Lovely Hänglar # 10, Just Us Girls # 55 und Create 4 Fun # 42

Nachdem ich Euch ja vorhin schon meine Pralinenschachtel gezeigt habe, habe ich jetzt noch eine Karte für Euch...

After the box I showed you earlier today I also have a card to share...

Bei Lovely Hänglar Only soll diesmal eine "nicht-quadratische Easel Card" gemacht werden. Warum dann nicht rund? Auch wenn ich feststellen muß, daß sie etwas unsicher steht.

At Lovely Hänglar Only they want us to make a "non-square easel card". So, why not round? Allthough I have to admit that it´s not standing too good.

Die Farbvorgabe kommt von Just Us Girls: Schwarz, Creme und Packpapierbraun.

The colors are given by Just Us Girls: black, cream and kraft.

Just Us Girls # 29, Magnolia Down Under # 42, Sketchy Colors # 20 und Stempelträume # 27

Einen fröhlich-bunten Sonntag Euch allen! Auf jeden Fall wird er spätestens mit meiner Karte bunt. Die Farbvorgabe dafür kommt von Just Us Girls - und war eine echte Herausforderung für mich: rosa, lila, gelb und grün. Und wer mich kennt weiß, daß ich lieber Ton in Ton arbeite. Aber, Herausforderung angenommen!

Happy and bright sunday to all of you! It´s getting bright at least in the moment you look at my card. The colors I used were given by Just Us Girls - and they were a real dare for me: pink, lavender, yellow and green. And the ones who know me know that I love to use earthy colors that are close to each other on the color palette. But I gave this combo a try - and you can see the result.

Bei Magnolia Down Under lautet das neue Thema "masking" - also habe Tilda vor ein paar große grüne Blätter gestellt.

At Magnolia Down Under the new theme is "masking" - so I let Tilda stand in front of some big leaves.

Und bei Stempelträume heißt es diesmal "Blumen und gelb". Da keine weitere Erklärung angegeben ist, hoffe ich, es ist okay zusätzlich noch andere Farben zu verwenden. Auf jeden Fall kommt gelb in meiner Karte vor.

And at Stempelträume they want us to use "flowers and yellow". They don´t have any further explanations and so I hope it is okay to use other colors as well. At least there is some yellow on my card.

Das Motiv ist aus der Osterkollektion 2010 von Magnolia. Die Papiere sind sowohl ältere ebenfalls von Magnolia als auch Papiere von DCWV. Der Spruch ist von Stampin´Up.

Cupcake Craft # 83

Schönen Montag Morgen Euch allen! Montag bedeutet nicht nur der Start in eine neue Woche, sondern auch der Start einer neuen Challenge bei Cupcake Craft! Diesmal heißt das Thema "Food & Drinks" - also Essen und Trinken. Da war Tilda mit dem frisch gebackenen Muffin perfekt - und das Papier mit den leckeren Muffins paßte super. Bei Saturday Spotlight ist die Aufgabe, eine Karte zu machen, auf der die Farbe Deines Geburtssteines vorkommt. Ich bin ja im Dezember geboren was bedeutet, daß ich das schöne Blau des Topas verwenden darf.

At Saturday Spotlight they want us to make a birthday card on which we use the color of our birth stone. I am born in december so I had to use the clear blue of a Blue Topaz.

Und Just Us Girls hat eine Farbkombi für uns: hellblau, hellbraun, hellgelb und hellgrün. Das Gelb ist bei mir etwas untergegangen...

And Just Us Girls is having a color combo for us: light blue, light brown, light yellow and light green. Well, there isn´t much yellow on my card but at least a bit!

Das Motiv ist "Beary Big Hugs" von Belles´n´Whistles. Eines meiner all time favourites! Der Spruch ist aus dem Herbstkit 2009 von Whiff Of Joy. Zum Colorieren habe ich meine Copics verwendet - was sonst? LOL

Außerdem habe ich die Farbkombi von Just Us Girls verwendet: Raspberry, Chocolate, Ivory und Coral. Eine tolle Farbkombi, die ich mit etwas Grau ergänzt habe.
Und auch das aktuelle Thema bei Totally PaperCrafts habe ich eingebaut: Lots of Spots, also viele kleine Punkte. Darum habe ich das schoko-braune Papier mit den weißen Punkten von Magnolia verwendet.

I also used the color combo Just Us Girls has picked for us: raspberry, chocolate, ivory and coral. A wonderful combo that I just added some grey for the trousers.
And also the new theme over at Totally PaperCraft was included in my card: lots of spots. So I used that chocolate colored paper with all those tiny white spots by Magnolia.

Bei Saturday Spotlight heißt das Thema diesmal "snowflakes gone wild". Benutzt so viele davon wie möglich oder macht daraus etwas ganz anderes, z. B. einen Rahmen. Na, habt Ihr meine Schneeflocken gefunden? Ich habe daraus - einer Spellbinders Stanze - die Blume gebastelt.
Und dann habe ich auch noch die Farbkombi von Just Us Girls verwendet: burgunder-rot, grau, blush und vanille. Fragt mich nicht nach dem deutschen Wort für blush! Es ist eine Mischung aus hautfarben und rosa. Gut, daß mein Copic-Marker genau denselben Namen trägt. So wußte ich gleich, was gemeint war.LOL

Saturday Spotlight´s new theme is "snowflakes gone wild". You can either use a bunch of these or use them in a different way, for example make a wreath for frame from them. So, have you found the snowflakes on my card yet? I used them - cut with a Spellbinders die - to create the flower.
And finally I also used the new color combo of burgundy, blush, grey and vanilla which Just Us Girls has picked for their new challenge. There isn´t a german name for blush and so I was happy my Copic Marker had the same name to make sure I used the right color.LOL

Das Motiv ist "Cupcake" aus der neuen Sweet Things Collection von Belles´n´Whistles. Ich habe es diesmal für eine Geburtstagskarte verwendet. Die Papiere sind von DCWV und My Mind´s Eye, die Buchstaben für den Text mit dem Computer geschrieben.

Just Us Girls # 15, Simon Says...Shabby Chic und Stampavie and more # 77

Diese Karte habe ich für die neue Challenge bei Simon Says Stamp gemacht. Diesmal lautet das Thema "Shabby Chic" - also genau mein Stil.

I made this card for the new challenge over at Simon Says Stamp. Their theme of this week is "Shabby Chic" - exactly my style.

Außerdem habe ich das Thema von Just Us Girls eingebaut, das "stitching" heißt. Nähte, egal ob hand-, maschinen- oder faux-genäht: alles zählt. Ich habe wieder zu meinem Maschinchen gegriffen.

I also included the theme from Just Us Girls, which is stitching. Hand-, machine- or faux stitching: everything counts. I used my sewing machine again.

Und zu guter Letzt habe ich eine Easelcard gemacht, denn das ist was bei Stampavie And More diese Woche gefragt ist.

Das Motiv ist von Whiff Of Joy - und irgendwie hat es mich heute zu einer braun-grün Kombi gezogen. Vor einem Jahr hätte ich nie gedacht, daß ich mal freiwillig grün verwende, und jetzt...LOL
Die Papiere sind von K&Company, der Rand-Stempel von Autumn Leaves. Ich habe die Ränder und die Blumen mit goldfarbenem Embossingpulver überzogen und viel Distress Ink verwendet. Der Schnörkel ist von Sizzix, die Blume mit einer Spellbinders gestanzt, mit Farbe und Wasser dran gearbeitet und dann zusammengesetzt. Das grüne Hintergrundpapier habe ich zerknüllt und mit Schmirgelpapier leicht abgeschliffen.
Zum Colorieren habe ich Copics verwendet.

The image is by Whiff Of Joy - and somehow I had to use a brown and green combo for my card today. One year ago I never thought I would use green without being forced to and now...LOL
Papers are by K&Company, the stamp I used on the edges is by Autumn Leaves. I covered the edges and flowers with golden embossing powder and used a lot of Distress Ink on my card. The flourish is by Sizzix, the flower is cut using a Spellbinders die, distressed with water and ink and then assembled. The green background paper was crumbled and then lightly sanded.
I used Copics to color the image.
