Heute gibt es auf dem Whiff Of Joy Ideenwelt Blog ein neues Monatsprojekt. Und diesmal widmen wir uns ganz der Weihnachtsdekoration.

Today we are having a new monthly project over at the Whiff Of Joy World of Ideas blog. This month it's all about christmas decorations.
Ich habe 3 der wunderbar nostalgischen MDF Häuser von Dutch Doobadoo für meine Deko verwendet und daraus eine kleine verschneite Stadt gestaltet.
In der Mitte - auf dem Marktplatz - steht ein verschneiter Weihnachtsbaum, für den ich das Christmas Tree Die-Light mehrfach gestanzt, in der Mitte gefalzt und anschließend aufeinandern geklebt habe. Danach kam eine dicke Schicht Schnee darüber.
I used 3 of the wonderfully nostalgic MDF houses by Dutch Doobadoo for my decoration and made this little snowy town.
In the middle there is a snowy tree standing. Therefor I cut several trees using the Christmas Tree Die-Light, scored it in the middle and then put them on top of each other. Then I added a thick layer of snow.

Vor dem linken Haus steht diese kleine Süße - ein recht alter und leider nicht mehr erhähltlicher Stempel von Whiff Of Joy. Aber ich dachte, den haben bestimmt noch viele. Und manchmal schadet eine kleine Erinnerung an die alten Stempel nicht...
Die Häuser habe ich alle weiß gestrichen und dann einige der Softboard-Mauersteine von Dutch Doobadoo aufgeklebt. Nur ein paar, aber ich finde den Effekt genial.

Vor dem rechten Haus habe ich dieses Mädchen gestellt - sie ist ebenso "alt" und nicht mehr erhältlich... Aber schließlich sollten die Motive ja zusammenpassen!

Und dann habe ich noch diesen Schlitten in den Schnee gestellt. Ich habe ihn zweimal aus weißem Cardstock ausgestanzt, mit goldenem und weißem Embossingpulver verziert und dann die beiden Teile etwas versetzt hintereinander angeordnet.
