Im heutigen Post zeige ich Euch meine Werke mit den restlichen Stanzen aus der 13 Days of Craftoween Box von Spellbinders.

In today's Post I am sharing with you the creations I made with the dies from the 13 Days of Craftoween Box by Spellbinders that I hadn't used so far.
Zuerst einmal hole ich Tag 3 nach. Eigentlich war die Flasche für meinen Geschmack zu groß für die Mini-Karten bzw. die Artist Trading Card Stanze von MamaElephant. Aber je länger ich die Kärtchen gemacht habe, desto mehr fand ich, dass es doch irgendwie passen muss. Und auch wenn die Flasche recht viel der Karte verdeckt, es hat geklappt.
Der Hintergrund besteht aus hellgrünem Cardstock, gewischt mit Distress Ink Peeled Paint und Forest Moss. Dann habe ich hellgoldene Metallic-Watercolor aufgespritzt.
Die Flasche ist aus braunem, der Korken aus hellbraunem und das Label aus grünem Cardstock gestanzt. Alle Teile sind wieder mit Polychromos coloriert. Und auch wenn ich langsam wirklich versucht war, meine Copics wieder ins Spiel zu bringen, habe ich für alle Kärtchen Polychromos benutzt, damit alles zusammenpasst.
Vor einiger Zeit habe ich auf Ama.on klare holographische Klebefolie mit veschiedenen Mustern erstanden. Ein Stück dieser Folie mit Sternchendruck habe ich verwendet und eine Lage auf die Flasche geklebt. So ist die Schattierung darunter noch sichtbar, aber die Flasche hat ein tolles Muster und sieht aus wie eine richtige Flasche voll Zauberelixier.
Weil die Flasche so groß war, musste ich meinen Text auf ein extra Stück schwarzen Cardstock embossen, ausschneiden und quer über den unteren Teil der Flasche aufkleben.
First I will catch up and show you the die from day 3. Originally I thought it was too tall for those mini cards/Artist Trading Card die cut by MamaElephant. But the more of these cards I made the more I thought I could make that work. And even if the bottle covers quite a lot of the card, it did.
The background is made from light green cardstock that I inked with Distress Ink Peeled Paint and Forest Moss, then added splatters of light gold metallic watercolor.
The bottle I cut from brown, the cork from light brown and the label from green cardstock. Again I shaded all parts with Polychromos. The more of these cards I made the more I was tempted to bring out my Copics. But I resisted to make all cards go together.
A little ago I bought some clear holographic self adhesive foil with different patterns on Ama.on. I cut the bottle again from a piece of these foils with a star pattern and glued it onto the bottle. You can still see the shading through the foil but the bottle has a great mystic shine and looks like a real bottle full of witch's brew/poison.
Since the bottle was that tall I had to heat emboss my text onto an extra piece of black cardstock, cut it out and glued it across the bottom of the bottle.
Den Rahmen habe ich hier aus hell-goldenem Spiegel-Cardstock gestanzt, als Deko habe ich einige schwarze Glitzersteine aufgeklebt. Und um den Flaschenhals habe ich noch etwas braunes Twine gewickelt und vorne zum Knoten gebunden.
The frame I cut from light gold mirror cardstock, as decoration I added some black rhinestones. Around the top of the bottle I wrapped some brown twine and tied it to a knot.
An Tag 10 war dann die Dia de los Muertos Blume in der Box. Und das vielleicht das Motiv, mit dem ich mich am schwersten getan habe. Es ist ebenfalls recht groß und außerdem so total anders als das, womit ich sonst so arbeite. Aber hey, Challenge accepted!
Ich wollte eine eher monochrome Karte machen und Grautöne hatte ich noch gar nicht verwendet. Nun, vielleicht habe ich es dafür mit dem Glitter ein wenig übertrieben...
Der Hintergrund ist aus hellgrauem, mit Hickory Smoke und Black Soot gewischtem Cardstock gemacht. Darauf habe ich dann weiße Acrylfarbe gespritzt, diesmal über den kompletten Cardstock.
Den Hauptteil der Blume und die Fledermausflügel-Blätter habe ich aus silbernem, den Totenkopf in der mitte aus weißem Glitter-Cardstock gestanzt. Die Blumen um die Augen sind aus silbernem Spiegel-Cardstock, die Augen und der Stiel aus normalem schwarzem Cardstock. Die Backen, die nach dem Stanzen noch im Totenkopf hingen, habe ich einfach mit einem Copicmarker etwas eingefärbt, alle anderen Teile sind mit Polychromos schattiert.
Nachdem ich alles zusammengeklebt und auf die Karte gelegt hatte, war mir alles viel zu dunkel und mit zu wenig Kontrast. Also habe ich das helle Pink der Backen nochmal aufgegriffenund alle Teile nochmal aus hellrosa Cardstock gestanzt. Die habe ich dann leicht versetzt hinter die Blume geklebt.
Der vorgeschlagene Text zu dem Motiv ist das "stay spooky", das ich ja sowieso in den schmalen Streifen am oberen Rand der Karten gestempelt habe. Der einzige Text, der sonst noch auf die Karte passte, war Teil eines Stempels mit dem Text "trick or treat, you're so sweet". Ich habe nur das "you're so sweet" weiß in das untere Feld der Karte embosst, allerdings war es so fein - und das teilweise einfärben des Stempels hier wirklich nicht einfach - so dass der Text nicht ganz sauber ausgefallen ist. Ich wollte aber diesen Stempel nicht auseinderschneiden - bei einem anderen im Set habe ich das sehr wohl gemacht - weil die Texte so nah beieinander sind und ich Angst hatte, aus Versehen einen davon zu beschädigen.
On day 10 this Dia de los Muertos flower was in the box. And maybe that's the die I struggled the most with. It's not only pretty large, too, it's also completly different from what I use normally. But hey, challenge accepted!
I wanted to make a monochrome card and hadn't used greys much yyet. Well, maybe I went a bit overboard with the glitter here...
The background is made from light grey cardstock, inked with Hickory Smoke and Black Soot. Then I splattered white acrylic paint onto it, this time onto the the whole cardstock piece.
The main part of the flower and bat wing shaped leaves I cut from silver, the skull from white glitter cardstock. The flowers around the eyes I made from silver mirror cardstock, the eyes and stem are cut from regular black cardstock. The cheeks still stuck in the die cut after I had cut the skull out so I brought in a light pink Copics and simply colored over them. All the other pieces I shaded with Polychromos.
After I had glued together all the pieces and laid the flower onto my background everything was way too dark and with not enough contrast. So I picked up the light pink of the cheeks again and die cut all the pieces again from light pink cardstock. Those I adhered a bit offset behind the flower.
The suggested text with this image is "stay spooky", that I stamped into the thin fiel at the bottom of each card. The only other text that fit here sizewise was part of the "trick or treat, you're so sweet" text from the box. I only stamped the "you're so sweet" into the frame at the bottom of the card. It's very thin and small and inking up just that part of the stamp really wasn't easy so the text didn't turn out completly crisp. I had already cut apart one text from the box but I was afraid I'd damage this one when trying because the text parts are really close together.
Na, was sagt Ihr - zu viel Glitter?
Ich habe den Rahmen auf dieser Karte aus normalem schwarzem Cardstock gestanzt. Und als Deko kamen dann einige hellrosa Herzen zum Einsatz.
Zum Schluss war ich dann direkt zufrieden mit dem Kärtchen, auch wenn es für mich nicht unbedingt nach Halloween aussieht.

I die cut the frame from regular black cardstock. As decoration I added a few light pink clay hearts.
In the end I really liked this card, even if it doesn't necessarily scream Halloween to me.
Die Stanze von Tag 11 war ein Spukhaus samt Fledermaus. Das habe ich mehrfach aus grauem und schwarzem Cardstock gestanzt und dann gelayert, um ihm etwas Dimension zu geben. Hinter die Fenster habe ich erst Acetate und dann weißen Cardstock gesetzt. Den habe ich wieder mit dem Glow-in-the-Dark Embossingpulver von LawnFawn überzogen. Ein Bild des leuchtenden Hauses gibt es natürlich gleich!
Der Hintergrund ist aus hellblauem Cardstock, den ich mit Prize Ribbon und Chipped Sapphire gewisht habe. Auf den mittleren Bereich habe ich weiße Acrylfarbe aufgespritzt.
Die Fledermäuse habe ich aus schwarzem Cardstock gestanzt.
Weil mir auf der Karte etwas fehlte, kam wieder etwas gerissenes Vellum zum Einsatz. Langsam mag es langweilig werden, aber wenn ich tagelang am selben Thema und mit den selben Grundprodukten arbeite, dann neige ich zu Wiederholungen.
Der Text für dieses Motiv war nur einzeilig - perfekt für das etwas höhere Motiv. Ich habe ihn weiß aufembosst.
The die from day 11 was a haunted house with a bat. I die cut the house several times from grey and black cardstock and layered them, to give the house some dimension. Behind the windows I put some acetate and then white cardstock. Before glueing it down I covered it completly with the Glow-in-the-Dark embossing powder by LawnFawn. Of course I'll share a picture of the lit up house with you.
The background is made from light blue cardstock, inked with Prize Ribbon and Chipped Sapphire. Onto the center area I splattered white acrylic paint.

Since I felt like the card was too plain I brought in some torn pieces of vellum again. It might get a bit boring but when I craft with the same theme and the same base elements for days I tend to repeat myself.
The text for this image was just one line - perfect for the again a bit taller image. I white heat embossed it onto the background.
Den Rahmen habe ich diesmal aus blauem Spiegel-Cardstock gestanzt. Aus dem selben Carstock habe ich auch nochmal zwei Fledermäuse gestanzt und von denen die Flügel weggeschnitten. Nur die Körper habe ich dann auf die schwarzen Fledermäuse aufgeklebt.
Und für diese Nacht-Szene waren kleine silberne Sterne natürlich die beste Deko.
The frame I cut from blue mirror cardstock. From the same cardstock I also cut two more bats, cut off the wings and glued just the bodies onto the black bats.
And for this night scene some small silver star confetti were the perfect decoration.
So, und wer traut sich nun ins Haus? Ich bin mir nicht so ganz sicher, ob die Fenster einladend oder eher bedrohlich leuchten.
Who dares to enter the house? I am not sure if the glow coming from those windows is inviting or threatening.
Der Hexenkessel von Tag 12 verdient seinen Namen wirklich, kommt er doch sogar mit Hexenbeinen!
Ich habe den Hintergrund aus hellgrünem Cardstock gestanzt und mit Distress Ink Bundled Sage, Rustic Wilderness und Black Soot gewischt. Anschließend habe ich weiße Acrylfarbe aufgespritzt.
Den Hexenkessel und die Schuhe der Hexe habe ich aus schwarzem Glossy-Cardstock gestanzt, das schaut auf den Bildern von oben leider tiefschwarz und so gar nicht glossy aus...
Den Ring am oberen Rand des Kessels sowie die Griffe habe ich aus matt-silbernem Metallic-Cardstock gemacht, den blubbernden Inhalt des Kessels mit lilafarbenem Glitter- und Spiegelcardstock. Im Kessel befinden sich außerdem noch einige Knochen und ein grüner Löffel mit schwarzen Streifen. Eine Lage des Kesselinhalts habe ich außen auf den Ring geklebt, so als würde er herauslaufen. Über dem Kessel schwebt eine kleine lilafarbene Glitzerwolke.
Und weil ich unbedingt die Hexenbeine samt Schuhen mit verwenden wollte, der Kessel so aber zu hoch geworden wäre, habe ich beides mittig zerschnitten und so hinter den Kessel geklebt, als säße die Hexe dahinter und nur die Beine wären sichtbar. Die Hexenschuhe habe ich mit lilafarbenen Sternen dekoriert.
Für die Füllung des Kessels ist auch ein kleiner Totenkopf enthalten. Der hat mir im Kessel dann aber nicht gefallen und ich habe ihn kurzerhand oben rechts auf die Karte geklebt.
The cauldron from day 12 is amazing and even comes with some witch's legs!
I cut the background from light green cardstock and inked it with Distress Ink Bundled Sage, Rustic Wilderness and Black Soot, then splattered white acrylic paint onto it.
The cauldron and the witch's shoes are cut from black glossy cardstock, on the pictures taken from above that looks just pitch black and not glossy at all...
The brim of the cauldron and the handles I cut from matte silver metallic cardstock, the bubbly stuff inside the cauldron I cut from purple glitter and mirror cardstock. There are also some bones and a green stick with black stripes in the cauldron. I adhered one piece of the bubbly stuff to the brim of the cauldron just like it is bubbling over. And above the cauldron there is some purple glittery steam.
I really wanted to use the legs and shoes from the set, but that would have made the cauldron too tall for my mini card. So I cut both pieces in half and adhered them to the left and right of the cauldron, just like the witch is sitting behind it, showing only her legs. I decorated the shoes with a small purple clay star.
To fill the cauldron there is also a small skull included in the set. I didn't like it in the cauldron here, so instead I adhered it to the top right of my card.
Der Rahmen ist hier aus grün-türkis farbenem, gemusterten Holographic-Cardstock gemacht. Als Deko habe ich einige kleine silberne Stern-Konfetti aufgeklebt.
Und auf diesem Bild kann man dannn auch den Glanz des schwarzen Cardstocks etwas sehen.

Und zu guter Letzt folgt hier das Kärtchen mit den Stanzen von Tag 13. Die sticht ein wenig aus den anderen heraus, wahrscheinlich hat sie es deswegen nicht aufs Sammelbild geschafft...
Der Sarg war dann tatsächlich zu groß für die Artist Trading Card, zumindest die Variante mit beiden Rahmen und den Unterteilungen. Die Karte hat zwar die selbe Größe wie alle anderen, aber eben ohne die Rahmen. Ich möchte auch ehrlich sein: nach tagelang gefühlt das selbe tun - und im Prinzip war es das ja bei jedem Kärtchen, nur die Deko und Farben unterschieden sich - war die Luft irgendwie ein wenig raus.
Ich habe den Hintergrund aus rotem Cardstock mit Distress Ink Vintage Photo, Ground Espresso und Black Soot gewischt und weiße Acrylfarbe aufgespritzt.
Den Sarg habe ich aus braunem Cardstock gestanzt und mit Polychromos schattiert. Ich wollte ein wenig den Kreis schließen, so als würde der Vampir aus Tag 1 in diesem Sarg wohnen. Deswegen habe ich auch hier ein helles Blau für die Hand, die den Sarg von innen öffnet, verwendet. Außerdem habe ich den in den Sargdeckel eingeprägten Rahmen mit einem goldenen Gelstift nachgemalt.
Neben dem Totenkopf und den gekreuzten Knochen stanzt eine der Stanzen aus dem Set auch noch zwei einzelne Knochen. Ich habe beides mehrfach aus weißem Cardstock gestanzt und damit nicht nur den Sargdeckel dekoriert sondern auch neben dem Sarg noch einige Knochen und einen Totenkopf verteilt.
Da ich bei diesem Kärtchen keine Felder hatte und auch nicht wirklich Platz für einen Text war, habe ich den mit schwarzer Tinte auf hellblauen Cardstock gestanzt, ausgeschnitten und auf den Sarg geklebt. Da ich nicht einen breiten hellblauen Streifen wollte, habe ich den Text in drei Streifen geschnitten.
And last but not least I am sharing with out the card with the dies from day 13. It's the odd one out, maybe that's why it didn't make it onto the first picture of the post.
The coffin really was too large for the Artist Trading Card, at least with both frames and the different areas. This card has the same size as all the others but without the inner frames. And I want to be honest with you: after doing the same thing over and over again for several days - and that's what making all these cards basically was, just with different images and colors - I just had run out of steam and was looking forward to doing something different.
I inked the background, that I had cut from red cardstock, with Distress Ink Vintage Photo, Ground Espresso and Black Soot and splattered white acylic paint onto it.
I die cut the coffin from brown cardstock and shaded it with Plychromos. I wanted to kind of close the circle, just like the vampire from day 1 is the one sleeping in this coffin. So I used some light blue for the hand, that's opening up the coffin from the inside, just like I did on the vampire. I also used a gold gel pen to fill out the frame, that the die embosses into the lid of the coffin.
One of the dies from the set does not only cut the skull and crossed bones but also two individual bones. I cut several of these from white cardstock and did not only decorate the coffin's lid with it but also placed some bones and a skull next to the coffin.
Since there weren't the individual frames and I also didn't really have room for a sentiment I stamped the text with black ink onto blue cardstock and adhered it to the coffin. Since I didn't want to have one large strip here I cut it into three pieces.
Den Rahmen habe ich aus rotem Glitter-Cardstock gestanzt und als Deko einige kleine rote Pailetten auf der Karte verteilt.
Beim Zusammenkleben des Sargs habe ich den Deckel auf der rechten Seite mit Flüssigkleber auf den unteren Sargteil geklebt, auf der linken, offenen Seite habe ich dünnes 3D Tape entlang des Sargdeckelrands angebracht. So steht der Sarg hier ein wenig nach oben und wirkt plastischer.
I die cut the frame from red glitter cardstock and added some small red sequins as decoration.
When putting the coffin together I adhered the right edge of the lid with liquid glue to the coffin base, behind the open left side I put some thin foam tape. This way it stands up on just one side and looks more dimensional.
