Heute darf ich wieder eine Karte auf dem Stampcorner Blog zeigen. Und diesmal bin ich "fremdgegangen". Ich habe zwar noch eine Karte mit den Oktober-Neuheiten fertig, die muss aber warten. Denn die tollen Stempel aus dem neuen Release von LawnFawn wollten auch eingeweiht werden. Und so zeige ich Euch heute diese Herbstkarte.

Today it's my turn to post over at the Stampcorner Blog. And this time I didn't use one of Stampcorner's own stamp sets. I have another card with one of the sets from their october release ready, but this one has to wait until next week. Because the great stamps from LawnFawn's new release wanted to be inked up as well. And so I'm sharing this fall card with you today.
Ich habe hier den Stitched Windy Backdrop von LawnFawn für den Hintegrund verwendet. Eigentlich hatte ich die Karte ein wenig anders geplant, aber dieser Hintergrund ist im Querformat - schließlich sollen die Windschnörkel nicht von oben nach unten verlaufen. Und so musste ich meine Idee ein wenig anpassen.
Ich habe den gestanzten Hintergrund mit Distress Oxide Dried Marigold, Victorian Velvet und Aged Mahogany gewischt, dann ein paar Wassertropfen sowie kleine Sprenkel mit weißer Acrylfarbe und goldener Schimmer-Watercolor darauf verteilt.
Für den Rahmen habe ich den tollen neuen Fall Leaves Backdrop benutzt. Ich habe ihn aus weißem Cardstock gestanzt und dann die einzelnen Blätter mit Copics coloriert. Anschließend habe ich einen der Stitched Rectangle Frames, gestanzt aus braunem Cardstock, als Abschluss obenauf geklebt.
Den Rahmen habe ich dann mit 3D Tape auf den Hintergrund geklebt.
Oben rechts auf meiner Karte habe ich den Text untergebracht - so ganz ohne wollte ich die Karte nicht lassen. Dafür habe ich Stempel aus den Sets You Autumn Know und Scripty Autumn Sentiments kombiniert und mit weißem Embossingpulver auf roten Cardstock embosst.
Here I used the Stitched Windy Backdrop die by LawnFawn for the background. I had planned a different scene, but this backdrop is a landscape one. So I changed my idea a bit - I didn't want the swirls go from top to bottom.
I inked up the die cut background with Distress Oxide Dried Marigold, Victorian Velvet and Aged Mahogany, then added some drops of water and speckles from white acrylic paint and golden metallic watercolor.
For the frame I used the beautiful new Fall Leaves Backdrop. I've die cut it from white cardstock, then used my Copics to color in the individual leaves. I die cut one of the Stitched Rectangle Frames from brown cardstock and glued that on top of the leaves frame.
Then I used foam tape to glue the frame(s) onto my background.
I added a text to the top right corner of my card - I just didn't want to leave it without any text. I used stamps from the sets You Autumn Know and Scripty Autumn Sentiments and white heat embossed them onto red cardstock.
Und hier sind ein paar kleine Mäuse, die jede Menge Spaß im Herbstwind haben!
Ich habe den Drachen aus dem Stempelset Yay, Kites! verwendet. An seiner Schnur halten sich Mäuse aus den Stempelsets You Autumn Know, Bubbles of Joy und Really High Five fest. Die arme kleine Maus schafft es gerade noch, sich am Schwanz der größeren Maus festzuhalten.
Die Motive sind alle ebenfalls mit Copics coloriert und mit dünnerem 3D Tape aufgeklebt.
Im Hintergrund habe ich noch ein paar Wolken aus den Sets Happy Village und Yay, Kites!.
Ganz zum Schluss habe ich noch ein paar kleine goldene Pailetten auf meinem Rahmen verteilt.
And here are a few little mice that are having fun in the fall wind!
I used the kite from the Yay, Kites! stamp set. The little mice, that are clinging to the line, are from the stamp sets You Autumn Know, Bubbles of Joy and Really High Five. The poor little mouse just barely makes it to hold on to the larger mouse's tail.
All images are again colored with Copics, then glued onto the card with dimensionals.
In the background I added a few clouds from the sets Happy Village and Yay, Kites!.
To finish this card I added a few small golden sequins onto the frame.
