Es ist Zeit für eine neue Challenge bei Cute Card Thursday und unser neues Thema lautet "fairy nice". Also, laßt die Feen flattern...

Hello and happy thursday!

It's time for a new challenge over at Cute Card Thursday and our new theme is "fairy nice". So let those fairies flutter around....

Ich hatte bei einem Workshop angefangen, diese Summer Flower Tilda zu colorieren und sie für diese Karte fertig coloriert. Eigentlich bin ich ja eher für die sanften Farben bei Feen aber das kräftige Türkis mit dem Grün finde ich prima. Ordentlich Glitzer auf den Flügeln durfte nicht fehlen und natürlich Blumen als Deko. Und damit sie nicht so alleine ist, habe ich ihr noch einen Schmetterlings-Freund an die Seite gestellt.

I started coloring this Summer Flower Tilda at a workshop recently and finished her for this card. Usually I love soft colors with fairies but that bright turquoise with the green is wonderfully for her as well. Of course I had to add a bunch of Stickles to her wings - and flower as decoration. And to not make her feel lonely I gave her a butterfly friend.

Es gibt eine neue Challenge bei Magnolia Down Under - und diesmal haben wir uns für das Thema Paperbag entschieden. Ob Ihr selbst eine bastelt oder eine gekaufte dekoriert, ist Euch überlassen.

There is a new challenge at Magnolia Down Under and this week we went with paperbag as our theme. If you make your own one or just decorate a bought one is up to you.

Ich habe ja schon öfter erwähnt, dass mein Bruder sein erstes Kind erwartet. Vor 3 Wochen war es nun soweit - und obwohl wir alle fest davon überzeugt waren, dass es ein Junge wird, und obwohl ich jede Menge Jungen-Baby-Dinge gewerkelt habe kam es anders. Ich bin stolze Tante der kleinen Nina... Also habe ich diese Tüte für ein kleines Geschenk dekoriert.

I mentioned it several times before that my brother was expecting his first baby. 3 weeks ago it was born - and though we all thought it was a boy and though I made a bunch of baby boy crafts - life had other plans. I am proud aunt of little Nina.... So I decorated this bag for a little pressie to give away.

Wie groß war meine Begeisterung, als diese Stempel rauskamen. Und die kleine Princess-Tilda mußte ich haben - und benutzt hatte ich sie bis jetzt noch nicht. Ebenso den Mond. Höchste Zeit also!
Farblich habe ich mich für lila und gelb entschieden, was nur höchst selten passiert, aber ich finde hier paßt es. Der Text ist  mit dem Computer geschrieben.

I was so excited when those stamps came out and just had to have little princess Tilda - and didn't use it so far. Same for the moon so the time was right now!
I went with purple and yellow here. This happens like just once a year but I really like this combo here.
Saying (welcome little princess) is computer generated.

The card I am sharing here today is the one I posted this week at Copic Marker Europe.

Ich habe darauf die Rose Garden Tilda benutzt und endlich auch einmal das Magnolia-Papier mit dem kleinen rosa Blüten. Irgendwie verwende ich die Farbkombi rosa-blau viel zu selten!

I used Rose Garden Tilda here and finally also a sheet of the cute blue Magnolia paper with the pink flowers. Don't know why, but I somehow never use blue and pink together.

Es gibt eine neue Challenge bei Magnolia Down Under und diesmal haben wir einen Sketch plus die Option, Spitze und Doo Hickeys (Cutting Dies von Magnolia) zu verwenden. So sieht der Sketch aus:

There is a new challenge at Magnolia Down Under and this week we have a sketch and the option of using doilies and Doo Hickeys. This is the sketch:

Ich habe hier die süße Honeybee Tilda und den Barbed Wire Background benutzt. Keine Angst,sie tut sich am Stacheldraht nicht weh. Für die Option habe ich neben Spitze noch die Grass Lace, den Swirl und den Mistletoe. Die Farben sind für mich total ungewohnt, aber warum nicht mal was anderes!

I used the cute Honeybee Tilda and the Barbed Wire Background here. Don't worry, she won't get hurt from the wire. For the option I used a doily and the Grass Lace, the swirl and the mistletoe cutting dies. The colors are quite unusual for me but why not trying something different sometimes?
