Heute zeige ich auf dem Stampcorner Blog eine weitere Karte mit einem der Stempelsets aus dem Dezember Release. Und irgendwie scheint da jemand keine Lust auf Party zu haben....

Over on the Stampcorner Blog I am sharing another card using one of the new stamp sets from the december release. And it looks like someone isn't in a party mood...
Ich habe hier eine Platform Pop-Up Card mit der Stanze von LawnFawn gemacht. Die ist einfach klasse und super einfach zusammen zu bauen.
I made a Platform Pop-Up Card using the die LawnFawn here. I just love this die and card and it's so easy to put together.
Das Grundgerüst meiner Platform Pop-Up Card habe ich aus schwarzem Cardstock gestanzt. Statt des im Set enthaltenen Teils für den Hintergrund habe ich mit der Tall Snow Globe Stanze von MFT diesen hohen, oben abgerundeten Hintergrund am hintersten der T-Shapes angeklebt.
Die Platform habe ich mit gelb-weiß gemustertem Designpapier beklebt, den Hintergrund mit einem weißen Designpapier voller bunter Konfetti.
I cut the Platform Pop-Up pieces from black cardstock. Instead of using the backdrop that's included in the die set, I die cut this tall rounden piece using the Tall Snow Globe die by MFT and attached it to the t-shape piece in the back.
I covered the platform with yellow and white patterned paper, onto the background I attached some white paper with colorful confetti.
Die beiden Dinos/Drachen aus dem Stempelset sind einfach klasse - und so grundverschieden. Das hat mich dazu inspiriert, beide auf eine Karte zu setzen.
Ich habe sie mit Copics coloriert und mit einem weißen Gelstift die Highlights hinzugefügt. Dann habe ich beide Motive ausgeschnitten und an den vorderen beiden T-Shapes angeklebt. Sie sind gerade schmal genug, dass sich die Platform noch problemlos nach unten klappen und die Karte somit flach zusammenlegen lässt.
Die Texte sind jeweils weiß auf schwarzen Cardstock embosst. Das Party sowie der Dreh mal wieder auf! Text sind aus dem Stempelset, in dem auch die Dinos kommen. Das Nö stammt aus dem Set Stay Crazy. Party und Nö habe ich mit Sprechblasen-Stanzen ausgestanzt und jeweils mit einem Streifen Acetate hinter dem Motiv befestigt. So schweben die Worte schön über den Motiven. Den anderen Text habe ich mit 3D Tape auf die Platform geklebt.
The dinos/dragons from the stamp set are just wonderful - and so different. That inspired me to put both on one card.
I colored them with Copics and used a white gel pen for the highlights. Then I cut both images out and adhered them to the two front t-shape pieces. They are just wide enough, to fill the platform, but it is still possible to fold the platform down and get a flat card for mailing.
The texts are all white heat embossed onto black cardstock. I used a party and a no text and cut both out with a small speech bubble die, then attached them to the back of the images with a strip of acetate. This way they are floating above the images. The other text I cut out and attached it to the platform, using foam tape.
Und weil nur Konfetti im Hintergrund definitiv nicht für eine Party taugen, habe ich hier noch etwas mehr Partydeko angebracht. Das Banner und der Luftballon sind ebenfalls aus dem Set mit den Dinos. Die Girlande ist schwarz auf gelben Cardstock gestempelt, dann habe ich mit einem weißen Gelstift einige Streifen dazugemalt. Den Luftballon und die Sektflasche, die aus dem Silvester-Stempelset mit Ernestine stammt - habe ich weiß auf Vellum embosst - den Luftballon auf türkisgrünes, die Sektflasche auf hellgrünes Vellum. Dann habe ich sie ausgeschnitten und das Label der Sektflasche sowie den Korken noch extra auf weißen Cardstock gestempelt und coloriert. Die beiden Teile habe ich dann auf die Flasche aus Vellum geklebt und alles auf dem Hintergrund befestigt.
And since just some confetti on the background definately don't make a party, I added some more decorations there. The banner and the balloon are also from the dino stamp set.
I stamped the banner black onto some yellow cardstock, then added some strips with a white gel pen. The balloon and the champagne bottle, that I took from the also new New Year's Eve stamp set, are white heat embossed onto vellum - a green-ish turquoise for the balloon, a light green for the bottle. I cut both pieces out and also stamped the label and cork of the bottle onto white cardstock, colored them and glued them onto the bottle made from vellum. Then I attached everything onto the background.
