.
Unten auf den Hügel habe ich den Text weiß aufembosst und als Deko zuerst nur die Sterne aufgeklebt. Das war mir dann aber irgendwie zu fad und so durfte noch der Hund in der Rakete dort fliegen.
To the hill I've white heat embossed the saying and for decorations just added the three stars at first. But the lower area of the card just looked too plain just like that and so I've also added the dog in his rocket here.
