Belles´n´Whistles Challenge

Seit neustem haben wir ja eine "Belles´n´Whistles only" challenge, die wöchtenlich auf dem Belles´n´Whistles Blog startet. Und diese Woche heißt das wirklich tolle Thema "punches and ribbon".

Since a short time we have a "Belles´n´Whistles only" challenge which can be found every monday on the Belles´n´Whistles blog. And this week we have the wonderful theme of "punches and ribbon".

Ich habe mal wieder einen Stempel aus einer der älteren Kollektionen verwendet: Warm Apple Pie aus der Autumn 09 Kollektion. Herbst? Oh, der Stempel ist viel zu schade um den Rest des Jahres in der Versenkung zu verschwinden!
Ich habe mal wieder alles in braun gehalten und das Motiv mit etwas Crackle Paint überzogen. Die kleinen Tags sind ein Stanzer von Stampin´Up, ebenso das Herz und die Bordüre und auch die Texte sind Stempel von SU. Ansonsten kamen meine Spellbinders zum Einsatz und ein Stanzer für die Ranken, keine Ahnung von welcher Firma.

I used a stamp from one of the older collections: Warm Apple Pie from the Autumn 09 collection. Autumn? Oh, this stamp is way to cute to be forgotten for the rest of the year!
Once again I went with brown colors and covered the image with some Crackle Paint. The tiny tags are made using a Stampin´Up punch, so are the heart and the border and also the sayings are stamps by SU. I also used my Spellbinders and a punch for the leaves, but I don´t know which brand it is.

Und da die Karte so schön retro ist, paßt sie ideal zur Challenge bei Doodle Palace, wo genau das das Thema ist.

And since my card turned out so totally retro it is matching the challenge over at Doodle Palace where they have exactly this theme.

Schönen Sonntag nachmittag! Auch heute habe ich wieder eine Karte geschafft und möchte sie Euch natürlich nicht vorenthalten. Entstanden ist sie nach diesem Sketch von Doodle Palace:

Bei Stempelträume lautet das neue Thema "Ostern".

At Stempelträume the new theme is "easter".

Die Farbkombi habe ich von Sketchy Colors: türkis, orange, braun und weiß.

The color combo came from Sketchy Colors: turquoise, orange, brown and white.

Bei Magnolia Down Under soll diesmal genäht werden - ob echt oder faux stitching ist Euch überlassen.

At Magnolia Down Under they want us to use stitching - it´s up to you if you do real or faux stitching.

Und das Thema der Geburtstagschallenge von Stamptacular Sunday paßt auch: flower power - und dazu nur fröhliche Frühlingsfarben.

And the theme of Stamptacular Sunday´s birthday challenge is matching this card too: flower power - and use only happy colors.

Das Motiv ist wieder aus der Osterkollektion von Magnolia: "Tilda as Shepherd". Und auch der Spruch ist von Magnolia: "Happy Easter Text".

Oh, wie süß dieses Motiv ist! Es ist eines der neuen Stempelmotive, die Elisabeth Bell für Susana´s Custom Art & Card Designs designed hat. Und es sind noch mehr süße Stempel, die ich unbedingt haben wollte... ;o) Und der Text aus dem Birdie Love Stempelkit von Whiff of Joy paßt einfach wunderbar dazu.

Außerdem paßt die Karte zur neuen Challenge von Stampavie and More: orange. Auch wenn die Karte auf dem Bild eher rot aussieht...
Und bei Doodle Palace ist die Aufgabe, eine Sommer-/Strandkarte mit drei verschiedenen Designpapiere zu machen.

The card also matches the new challenge at Stampavie and More: "orange". Even if it might look more like red on the photo...
And at Doodle Palace they ask us to make a summer/beach themed card using 3 different designer papers.
