Nachdem Halloween vorbei ist, komme ich dazu, einige Herbstkarten zu zeigen, die ich im Oktobber gewerkelt habe. Den Anfang macht diese Karte mit Kürbissen und kleiner Gans.

Since Halloween is over I have a chance to share with you some fall cards I made in october. I am starting with this card showing pumpkins and a little goose.
Hier kamen wieder Produkte von TheGreetery zum Einsatz - sowohl aus dem diesjährigen Herbst-Release als auch ältere. Ich liebe es, dass hier so vieles kombiniert werden kann.
Der Rahmen ist mit der Shortbread Shapes Rectangles Stanze gemacht. Ich habe ihn aus gelbem Cardstock gestanzt und dann mit dem Shortbread Shapes Rectangle Autumn Embossingfolder geprägt. Dann habe ich die Quadrate mit den Herbstmotiven, die sich eigentlich in der Mitte des Rahmens befinden, mit einer weiteren Stanze aus Shortbread Shapes Rectangles herausgeschnitten und stattdessen dunkles rot-lila Designpapier mit einem feinen orangefarbenem Muster hinterlegt. Darauf habe ich goldene Metallic-Watercolor aufgespritzt.
Again I used products by TheGreetery here - some from this year's fall release, some older ones. I love that everything works so well together.
The frame is made with the Shortbread Shapes Rectangle die. I die cut it from yellow cardstock and then used the Shortbread Shapes Rectangle Autumn embossing folder to dry emboss the cardstock. I cut the sqaures with the fall images, that are inside this frame, out with another die from Shortbread Shapes Rectangles and replaced them with some dark purple-ish red patterned paper with fine orange lines. I splattered some gold metallic watercolor onto it.
Für den Herbstlook sorgen einige Kürbisse samt Ranken. Dafür habe ich die Handpicked Harvest Stanze, die alle Formen auf einmal stanzt, aus weißem Cardstock gestanzt und die Teile dann mit dem Handpicked Harvest Embossingfolder geprägt. Dann habe ich das passende Stencilset verwendet, um die Motive einzufärben.
Ich habe mich für zwei grüne sowie einen pinken Kürbis entschieden und auch die Blüten zart pink gewischt. Zum Einsatz kamen die Distress Inks Tattered Rose, Victorian Velvet, Shabby Shutters, Iced Spruce, Bundled Sage, Peeled Paint und Forest Moss.
Die großen Ranken im Set habe ich in mehrere Teile geschnitten und dann alles am unteren Rand des Rahmens angeordnet. Einige der Ranken reichen dabei bis nahe an den oberen Rand der Karte.
For the fall look I added some pumpkins and vines. I die cut the Handpicked Harvest die, that cuts all the pieces at once, from white cardstock and then dry embossed them with the Handpicked Harvest embossing folder. I used the matching stencils to color the images in.
I decided to do two green and a pink pumpkin and also did the blossoms a soft pink. I used Distress Inks Tattered Rose, Victorian Velvet, Shabby Shutters, Iced Spruce, Bundled Sage, Peeled Paint and Forest Moss.
I cut the large vines into several pieces and then arranged everything at the bottom of the frame. Some of the vines are reaching up to the top of the frame.
Zwischen die Pflanzen und Früchte habe ich dann noch eine kleine Gans mit Hut gesetzt. Ich fand, die passt hier super und gibt der Karte einen niedlichen Touch. Sie ist aus dem Set Silly Goose. Den Hut habe ich aus dem selben Cardstock, den ich auch für den Rahmen verwendet habe, gestanzt, das Band am Hut sowie die Schleife um den Hals der Gans ist aus dunklem beere-farbigem Cardstock gemacht. Am Hut befinden sich zwei kleine rosafarbene Büten .
Ich habe die Gans mit Pumice Stone, den Hut mit Frayed Burlap und den Schnabel mit Fossilized Amber und ein wenig Frayed Burlap eingefärbt.
Die Gans schaut in die obere rechte Ecke der Karte, in der sich der Text befindet. Der ist aus dem Stempelset Simple Autumn Mini Sentiments und weiß auf den Hintergrund embosst.
Between the plants and fruits I then placed a little goose with a hat. I think, it fits great onto this card and also adds a little cute touch. It's from Silly Goose. I die cut the hat from the same cardstock I had also used for the frame, the ribbon on the hat and the bow around the goose's neck is cut from a dark berry toned cardstock. There are also two tiny soft pink flowers on the hat.
I inked the goose with Pumice Stone, the hat with Frayed Burlap and used that, combined with some Fossilized Amber, for the beek.
The goose is looking up into the top right corner of the card, where I placed my sentiment. It's from Simple Autumn Mini Sentiments and white heat embossed directly onto the background.
Zwischen Rahmen und Hintergrund habe ich dünnes 3D Tape gesetzt und dann auch einige der Motive und Rankenteile mit sowohl dünnem als auch dickem 3D Tape aufgeklebt. Als Deko habe ich einige goldene Perlen auf der Karte verteilt.
Hinter dem Kartenaufleger befindet sich eine weiße Kartenbasis, die ich ein klein wenig kleiner als den Rahmen geschnitten habe.
I placed thin foam tape between the background and the frame and then used thin and thick foam tape behind a few of the images and vine parts. As decoration I added a few gold pearls.
Behind the card panel I put a white card base, that I cut just a tad bit smaller than the frame.
