Hello - hier I am back again. Because we have a new challenge starting also at Belles´n´Whistles. "Flowers and pearls" is the theme we picked for you...

Ich habe Lilypad Dreams verwendet. Für mich sieht die kleine Fee aus, als wäre sie im Mondschein auf dem Seerosenblatt eingeschlafen. Ich habe versucht, sie auf dunklen Cardstock zu stempeln, aber das sah dann doch zu komisch aus. Darum habe ich weißen Cardstock verwendet und anstatt die Süße zu colorieren habe ich ein wenig Braun mit dem Spritzer-Tool darüber verteilt ud nur die Flügel beglittert.

I used Lilypad Dreams here. To me it looks like this little cutie fell asleep in the moonlight. I tried stamping her on dark cardstock but it looked quite strange. So I used some white cardstock and instead of coloring her I used my Spritzer Tool to sparkle some brown color on her and only put some glitter on her wings.

Hello and happy tuesday morning! It´s my father in law´s birthday today and so he gets this card from me.

Tilda´s Kleid ist mit Paper Piecing "coloriert", auf der Karte finden sich die üblichen Verdächtigen wie Cheesecloth, Distress Ink Crackle Paint, Blumen, Knöpfe und dazu ein paar Nähte.

I did some paper piecing on Tilda´s dress. On the card you can find the usual "can´t craft without those" like cheesecloth, Distress Ink Crackle Paint, flowers, buttons and a few stitches.

Hallo und willkommen an diesem Donnerstag. Wie jede Woche startet auch heute eine neue Challenge bei Cute Card Thursday. "Pins and Pearls" lautet diesmal unser Thema, Schmucknadeln und Perlen.

Hello and welcome here on this quite rainy thursday. As every week there is a new challenge at Cute Card Thursday also today. Pins and pearls is what we picked as the theme.

Ich wurde wieder gebeten, eine Karte zum 70. Geburtstag zu machen - für eine Dame und mit eingebautem Gutschein. Die süße Tilda schien mir perfekt dafür, hat sie sich doch extra chic gemacht. Und natürlich sollte auch wieder die Zahl 70 eingebaut werden - in diesem Fall hat sie ihren Platz auf dem Tag gefunden.

I have been asked to make another card for a 70th birthday - for a lady and with a gift voucher included. This cute Tilda seemed to be perfect for this since she dressed up herself so pretty just for this day. And I also needed to include the number 70 - I put them on a tag this time.

Hallo und schönen Dienstag! Ich wurde gebeten, eine Karte für einen 40. Geburtstag zu machen - und juhu, das Geburtstagskind ist eine Frau! Also habe ich in die vollen gegriffen und viel rosa verwendet - passend zur Farbvorgabe von Stamp with Fun: rosa und grün.

Ich habe für mir mit der Karte den Sommer ein wenig ins Haus geholt - bei dem Wetter draußen.... Dazu habe ich Tilda with Straw Hat verwendet und durch die Blumen, das Papier und den Magnolia Lovely Fence Die ein wenig Gartenatmosphäre gezaubert. Der Text ist von Whiff Of Joy. Und coloriert habe ich wie immer mit Copics:

I wanted to bring summer to my house with this card - with the cloudy sky outside.... Die aufgemalte Girlande hat mich total inspiriert - und ich fand, die Fähnchen passen prima zu den neuen Matrosen-Mädels von Hänglar.

The garland that´s included in the sketch really inspired me - and it matches so wonderfully with the new sailor images by Hänglar.

Metall und Spitze soll bei der Challenge von Timbroscrapmania verwendet werden.

Lovely Hänglar Only möchte, dass wir unseren Lieblingsstempel benutzen. Oh, diese Auswahl. Aber ich liebe Matrosenkleidung - meine Große "durfte" daher immer Matrosenkleider tragen. Und das, wo sie Kleider doch total haßt! Und auch ich selbst trage immer wieder mal, einfach so, ein Matrosenhemd....

But I love those sailor dresses - I dressed up my oldest with those cute sailor dresses when she was little. And this allthough she really hated dresses! And also I myself have several sailor shirts that I wear just for fun every know and then...

The august challenge at Sir Stampalot is called "bring on the bling". I used some Stickles on the cupcake icing and Tilda´s wings and also added those dazzling pearls.

Stamptacular Sunday hat "out of this world" als neues Thema gewählt. Alles, aus dem Reich der Fantasie kann verwendet werden: Roboter, Einhörner, Feen, Tiere, die Menschendinge tun oder tragen und natürlich auch Raumschiffe und Astronauten... Da Tilda Flügel hat, muß sie eine kleine Fee sein!

Stamptacular Sunday named the new challenge "out of this world" - and anything you can imagine can be used for this: robots, unicorns, fairies, animals doing or wearing human stuff and of course also all that space stuff. Since Tilda has wings she has to be a little fairy.

Cupcake Craft # 94

Ich bin wieder da! Und endlich gibt es auch wieder eine Karte von mir. Wir bei Cupcake Craft haben diesmal das Thema "Dazzle it" für Euch. Und das heißt, daß wir Eure glitzerenden und glimmernden Karten sehen möchten.
Die Glitzersteine auf meiner Karte sind gut zu erkennen. Dazu habe ich noch Stickles auf die Flügel aufgetragen, die Blumen mit Glimmer Mist übersprüht und der helle Cardstock, den ich zum Matten verwendet habe, ist Bling Cardstock von Bazzill - mit einem wunderschönen Perlmuttschimmer.

I am back! And finally I have to show you a new card. We at Cupcake Craft have the theme of "dazzle it" for this week´s challenge. So we want to see your glimmering and sparkling cards.
It´s easy to see the rhinestones on my card. I also added Stickles to the wings, covered the flowers with some Glimmer Mist and that cream cardstock I used for matting is from Bazzill´s Bling Collection - with a beautiful pearl shimmer all over.

Nachdem ich den ganzen Tag in der Küche gestanden bin um die Geburtstagskuchen für meine Mädels zu backen und zu verzieren habe ich doch noch etwas Zeit gefunden, eine Karte zu machen. Aber bevor ich Euch dazu mehr verrate möchte ich noch unbedingt eine wundervolle Neuigkeit mit Euch teilen: Magnolia Down Under hatte einen DT Aufruf und als ich heute morgen auf den Blog gehüpft bin um das Thema der neuen Challenge zu sehen, stand da mein Name mit noch zwei anderen in großen Buchstaben. Ich wurde wirklich als eines der neuen DT Mitglieder ausgewählt! Oh, ich könnte platzen vor Freude und es dauerte etwas bis ich das wirklich realisiert hatte!
Ich habe trotzdem eine Karte zur neuen Challenge gemacht - und mache "außer Konkurrenz" mit. Das Thema lautet "Charms".

After being in the kitchen to make my girl´s birthday cakes for tomorrow I found a little time to make this card. But before I tell you more about it I want to share some really exciting news: Magnolia Down Under had a DT call - and when I jumped in to see their new challenge theme I saw my name written there with two others - and I found out that I was chosen as one of the new DT members! Oh, I can´t tell you how excited I am and it took me some time to believe it.
I had to make a card for their new challenge tough - even if it might be "just for fun". The new theme is "charms".

Und die Farbkombi auf meiner Karte kommt von Sketchy Colors: gold und grün.

Der Stempel ist natürlich von Magnolia. Im Hintergrund habe ich goldglitzernden Cardstock verwendet, die anderen Papiere sind aus dem Taj Mahal Stack von DCWV. Den goldenen Kronen-Charm habe ich mit feinem goldfarbenem Faden befestigt, den ich mehrfach um die Karte gewickelt habe. Und um das Motiv und auf den Blumen habe ich noch goldfarbenes Embossing-Pulver verwendet.

The golden crown charm is fixed with some fine golden wire that I wrapped around the card several times. And I also added some golden embossing powder around the image and on top of the flowers.

Einen fröhlich-bunten Sonntag Euch allen! Auf jeden Fall wird er spätestens mit meiner Karte bunt. Die Farbvorgabe dafür kommt von Just Us Girls - und war eine echte Herausforderung für mich: rosa, lila, gelb und grün. Und wer mich kennt weiß, daß ich lieber Ton in Ton arbeite. Aber, Herausforderung angenommen!

Happy and bright sunday to all of you! It´s getting bright at least in the moment you look at my card. The colors I used were given by Just Us Girls - and they were a real dare for me: pink, lavender, yellow and green. And the ones who know me know that I love to use earthy colors that are close to each other on the color palette. But I gave this combo a try - and you can see the result.

Bei Magnolia Down Under heißt es diesmal "olden days". Das Motiv soll in schwarz, weiß und grau coloriert werden, dazu soll dann buntes Motivpapier kombiniert werden.

Und bei Stempelträume soll diesmal der Lieblingsstempel verwendet werden. Das war vielleicht der härteste Teil an der ganzen Karte! Ich habe einfach keinen reinen Lieblingsstempel. Da die Karte auch für Magnolia Down Under passen sollte, war ich schon mal auf einen Magnolia-Stempel beschränkt - und dann ist meine Wahl auf diese süße Tilda aus der Weihnachtskollektion 2009 gefallen.

Ich mußte leider eine Beileids-Karte machen... Das sind immer so unschöne Anlässe, vor allem, wen die/der Verstorbene eigentlich noch viel zu jung war.
Ich habe sie nach diesem Sketch von Sketchy Colors gemacht:

I had to make a condolence card... That´s such a sad event to make a card for - the more if the person who died was way too young.

Und das Thema von Stempelträume paßt hier auch wunderbar: schlicht und einfach. Viel Deko ist auf solchen Karten ja nicht angebracht.
Fast alle Stempel sind von Stampin´Up, bis auf den "Hintergrund" auf dem ausgestanzten Nestie, das ist von Rollergraph. Das hellgraue Motivpapier ist von DCWV.

And the theme over at Stempelträume is perfect for this card as well: "clean and simple". There isn´t much decoration requird for that kind of cards.
Nearly all stamps are by Stampin´Up - only the background on the nestie die was made using a Rollergraph stamp. The light grey designer´s paper is by DCWV.

Außerdem habe ich die neue Farbkombi bei Sketchy Colors verwendet: rosa, rot und türkis. Zuerst habe ich etwas geschluckt, aber das Ergebnis gefällt mir doch sehr gut!

Und bei Stamptacular Sunday heißt es diesmal "back in time". Interpretiert das, wie Ihr möchtet. Mit Distressing, Erinnerungen...

Ich habe es schon immer geliebt, zu backen. Und daher ist "Tania Baking" von Belles´n´Whistles perfekt. Ich habe eine Schicht UTEE darüber gelegt. Leider habe ich nicht sofort bemerkt, daß ich statt des klaren Stiftes mit Embossingtinte den hellblau eingefärbten erwischt habe. Ist genial, wenn man sehen will wo man gestempelt hat. Aber leider hat die vormals rosafarbene Schürze nun einen blaustich - genauso wie die graue Bluse...

I love baking since ever. And so "Tania Baking" from Belles´n´Whistles is the perfect stamp for me. I added some UTEE to the image. Unfortunately I didn´t realize that I was using the light blue embossing pen instead the clear one. This is great if you want to see where you stamped - but it´s definately the wrong thing for adding ink to an image you want to add clear embossing powder to. Well, now the previously pink apron and the originally grey shirt have a shade of light blue...

5 in 1 - das heißt in diesem Fall 5 Challenges, aber "nur" eine Karte. Also fangen wir an:
Da wäre zum einen die Challenge bei Everybody Art, bei der es gilt, eine Easelkarte zu machen.

Bei A Spoon Full Of Sugar lautet die Aufgabe, Distress Inks, Perlen und Stickles auf der Karte zu verwenden.

Bei Creative Card Crew soll eine Gute-Besserung-Karte entstehen.

Und bei My Time To Craft Challenge heißt es "in the frame", also etwas in einem Rahmen. Ich habe hierfür einen "Rahmen" aus Embossingpulver gestaltet, um das Motiv ein wenig wie ein altes Medallion aussehen zu lassen.

And My Time To Craft Challenge the new theme is "in the frame". Therefor I created a "frame" from embossing powder to make the image look like one of those old medaillons.

Das Motiv ist ebenso wie der Text auf der Vorderseite und die Flieder-Blüten aus dem Stempelkit "birdie love" von Whiff Of Joy. Ich habe das Motiv mit UTEE überzogen und nach dem Abkühlen etwas gebrochen.

The image is - besides the saying on the front and the lilac blossoms - from the stamp kit "birdie love" by Whiff Of Joy. I covered the images with some UTEE and broke them after cooling.

Magnolia Down Under # 33, Stempelträume # 18 und Sketchy Colors # 11

Schönen Valentinstags Euch allen!
Diese Karte habe ich für drei Challenges gemacht. Da wäre zum ersten Magnolia Down Under, die gerne Knöpfe, Schleifen und Blumen sehen möchten - jeweils eine genügt schon.
Bei Stempelträume heißt das Thema "drei Farben" - und da habe ich gleich die Farben von Sketchy Colors verwendet, die da heißen: hellgrün, dunkelgrün und rosa.

This card matches three challenges: Magnolia Down Under is asking for buttons, bows and flowers - at least one of each.
At Stempelträume they have "three colors" as their new theme - and these three colors I took from Sketchy Colors where they have a color combo of light green, dark green and pink.

Zu der Idee den Tag so zu platzieren habe ich mich von Anne Kristine, einem der DT-Mitglieder dort, inspirieren lassen.

I got inspired by Anne Kristine, one of their DT members, to place my tag like this.

Außerdem habe ich das Rezept von Stempelträume mit verarbeitet: Blumen, Perlen und Tiere.

I also followed the recipe over at Stempelträume: flowers, pearls and animals.

Das Motiv is von Sarah Kay/Stampavie. Die süße Katze ist mit Samtpuder überzogen. Dadurch, daß ich anschließend UTEE darüber gelegt habe, sieht man es aber nicht mehr so gut. Dafür kann man es immer noch fühlen!
Den Tag habe ich erst mit farblosem Embossingpulver und dem Schriften-Rollergraph-Stempel verziert und anschließend mit Distress Inks eingefärbt. Auch die Blumen und Spitzen haben ihre Ladung Distress Inks abbekommen. Die Papiere sind von DCWV.

The image is by Sarah Kay/Stampavie. The cute kitty is covered with velvet flock. But since I add a layer of UTEE later you can´t see it that good anymore. Therefor you still can feel it!
I stamped on the tag with this script Rollergraph stamp using clear embossing powder. Then I colored the tag with Distress Inks. Also the flowers and laces got some of this ink. The papers are by DCWV.
