Hugs and Fishes

Sardinenbüchsen sind dieses Jahr schwer in Mode - und ich habe bereits die Sets von HeroArts und  Magnolia. Das hat mich aber nicht davon abgehalten, die von TheGreetery auch noch zu bestellen. Und die habe ich für diese Geburtstagskarte verwendet.

Sardine tins are a big thing in crafting this year - and I already have the sets by HeroArts and Magnolia. But that didn't stop me from ordering the ones by TheGreetery, too. And those I used on today's birthday card.

 

Der Hintergrund besteht aus dunkelgrünem Cardstock, den ich mit dem Streaming Embossingfolder von SimonSaysStamp embosst habe. Der erinnert mich an Wellen und passte hier perfekt. Die Ränder des Cardstocks habe ich dann mit dunkelgrüner Tinte sowie Distress Ink Black  Soot gewischt und anschließend grüne Metallic-Watercolor aufgespritzt. 

 

The background is made from dark green cardstock, that I dry embossed with the Streaming embossing folder by SimonSaysStamp. It reminds me of waves and worked great here. I inked the edges of the cardstock with dark green ink and Distress Ink Black Soot, then splattered green metallic watercolor onto it. 

 

 Die Sardinendosen aus den Sets Canned Lite sind natürlich das Hauptelement  der Karte. Ich habe eine geöffnete und eine geschlossene Dose gestaltet und die Außenteile jeweils aus dunkel- und helltürkis farbenem Cardstock gestanzt. Bei der offenen Dose habe ich noch den Boden aus matt silbernem, den oberen Rand sowie den aufgerollten Teil des Deckels aus matt bronze farbenem Metallic Cardstock gestanzt. Oft sind die Dosen innen ja dann bronzefarben... Den Ring zum Öffnen der zweiten Dose habe ich aus silbernem Metallic-Cardstock gestanzt.

Die hellen Deckelteile habe ich dann bestempelt. Das Segelschiff und  der Text sind mit Stempeln aus dem Set Something Fishy weiß aufembosst. Für den Rahmen habe ich das Large Linked Labels Set verwendet. Die  Rahmen in dem Set sind zwar zu groß, aber mit nur teilweise Abstempeln passen sie ganz gut. In die Lücke, die zwischen den beiden Teilen entsteht - im Orginal-Rahmen ist hier ein weiterer Schnörkel - habe ich dann auf der geöffneten Dose ein kleines silbernes Herzkonfeetti aufgeklebt. Bei der geschlossenen Dose sieht man die Stelle gar nicht wirklich. Unter den aufgestempelten Text habe ich dann noch eine Welle aus dunkeltürkis farbenem Cardstock aufgeklebt, die wieder im Canned Lite Set enthalten ist. 

Die Fische in der rechten Dose sind aus grün-grauem Cardstock sowie mintfarbenem Holographic Cardstock gestanzt. Ich habe von den holografischen den Kopf bogenförmig abgeschnitten und diesen Teil dann auf die mintgrünen Fische geklebt. 

Rund um die Büchsen habe ich dann Olivenzweige gesetzt. Die sind mit dem Bigger Holiday Botanicals Olive Set, ebenfalls von TheGreetery, gemacht. Die  Zitrone auf der linken Seite ist dann mit einer der Stanzen aus dem Zesty Lemon Set von LawnFawn gemacht. 

 

 The sardine tins from Canned Lite are the main element on my card. I created an opened and a closed one and cut the outer pieces from dark and light aqua cardstock. For the opened can I also cut the bottom from matte silver, the inner metall piece and the rolled up lid from matte bronze metallic cardstock. Often the inside has a different color than the outside and bottom... The ring to pull the lid open on the closed one I cut from silver metallic cardstock.

I did some stamping on the lids. The sail boat and the text are made using stamps from Something Fishy and white heat embossed. For the frames I used the Large Linked Labels Set. The frames are too large for the lids, but with partial stamping they fit quite well. Into the gap, that shows up between the two parts because there is another flourish in the original frame I simply glued a small silver heart confetti. I only did that on the opened tin, the gap is hardly noticable on the closed tin.  Under the stamped on text I also glued  on a little wave, cut from dark aqua cardstock using another die from Canned Lite.

The fish in the right tin are made from grey-ish green cardstock and some mint holographic  cardstock. I cut off the heads of the holografic fish, cutting in a curve, then glued these onto the grey-ish green ones. 

Around the tins I added some olive branches. Those  are cut with the Bigger Holiday Botanical Olive  set, again by TheGreetery. The lemon on the left  side I made using a die from Zesty Lemon by LawnFawn. 

 

 Mit der selben Wellenstanze, die ich schon als Deko auf den Sardinendosen verwendet habe, habe ich auch noch Bordüren für den Hintergrund gestanzt und sie per Partial Diecutting verlängert. Diesmal habe ich aber die Wellen aus dem Canned Set verwendet, das eine größere Variante der Sardinendose darstellt. Die Bordüren habe ich dann mit Tinte etwas abgedunkelt, damit sie nicht gar so herausstechen. 

Oben rechts neben den Sardinendosen habe ich dann einen kleinen Teil meines Textes untergebracht. Ich habe Stempel aus dem Set Bitty Birthday Wishes von MFT benutzt und weiß auf hellgrünen Cardstock embosst. 

 

Using  the same wave die I had also used as decoration on the sardine tins I die cut some borders for the background and made them longer by doing some partial die cutting. This time I used the waves from Canned, which makes a larger version of the sardine tin. I darkened the borders with some ink to not make them stand out as much.

To the  top right of the tins I added a small part of my text. I used stamps from Bitty Birthday Wishes by MFT and white heat embossed them onto light green cardstock.

 

 Den Rest meines Textes habe ich entlang des unteren Rands der Karte unter den Sardinendosen angebracht. Das Fishes ist wieder aus dem Set Something Fishy, der Rest von Bitty Birthday Wishes. Wieder habe ich die Texte weiß auf hellgrünen Cardstock embosst. Neben das Wort Fishes habe ich mit einem schwarzen Fineliner einen Schattenn aufgemalt und das Wort dann per Hand ausgeschnitten. 

 

The rest of my text I adhered along the bottom edge of the card, under the sardine tins. The word fishes is again from Something Fishy, the rest from Bitty Birthday Wishes. Again I white heat embossed the text onto light green cardstock. I used a black fineliner to draw a shadow next to the word fishes, then cut the word out with my scissors.

 

 Die offene Sardinendose habe ich mit dünnem 3D Tape zusammengesetzt, so konnte ich die Fische gut hineinschieben. Auf der geschlossenen Dose habe ich den helltürkis farbenen Teil des Deckels damit befestigt und habe dann auch den offene Sardinendose damit auf dem Hintergrund angeklebt, um den Höhenunterschied auszugleichen. 

Als Deko  habe ich dann noch zwei silberne Sternkonfetti  neben den unteren Textteil aufgeklebt und dann alles  auf einem weißen Kartenrohling befestigt. 

 

I used thin foam tape to put the opened tin together. This way I was easily able to tuck the fish into the tin. For the closed thin I used the tape to adhere the light aqua part of the lid and then backed the opened tin with the tape, to even out the difference in height. 

I added  two silver star confetti  next to the text at the bottom of the  card and then glued  the card panel  to a white card base.

Die heutige Karte ist schon vor einiger Zeit entstanden, ich komme aber erst jetzt dazu, sie Euch zu zeigen. Meine Bestellung von TheGreetery war nämlich angekommen und da musste ich unbedingt nochmal eine Karte mit den Rolling Hills machen. Allerdings konnte ich mich nicht so recht  entscheiden, ob meine Landschaft in der Toskana oder in the Provence sein soll. Und so trifft nun Italien auf Frankreich.

I made today's card some time ago but didn't have time to share it with you. My order from TheGreetery had arrived and I just had to make another card with the Rolling Hills die. But I just couldn't decide if I wanted those to be in Tuscany or in Provence. And so Italy is  meeting France on my card.

 

In dem neuen Release gab es eine Embossingfolder, der zur Rolling Hills Stanze passt. Okay, nicht ganz - er ist nicht so breit wie die kompletten Hügel, da die  ja auch auf eine querformatige Karte passt. Aber das sieht man so gut wie nicht. Ich habe mit dem Embossingfolder ein Stück hellblauen Cardstocks embosst, den Himmel zart mit Distress Ink Tumbled Glass gewischt und dann ein weißes Pigment-Stempelkissen auf die Wolken gedrückt, nur um sie ein klein wenig mehr hervorzuheben. 

 

In this new release there is an embossing folder, that goes with the Rolling Hills die.  Well, nearly - it's not as wide as the die since that also fits a landscape oriented card. But you can hardly tell that on my card. I dry embossed a piece of light blue cardstock with it and lightly shaded the sky with Distress Ink Tumbled Glass. Then I pressed a white pigment ink pad onto the clouds, just to bring them out a bit more.

 

 Für den unteren Bereich der Karte habe ich die Rolling Hills ausgestanzt - einmal aus weißem und einmal aus gelbem Cardstock. Dann habe ich die Teile erst mit dem Embossingfolder geprägt und dann die passenden Stencils verwendet und die Hügel gewischt. Bei dem gelben Stück habe ich einfach die schmalen Streifen mit einem dunkleren Gelbton eingefärbt und kleine Punkte mit einem  hellbraunen Fineliner aufgetragen, um dem Feld etwas Struktur zu geben. 

Bei dem weißen Stanzteil habe ich den hintersten Hügel weggeschnitten und dann alles grün und lila gewischt. Es sollte so aussehen wie ein Lavendelfeld. Um den Look hervorzuheben habe ich lilafarbene Metallic Watercolor aufgespritzt. 

Außerdem habe ich mit dem Rolling Hills Bella Terra Addition Stempelset und den dazugehörigen Stanzen zwei Reihen Blumen gestaltet. Den weißen Cardstock, auf den ich alles gestempelt habe,  habe ich nach dem Stempeln etwas grün und lila gewischt. Für alle Lavendelfelder und die  Blumen habe ich Distress Ink Wilted Violett, Villaoinous Postion, Mowed Lawn und Rustic Wilderness verwendet. 

Der süße Cinquecento mitsamt Sonnenschirm ist von Charlie und Paulchen aus deren Estate Italiana Kollektion. Ich fand, die beiden Reihen passen einfach super zusammen. Ich habe ihn aus weißem Cardstock gestanzt und mit Alkoholmarkern coloriert. Dann habe ich ihn zwischen den Hügeln aufgeklebt. Ja, so ein Cinquecento kann auch Offroad... ;)

Ganz unten links habe ich dann noch meinen Text aufgeklebt. Dafür habe ich einen der Texte aus dem Bella Terra Set weiß auf lilafarbenen Cardstock embosst und mit der passenden Stanze ausgestanzt. 

 

For the bottom of my card I die cut the Rolling Hills - once from yellow and once from white cardstock. Then I put them in the embossingfolder, ran it through my Big Shot and then used the matching stencil set to ink the hills. On the yellow part I just inked the thin stripes and used a light brown fineliner to add somme tiny dots to the strips, giving the field some structure. 

I cut off the hill in the very back from the white piece and inked everything in purple and green. I wanted it to look like a lavender field. To make this look a bit more realistic I splattered purple metallic watercolor onto those hills. 

I also created some rows of flowers using the Rolling Hills Bella Terra Additions set. After I had done the  stamping I inked the cardstock around the stamped flowers purple and green, just to not have the white edges in my scene. For the lavender fields and the flowers I used Distress Ink Wilted Violett, Villaoinous Potion, Mowed Lawn and Rustic Wilderness. 

The cute car - a Fiat Cinquecento - is by  Charlie  and Paulchen, from their Estate Italiana series. I just thought those two  lines work together perfectly. I die  cut it from white cardstock and colored it with alcohol markers. Then I glued it between the lavender fields. And yes, this Cinquecento also can go off road.... ;)

In the bottom left I added my text. I white heat embossed one from the Bella Terra set onto a piece of dark purple cardstock, then cut it out with the matching die. 

 

 Hinten  auf dem gelben Hügel steht  dann ein schönes altes  Landhaus. Das ist mit dem Countryside Villa Mini Stanzenset gemacht. Ich habe auf das Haus einige Mauersteine aufgemalt. Außerdem habe  ich die kleinen Blumen aus dem Market Place Celebration Street Set vor die Fenster geklebt. Ich habe jeweils ein grünes und ein lilafarbenes  Stanzteil gedreht aufeinander geklebt.

Rund um das Haus stehen Zypressen, ebenfalls aus dem Countryside Villa  Mini Set. Sie sind  aus dunkelgrünem Cardstock gestanzt und mit Forest Moss im untere Bereich ein wenig schattiert. 

Und auch wenn es mir schwerfiel, habe ich hier bewusst auf weiße Highlights verzichtet - und der Look gefällt mir echt gut. 

 

In the back, on top of those yellow hills, there's an old villa, made with the Countryside Villa Mini die set. I drew some bricks onto the house and put the small flowers from Market Place Celebration Street in front of the windows. For each flower cluster I stacked a purple and a green diecut, turning one of them upside down. 

Around the house there are some tall cypresses, also  from the Countryside Villa Mini set. I die cut them from dark green cardstock and shaded the bottom with a bit of Forest Moss. 

And even if it was kind of hard for me - I didn't add any  white highlights to the house or trees. And I really  like  the look.

 

 Durch das Embossen und Layern hat die Karte schon einiges and Dimension und Dicke. Ich habe nur den Text mit dünnem 3D Tape hinterlegt. Als Deko habe ich drei kleine weiße Herzen aufgeklebt. 

Zum Schluss habe ich alles  auf einem weißen Kartenrohling befestigt.

 

With the embossing and layering this card has already some dimension. I only backed the text with thin foam tape. As decoration I added three white clay  hearts.

Then I glued the card panel onto a white note card.

Ich weiß nicht, warum, aber irgendwie wirkt die heutige Karte ein wenig herbstlich auf mich. Dabei war das überhaupt nicht meine Absicht. Mir gefällt sie trotzdem.

I don't know why, but today's card looks a bit fall-ish to me. And that was in no way my intention. I still like it, though.

 

Für diese Karte kam tatächlich nur eine Hintergrundstanze mit zwei  kleinen Zusatzsets  zum Einsatz. Die Basis ist mit der Rolling Hills Stanze von TheGreetery gemacht. Damit meine Szene auch ohne 3D Tape etwas Tiefe bekommt, habe ich den Hintergrund sechs Mal  aus Watercolor Cardstock gestanzt und jeweils die oberen Hügel weggeschnitten, so dass auf jeder Lage ein Hügel mehr zu sehen ist. 

Farblich habe ich jeweils zwei Hügel gleich gehalten. Als Basis habe ich mit einem helleren Distress-Ton und Ink Smooshing erstmal eine Basis auf die Hügel gelegt. Hier kamen Squeezed Lemonade, Shabby Shutters und Evergreen Bough zum Einsatz. Dann habe ich erst jweils die unteren Ränder der Hügel mit einem dunkleren Ton ein wenig gewischt und dafür Mustard Seed, Peeled Paint und Pine Needles benutzt. Außerdem habe ich jeweils etwas dieser dunkleren Farbe mit Wasser gemicht und  auf die Hügel aufgespritzt. Bei den gelben Hügeln habe ich hierbei Brushed Corduroy benutzt, das Gelb hat man einfach nicht genug gesehen.
Die dunklen Streifen habe ich dann mit einem Stencil aufgetragen. Nun hatte ich, als ich mir vor etwa 2 Monaten die Stanzen gekauft hatte, nicht bemerkt, dass es auch Stencils gibt. Und dann waren sie nicht mehr auf Lager. Also habe ich mir - derweil - mal anders beholfen und mir mit der Stanze, Mylar-Folie und einem Cutter selbst Stencils gemacht. Sie sind nicht perfekt, machen ihren Job aber fürs Erste. Die dunklen Streifen sind mit Fossilized Amber, Pine Needles und Peeled Paint benutzt. Auf das grüne Pine Needles habe ich dann noch ein wenig Uncharted Mariner verteilt, um den Farbton etwas zu verändern, das war mir zu grün.

Ich habe alle Lagen aufeinander geklebt und dann erst feine Wasserspritzer sowie später verdünnte weiße Acrylfarbe, ebenfalls ganz fein, aufgespritzt. 

 

For this card I only used one background die and two small add-on sets. The base is made using the Rolling Hills die by TheGreetery. To add some depth to the scene but not to have use foam tape for it I die cut the background six times from watercolor cardstock, then cut off the top hills, cutting off one more than I did on the previous one, so there is one hill more on each layer.

I always kept two hills the same color. To add a base layer of color I used a lighter Distress Ink tone and did some ink smooshing. I used Squeezed Lemonade, Shabby Shutters and Evergreen Bough here. Then I used a darker shade to ink just the bottom of each hill using Mustard Seed, Peeled Paint and Pine Needles. I also mixed some of those darker shades with water and splattered it over the cardstock. On the yellow hills I used Brushed Corduroy, the yellow ink just wasn't visible enough.

I then used a stencil to add the darker stripes. Well, when I bought these dies about 2 months ago I didn't realize there was a stencil set and then they were out of stock. So for now I made my own stencils using the die, some Mylar and a craft knife. They didn't turn out perfect but will do the job or now. I added the darker stripes  with Fossilized Amber, Pine Needles and Peeled Paint. Onto the green Pine Needles I added a touch of Uncharted Mariner, just to make the color a bit more blue-ish. 

I glued all the layers on top of each other and then finely spritzed some water onto the cardstock. After it had dried I also added some watered down acrylic paint, again in very fine splatters. 

 

 Um oben einen geraden Abschluss meines Cardstocks zu erhalten habe ich einen dünnen Streifen blauen Cardstocks hinter die Hügel geklebt. Dadurch ist die Karte allerdings höher als geplant geworden und ich musste am unteren Ende etwa 1/4" wegschneiden. 

Anschließend habe ich Tannenbaumreihen, einzelne Bäume, Häuser und Zäune aus den Sets Rolling Hills Tree Details und Countryside aufgeklebt. Die Bäume sind aus zwei verschiedenen Tönen dunkelgrünen Cardstocks gestanzt, bei den Häusern habe ich mich für ein ockergelb mit rot-braunem Dach entschieden. Die Teile der Häuser habe ich jeweils mit Brushed Corduroy schattiert und außerdem Stück des selben blauen Cardstocks, den ich auch für den Himmel benutzt habe, hinter die Fenster geklebt. 

 

To have a straight edge at the top of the cardstock I glued a strip of light blue cardstock behind the hills. That made the card too tall and so I had to cut off about 1/4" at the bottom. 

Then I added some rows of pine trees, individual trees, houses and fences from Rolling Hills and Countryside to the hills. I die cut the trees from two different shades of dark green cardstock, for the houses I went with a yellow ochre and reddish-brown roofs. I shaded the house parts with Brushed Corduroy  and glued small pieces of the same blue cardstock I also had used for the sky behind the windows.  

 

 Die beiden größeren Häuser haben jeweils eine helle und eine dunkle Hausseite, ich habe hier farblich passenden dunkleren Cardstocks benutzt um diese Lagen auszustanzen. Und weil die Teile der Häuser jeweils alle auf einer kleinen Platte zusammen sind, ich somit die restlichen Teile übrig hatte, konnte ich die Dächer noch mit einer Lage einer anderen Farbe hinterlegen und sie so ein klein wenig erhöhen. 
Unten quer über die Karte habe ich dann meinen Text geklebt. Der ist aus dem Set Mice on Ice von LawnFawn und weiß auf dunkelgrünen Cardstock embosst. Ich hatte erst keine Idee für einen Text, fand aber, die Karte brauchte einen. Diesen hier fand ich dann ganz passend.

 

The two larger houses have a ligth and a dark side, that I cut from matching cardstock. And because all the house parts are together on one die I had some left over pieces and was able to add an additional layer behind the roofs to raise them a bit. 

At the bottom I glued my text across the card. It's from Mice on Ice by LawnFawn and white heat embossed onto dark green cardstock. I really didn't know what text to add but it felt like the card needed one. I think, this one works great here.

 

 

Den Text habe ich dann doch mit dünnem 3D TApe hinterlegt. Als Deko habe ich eingige winzige goldene Perlen auf der Karte verteilt und dann alles auf einem weißen Kartenrohling angebracht. 

 

I did use some thin foam  tape to adhere the text. As decoration I added some tiny gold pearls to the card and then glued the card panel to a white note card.

 

Craft Roulette Episode #329

Auch dieses Wochenende habe ich es geschafft, eine Karte nach den Vorgaben der Episode #329 von Craft Roulette zu machen. Manchmal bin ich mir da im Vorfeld nicht so ganz sicher, aber bis jetzt hat es doch immer geklappt.

Also this weekend I managed to make a card after the parameters of episode #329 of Craft Roulette. I am not always sure if I'll make it, but it worked out every weekend so far.

This episode's parameters are:

Diesmal hat es wieder ein wenig gedauert, bis ich eine Idee zur Karte hatte, urpsrünglich wollte ich ein Gewächshaus als Hauptelement einbauen. Aber dann habe ich mich spontan umentschieden.

Die Book Binding Card hat mich auf die Idee gebracht, gleich ein ganzes Buch - natürlich samt dem geforderten Streifen, neben dem die Karte aufgeklappt wird - als Karte zu machen. Die Have a Spine Stanze von TheGreetery erledigt da fast  die komplette Arbeit. ;)

Ich habe das Cover aus hellbeigem, den Buchrücken aus hellgrünem Cardstock und die Buchseiten unten aus matt-goldenem Metallic-Cardstock gestanzt. Im Inneren ist die Karte weiß. 

Zwischen die goldenen Seiten am unteren Ende des Buches, habe ich ein rotes Fähnchen als Lesezeichen geschoben. Das ist aus dem Have a Spine Short Story Set, der kleinen Schwester des Have a Spine Stanzensets. 

Den Buchrücken habe ich mit Distress Ink Bundled Sage, das Cover mit Antique Linen und ein wenig Frayed Burlap gewischt. Dann habe ich auf das Cover mit dem Canvas Stempel, einem alten Hintergrund von SU, eine Leinenstruktur aufgestempelt. Die ist ja quasi ein sehr enges Grid. Zum Aufstempeln habe ich wieder Antique Linen und Frayed Burlap verwendet. 

Auf den Buchrücken habe ich mit Versafine Clair Pinecone einen Text aus dem Itty Bitty Thanks  Stempelset von MFT aufgestempelt, den ich aus zwei Stempeln des Sets zusammengesetzt habe. 

 

This time it took me a bit again until I had an idea for my card. Orginally I was thinking about adding a greenhouse as the main element. But then I changed my mind.

The book binding card parameter gave me the idea of giving my whole card the look of a book - of course including the spine, next to which the card gets opened up. The Have a Spine die by TheGreetery nearly does the whole work here. ;)

I die cut the cover from light beige, the spine from light green cardstock and the pages at the bottom from matte gold metallic cardstock. The inside of the card I kept white.

Between the gold pages at the bottom of the card I tucked a red banner as a bookmark. It's from Have a Spine Short Story, the smaller version of the Have a Spine die.

I inked the spine with Distress Ink Bundled Sage, the cover with Antique Linen  and a bit of Frayed Burlap. Then I used the Canvas stamp, a really old background by SU, to stamp some kind of linen texture onto the cover. It is a very tight grid, right? To stamp the grid on I used Antique Linen and Frayed Burlap again.

Onto the spine I stamped a text from Itty Bitty Thanks by MFT, using Versafine Clair Pinecone and putting the text together by combining two stamps from the set.

 

 Auf ein Stück etwas dunkler-beigen Cardstocks habe ich dann den Rahmen aus dem Set Fall Harvest von PapertreyInk gold aufembosst. Bei diesem Stempel habe ich den gefüllten unteren Bereich mit der Schere herausgeschnitten, so kann ich ihn in einer anderen Farbe abstempeln. Ich habe hier wieder Bundled Sage verwendet. Wiederum mit Versafine Clair Pinecone habe ich dann den Fall Harvest Text aus dem selben Stempelset aufgestempelt.

Die Ränder des Cardstocks habe ich mit Frayed Burlap gewischt und den Bereich in der Mitte herausgeschnitten. Dann habe ich alles mit dunkelgelbem Cardstock hinterlegt. Den habe ich in der Mitte ebenfalls  mit Frayed Burlap abgedunkelt. Die vier kleinen Blätter  im Rahmen habe  ich mit  einem grünen Polychromo ausgemalt.  

 In die Mitte des Labels habe ich dann viele herbstliche Motive gesetzt, mit denen sowohl das Parameter Plant(s) als auch Roadside Market Colors abgedeckt sind. An so einem Marktstand entlang der Straße bekommt man ja allerhand an Gemüse und Blumen in allen Farben - bei mir ist passend zum Text natürlich schon der Herbst eingezogen. 

Die kleinen Motive sind alle aus verschiedenen Sets von LawnFawn. Im einzelnen habe ich die Sets Make Lemonade (Obstkiste), Happy Harvest (Sonnenblumen), Veggie Happy (Tomatenpflanze, Salat, Karotte,  Rübe), Garden Mouse (Blumentopf) sowie Spring Basket AddOn Fall (Füllung  der Obstkiste und Schnecke) verwendet. Alle Motive sind mit Alcoholmarkern coloriert und per Hand ausgeschnitten. 

Ebenfalls aus dem Have a Spine Short Story Set von TheGreetery habe ich noch die Buchecke viermal aus matt-goldenem Metallic-Cardstock gestanzt und rund um das Label auf dem Buchcover angeklebt. Dazwischen habe ich feine Linien mit einem braunen Fineliner gezogen.

Und  unter dem Label habe ich noch einen weiteren Text aus dem Set Autumn Blessing von MFT angebracht. Der ist weiß auf braunen Cardstock embosst. 

 

 Onto a piece of a bit darker beige cardstock I gold heat embossed the frame from Fall Harvest by PapertreyInk. With this stamp I have cut out the solid area at the bottom - carefully with my scissors - so I can stamp that in a different color. I used Bundled Sage again, then stamped the Fall Harvest text from the same set on top with Versafine Clair Pinecone. 

In inked the edges of the cardstock with Frayed Burlap and cut out the area in the center. Then I matted the label with dark yellow cardstock, that I have darkened with Frayed Burlap again in the center. The four tiny leaves on the frame I filled with a green Polychromo.

Into the center of the label I stamped a lot of fall images, that do not only cover the Plant(s) parameter but also the  roadside market colors. On a market stand along the  road you can buy all kinds of vegetables and flowers in all colors - matching the text on my card I went with fall produce.

The small images are all from different sets by LawnFawn. I used Make Lemonade (crate), Happy Harvest (sunflowers), Veggie Happy (tomato  plant, lettuce, carrot, beet), Garden Mouse (flower pot) and Spring Basket AddOn Fall (crate content and snail). I colored all images with alcohol markers and cut them out with my scissors. 

Also from Have a Spine Short Story by TheGreetery I die cut the corners four times from matte gold metallic cardstock and glued them around  the  label onto the cover. Between them I drew lines with a brown fineliner. 

Under the label I added another text from Autumn Blessings by MFT, white heat embossing it onto brown cardstock. 

 

 Das beige Label habe ich mit dünnem 3D Tape auf den gelben Cardstock darunter geklebt, die kleinen Motive sind alle mit dickem 3D Tape hinterlegt. 

Als Deko habe ich dann noch einige goldene Perlen auf das Buchcover geklebt.

 

I used thin foam tape to glue the beige label onto the yellow cardstock behind it, the small images I backed with thick foam tape.

Then I glued a few gold pearls as decoration onto the book cover. 

 

 Und hier zum Beweis, dass das tatsächlich eine Book Binding Card ist - und für alle, die - wie ich - mit dem Begriff  nichts anfangen können - noch ein Bild davon, wie sich die Karte öffnen lässt. Es klappt hier nur der Bereich rechts des Buchrückens nach oben. 

 

And here as proof that this really is a book binding card - and for all of you that might not know this type of card, just like me - a pic of how the card opens. Only the part to the right of the spine opens up.

 Roadside Market Colors: ich habe all die leuchtenden Farben verwendet, die die Herbsternte bietet: orange, gelb, grün, rot und ein bisschen dunkels pink. 

Plant(s): Auf meiner Karte findet sich eine Tomatenpflanze, zwei Sonnenblumen und auch das Gemüse fällt unter die Pflanzenkategorie.

Grid: Die Leinenstruktur auf meiner Karte ist ein enges Netz.

Ein Gänschen zum Geburtstag

 

Hallo Ihr Lieben!

Auf der heutigen Karte zeige ich Euch ein kleines Gänschen, das als Überbringer von Geburtstagspost fungiert. Gänse sind ja dieses Jahr in der Bastelwelt groß in Mode - und dieses Set von Cafe Constanze ist einfach zu süß! Ich habe es gleich noch mit Elementen aus dem Set  Herbstleuchten kombiniert, so passt alles vom Design her perfekt zusammen.

On today's card I am sharing a little goose that's on his way to deliver some birthday mail. Seems like in cardmaking geese are a big thing this year  - and this set by Cafe Constanze is just too cute! I combined it with elements from their set Herbstleuchten so everything goes together perfectly.

 

Der Hintergrund besteht einfach aus türkisblauem Designpapier mit Plaid-Muster. Eigentlich wollte ich eine ovale Karte machen, irgendwie fehlte mir dann aber doch noch etwas drumherum. 

 

The background is made from a piece of turquoise patterned paper with a plaid pattern. Originally I wante to make  an oval card, but then it felt like something was missing around it.

 

 Die Szene hinter dem Gänschen habe ich mit Stanzen von TheGreetery gemacht. Ich habe die Sets Capsule Basics und Capsule Party Scene und benutzt und damit einen weißen Rahmen mit Wellenrand, die Lage  mit den Partybanner und den grün-blauen Hintergrund gestanzt. Alle Teile habe ich ein wenig mit passenden Distress Inks gewischt und unten noch eine Lage Gras mit eingefügt. Die Partybanner habe ich mit Ohuhu Markern coloriert. 

Auf den Himmel habe ich etwas weiße Acrylfarbe gespritzt, auf die Wiese habe ich mit grüner Tinte kleine Kleeblätter aus dem Set Gänsebriefchen aufgestempelt. 

Und damit die Szene Tiefe bekommt, habe ich jedes Stanzteil mit zwei weiteren Lagen aus dickem Cardstock hinterlegt. 

 

The scene with the little goose is made using dies by TheGreetery. I used the sets Capsule Basics and Capsule Party Scene to create a white frame with a scalloped  edge, the layer with the party banners and the green-ish blue background. I used matching Distress Inks to shade everything and also added a layer of grass to the bottom. The party banners I colored with Ohuhu markers.  

I splattered some white acrylic paint onto the background and used green ink to stamp some small clovers, also from Gänsebriefchen, onto the grass.

To give the scene some depth I backed each layer with two more die cuts, cut from thick cardstock. 

 

 Und hier ist das kleine Gänschen in ganzer Pracht. Ich habe den Brief aus dem Set zweimal abgestempelt und dann alle Motive coloriert. Beim Ausschneiden mit der Schere habe ich entlang der Stempellinie unter dem Flügel geschnitten und die beiden Briefe darunter gesteckt. Außerdem habe ich der Gans eine Schleife, die eigentlich eine andere Gans aus dem Set trägt, umgelegt. 

Schleife und Partyhut habe ich mit Stickles beglittert.

 

And here's the little goose in all its beauty. I stamped the letter from the set two tiemes and then colored all the images. When cutting them out with my scissors I cut along the stamp line of the wing and tucked the letters under it. I also dressed the goose up with a bow, that I've taken off another goose from the set.

I added glitter to the bow and party hat using Stickles.

 

 Für den Text habe ich zwei Stempel aus den beiden bereits erwähnten Sets kombiniert. Sie sind mit grüner Tinte auf weißen bzw. grau-grünen Cardstock gestempelt.

Und oben habe ich dann noch eine große Schleife aus dem Regency Bow No. 1 Set von TheGreetery aufgeklebt. Ich finde, Schleifen geben alles einen festlichen bzw. partytauglichen Look. Ich habe die Schleife ausgestanzt, ein wenig gewischt und zusammengeklebt. Auch sie habe ich mit Stickles beglittert.

 

For the text I combined two stamps from the already mentioned sets. I stamped them with green ink onto white and grey-ish green cardstock.

To the top of the oval I also added a large bow from Regency Bow No. 1 by TheGreetery. I think, bows make everything festive. I cut the bow out, shaded it slightly and then put it together. I also used Stickles to add some glitter to it, too.

 

Das Gänschen und die Texte habe ich dann mit dünnem 3D Tape aufgeklebt, so dass sie den höchsten Punkt der Karte darstellen.

Als Deko habe ich ein paar weiße Herzen auf der Karte verteilt und dann alles auf einen weißen Kartenrohling geklebt.

 

I backed the goose and texts with thin foam tape, so they make the most raised elements on the card.

As decoration I added a few white clay hearts and then glued the card panel to a white note card.

 

Best birthday fishes

Die Sardinen sind los... und an ihnen scheiden sich ein wenig die Geister. Ich finde sie toll. Und deswegen dürfen sie diese Geburtstagskarte zieren.

The sardines are on the loose... and it seems that not everyone likes them. I love them. And that's why they are the star of this birthday card.

 

 Angefangen hat bei dieser Karte alles mit dem Hintergrund. Der ist aus dem Mini-Release, das TheGreetery im Mai oder Juni herausgebracht hat. Die Wellen sind einfach wunderbar - und es gibt zusammenpassende Embossingfolder, Stencils und eine Outline-Stanze. Ich habe hier alles drei verwendet. 

Zuerst  habe ich mit der Stanze zweimal die Formen aus weißem Cardstock gestanzt und sie mit dem Embossingfolder geprägt. Anschließend habe ich sie mit den Stencils und Distress Ink Salvaged Patina, Peacock Feathers und Uncharted Mariner gewischt. Von einem der Wellenpanele habe ich nur den unteren Teil benutzt und mit dünnem 3D Tape in zwei weiteren Lagen am unteren Teil der größeren Welle angeklebt. Dann habe ich alles auf dunkeltürkis-farbenen Cardstock geklebt, den ich im unteren Teil ebenfalls mit Uncharted Mariner gewischt habe.

Auf die sich brechenden Wellen habe ich mit einem stumpfen Pinsel etwas weiße Paste aufgetupft, so dass es wie Schaumkronen aussieht. Außerdem habe ich über alles schimmrige Spritzer aufgespritzt. 

 

It all started with the background here. It's from the mini release that TheGreetery had back in may or june. I love these waves - and there are an embossing folder, a stencil set and an outline die set, that all go together. I used all three here.

First I die cut the outline die two times from white cardstock and dry embossed them with the embossing folder. Then I used the stencils and Distress Ink Salvaged Patina, Peacock Feathers and Uncahrted Mariner to color the waves. I only used the bottom from one of the panels, separated it into two pieces and adhered those with thin foam tape to the bottom of the larger panel. Then I glued everything onto a piece of dark aqua cardstock, that I inked again at the bottom with Uncharted Mariner. 

I used a brush that I have cut down the brisels very shortly and dabbed some white paste onto the breaking waves so it looks like sea foam. I also added splatters with some white shimmer paint.

 

 Nun gab es im Juli-Release von TheGreetery auch Sardinen Stanzen - and die war aber kein Herankommen. Also habe ich die Sardinen aus dem Big Mouth Sardine Stanzen von HeroArts verwendet. Ich habe zwei große und eine kleinere Sardine aus grünem Cardstock gestanzt und sie dann vom Schwanz her mit etwas Uncharted Mariner gewischt. Auf die Schuppen habe ich Stickles aufgetragen.

Um die Sardinen etwas geburtstagstauglicher zu machen, habe ich den großen Sardinen den Partyhut aus dem Set Silly Goose von TheGreetery aufgesetzt. Da der Hut für die kleinere Sardine zu groß war, hat sie einen Luftballon aus dem selben Set ins Maul bekommen. Ich habe die Schnur und eine Schleife, die eigentlich um den Hals einer Gans gehört, aus silbernem Glitter-Cardstock, den Luftballon aus grünem Vellum gestanzt. Auf die Partyhüte habe ich dann wieder Stickles aufgetragen und den PomPom im oberen Teil durch eine dunkelgrüne Glitzerkugel ersetzt. 

 Die  Fische  habe  ich dann hinter die kleineren Wellenlagen gesteckt. 

 

 In their july release TheGreetery also released some sardine dies - but I had no chance of getting my hands on those. So I used the sardines from Big Mouth Sardine by HeroArts instead. I die cut two large and one smaller sardine from green cardstock and inked them from the tail with Uncharted Mariner. Onto the scales I added some Stickles.

To make those fish look more festive I gave the larger sardines party hats from Silly Goose by TheGreetery. Since the hat was too large for the smaller sardine I let that hold a balloon from the same set. I die cut the string and bow, that orginially goes around a goose's neck, from silver glitter cardstock, the balloon from green vellum. I applied Stickles again to the party hats and replaced the pompom at the top with a ball, covered with dark green glitter. 

I tucked the fish between the smaller layers of waves. 

 

 Für meine Text habe ich ein Birthday Fishes aus dem Set Packed with Love von HeroArts mit einem Best aus dem Set Hey Honeycomb Summer Sentiments von TheGreetery kombiniert und beides jeweils auf schwarzen Cardstock embosst. Das Birthday Fishes habe ich dabei gerade gebogen - eigentlich ist der Text in einer Kurve gestempelt. Diesen Text habe ich dann bannerförmig ausgeschnitten, das best rund ausgestanzt und mit einem weißen Gelstift einen Rahmen aufgemalt. 

Die beiden Textteile habe ich im unteren Bereich auf die Karte geklebt. 

 

For my text I combined a Birthday Fishes from Packed with Love by HeroArts with a best from Hey Honeycomb Summer Sentiments by TheGreetery and white heat embossed both onto black cardstock. The Birthday Fishes text is originally bent - I put it straight into my Misti. Then I cut that out in a banner shape and the best in a circle shape. There I added a frame with a white gel pen.

I adhered both text parts at the bottom of my card.

 

 Weil mir bei der Karte irgendetwas fehlte, habe ich noch eine Lage Vellum über alles gelegt. Aus der habe ich mittig erst mit den Sweetest Frames Capsule Edition Stanzen von TheGreetery ein Fenster eingestanzt und dann einen der Sweetest Frames Capsule Edition Stempel mit silbernem Glitter-Embossingpulver drumherum embosst. 

Das Vellum habe ich 4 cm breiter zugeschnitten als meinen Kartenaufleger und dann an beiden Seiten jeweils bei 1, 1,5 und 2 cm gefalzt. An der 1 cm breiten Lasche habe ich es hinter den türkisfarbenen Cardstock gestanzt, die übrigen Scoring Lines sind M-förmig gefalzt.  So steht das Vellum etwas auf und bildet einen tollen Rahmen für die Fische. Trotzdem sieht man die Wellen noch etwas durch das Vellum hindurch. Wie immer hat sich das Vellum beim Embossen ein wenig gewellt, deswegen ist die Lage an der oberen Kante etwas "eingedellt". Aber das stört mich nicht. 

 

Because I was missing something on this card I put a layer of vellum over it. I die cut one of the Sweetest Frames Capsule Edition dies by TheGreetery from the center and then heat embossed one of the Sweetest Frames Capsule Edition stamps around it using silver glitter embossing powder.

I cut the vellum 4 cm wider than my card panel and scored each side at 1, 1,5 and 2 cm. I used the 1 cm flap to glue the vellum to the back of the aqua cardstock, the other score lines are folded in an M shape. Now the vellum stands up and creates a great frame for the fish. But you can still see the waves through it, at least a bit. As always the vellum warped a bit when I did the heat embossing and so the top layer is a indented at the top edge. But it doesn't bother me too much. 

 

 Als Deko habe ich noch ein paar silberne Sternkonfetti auf der Karte verteilt und dann alles auf einen weißen, oben gefalteten  Kartenrohling geklebt.

 

I added a few silver star confetti as decoration and then glued the card panel to a white note topfolding note card.  

 

Ein sommerliches Straßenfest

Auch wenn der Titel des Posts "sommerliches Straßenfest" heißt, meine Karte zeigt nicht wirklich eine Straßenfest-Szene. Aber irgendwie hatte ich die beim Karte basteln immer im Kopf.

Even if this post is named "summer-ish street festival", of course my card isn't really showing a street festival scene. But when making this card I always had to think of one.

 

 Für diese Karte habe ich einige Artikel aus dem Mai-Release Fete and Fiesta von TheGreetery verwendet - kombiniert mit einigen älteren Sachen. Ihr habt ja inzwischen mitbekommen, wie sehr  ich deren Produkte liebe, und so war klar, dass auch das neue Release bei mir einziehen muss. Da ich in Urlaub war, hat es bis jetzt gedauert, bis ich die erste Karte damit machen konnte. 

 

For this card I used some  products from the may release Fete and Fiesta by TheGreeterey - combined with a few older ones. You surely have noticed by now how much I love their products and of course this new release had to move into my craftroom, too. I was on vacation so it took until now until I made my first card with it.

 

 Basis für alles war das Capsule Basic Stanzenset. Ich habe das große gewellte Oval zweimal aus schwarzem Cardstock gestanzt und das große normale Oval einmal aus blauem und zweimal aus weißem Cardstock. 

Aus den Ovalen aus blauem und einem schwarzem Cardstock habe ich dann mittig ein kleineres Oval ausgestanzt - naja, fast mittig. Dass ich ein wenig daneben lag habe ich anschließend gemerkt, als ich mit blauer Tinte den Pretty Picado Background auf die beiden blauen Teile aufgestempelt habe. Die Idee kam mir erst später, sonst hätte ich das wohl erst gestempelt und dann gestanzt. Aber es fällt gar nicht so sehr auf. 

Aus den beiden weißen Ovalen habe ich dann eine der Fähnchen- sowie die Luftballon-und-Stern-Lage aus dem  Capsule Party Scene Set ausgestanzt und die Ränder der Ovale jeweils mit denen im blauen Oval angepasst. 

 

As the base for my card I used the Capsule Basic die set. I die cut the large scalloped oval two times from black cardstock and the large regular oval once from blue and two times from white cardstock.

From the  blue and one of the black ovals I cut a smaller oval from the center - well, nearly from the center. I was a bit off and realized that later when I stamped the Pretty Picado Background with blue ink onto the blue cardstock pieces. I only had this idea later or I would have made the other way around. But it's not too bad. 

From the two white ovals I die cut one  of the banner layers and the balloon and star layer from Capsule Party Scene, matching the edges of the ovals with the ones cut from the blue oval.

 

 Mit Stanzen aus dem Market Place Mini Set habe ich dann drei Häuser gestaltet - eines für den Vordergrund aus hellgrauem und weißem Cardstock, zwei für weiter hinten in der Szene aus dunklerem Grau und schwarz. Alle Häuser habe ich jeweils mit einer Lage aus blauem Cardstock hinterlegt. 

Das Haus im Vordergrund habe ich dann mit Blumenkästen samt Blumen aus dem Set Market Place Celebration Street dekoriert und außerdem noch mit einer Stanze aus dem Everyday Awnings Set von Spellbinders Markisen hinzugefügt. Die brauchte mein Haus unbedingt und ehrlich gesagt habe ich mir das Set hauptsächlich deswegen gekauft. Und natürlich mussten die Markisen rot und weiß werden. Ja, sie sind ein wenig überdimensioniert, aber so ist es zumindest schön schattig in den Wohnungen dahinter. 

Mit den Capsule Party Scene Stencils habe ich dann die Fähnchen in rot und blau gewischt. Die Ballons wollte ich nicht noch in einer anderen Farbe wischen, in einer der bereits benutzten Farben wären sie aber untergegangen. Also habe ich die Lage einfach ein weiteres Mal aus Vellum gestanzt, habe die Ballone aus der Lage aus weißem Cardstock herausgeschnitten und das Vellum dann dahinter geklebt. So sind die Ballone durchscheinend, die Sterne habe ich mit einem Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Pen beglittert. 

 

Using the Market Place Mini set I created three houses - one in light grey and white for the foreground, two in darker greys and black for further back in the scene. I backed each layer with one cut from blue cardstock. 

I decorated the one in the foreground with flower boxes and flowers from Market Place Celebration Street and also used a die from Everyday Awnings by Spellbinders to create the awnings. My house just needed these and I mainly bought it with the Market Place houses in mind. Yes, they may be a bit oversized but at least that means the flats behind those windows are shady and cool during the summer. 

I used the Capsule Party Scene stencil set to color the banners in red and blue. I didn't want to bring in another color for the balloons, but they would have gotten lost using red or blue again. So instead I die cut the oval again from vellum, cut out  the balloons of the white cardstock layer and then glued the vellum layer behind it. Now the balloons are kind of see through, to the stars I applied some glitter using a clear Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Pen. 

 

 Ich habe dann 3D Tape verwendet, um die Karte zusammen zu setzen. Zwischen jedem der Ovale befindet sich dickes Tape, die Häuser habe ich jeweils mit dünnem 3D Tape hinter die Rahmen geklebt - das vorderste hinter das erste Oval, die grauen hinter die Lage mit den Bannern. Und auch die Markisen sind mit im unteren Bereich mit 3D Tape angeklebt, das obere Ende habe ich direkt auf dem Cardstock angebracht. So wirkt die runde Form noch intensiver. 

Als hinterste Lage  meiner Karte habe ich das zweite gewellte Oval verwendet und mittig darauf das aus der obersten blauen Lage gestanzte Oval gesetzt. 

 

I used foam tape to put the card together. There's thick one between the ovals, the houses I glued with thin tape behind the oval frames - the front one behind the top layer, the other two behind the layer with the banners. And also the bottom of the awnings are attached with foam tape. The top I glued directly onto the house. This way the round shape looks even more intense. 

As the back layer  of my card I used the second scalloped oval and glued the small one, that I cut from the blue top layer, centered onto it.

 

 Weil der äußere Rahmen noch ein wenig fad aussah und der Karte noch zumindest irgendeine Art von Text fehlte, habe ich aus dem Market Place Celebration Street noch ein Banner mit einem Celebrate aus schwarzem Cardstock ausgestanzt - ich habe hier zwei Lagen aufeinander geklebt. An die Enden habe ich Schleifen aus rotem Cardstock, gemacht mit einer Stanze aus dem Market Place Lover's Lane Set gesetzt. Beides habe ich dann oben quer über die Karte geklebt. Außerdem habe ich als Deko noch ein paar klare Glitzersteine auf der hintersten Lage der Karte verteilt. 

 

Because the outer frame looked a bit plain and the card needed at least some kind of text I die cut a banner with a Celebration from black cardstock. It fit the street festival I had in mind. The die ist from Market Place Celebration Street, I stacked two die cuts to make it a bit sturdier. To the ends of the text banner I glued two bows, cut from red cardstock using a die from Market Place Lover's Lane. Then I glued both across the top of the card. I also added some clear rhinestones to the back blue layer of the card.

 

Geburtstagskarte mit Blumen

Von Ende April bis Ende Mai geht es bei uns in der Familie geburtstagstechnisch Schlag auf Schlag.  Und deswegen zeige ich Euch heute eine weitere, aber noch nicht letzte Geburtstagskarte. Sie ist für meine Mom entstanden.

  From end of april until end of may there's one birthday after another in our family. So I am sharing another, and still not the last, birthday card with you today. I made this one for my mom.

 

Der Hintergrund besteht hier aus einem Stück rosafarbenen Cardstocks. Aus der Mitte habe ich eine der Capsule Basics von TheGreetery gestanzt und dann mit weißer Tinte den Freude und Jubel Hintergrund von Create a Smile aufgestempelt.

 

The background is made from a piece of pink cardstock. I cut one of the Capsule Basic dies by TheGreetery from the center and then used white pigment ink to stamp the Freude und Jubel text background by Create a Smile onto it.

 

 Um den Ausschnitt im pinkfarbenen Cardstock habe ich dann einen Wellenrand gelegt, auch der ist mit einer Stanze aus der Capsule Reihe von TheGreetery gemacht. Innerhalb des Rahmens habe ich dann meine Motive angebracht und dahinter ein Stück Watercolor-Cardstock gesetzt. Auf das habe ich die Blume links gestempelt und mit Distress Inks eher zart coloriert. Den Bereich rund um die Blume habe ich mit Salvaged Patina, gemischt mit Wasser, eingefärbt. Für die Blume habe ich Spun Sugar, Wild Honey und Mowed Lawn verwendet und dann einige Details mit einem Polychromo nachgezeichnet. Über alles habe ich dann weiße Acrylfarbe gespritzt. 

 

I put a scalloped oval, again from the Capsule series by TheGreetery, around the cut out in the pink cardstock. Inside the frame I placed my images and put a piece of watercolor cardstock behind it. Onto the watercolor cardstock I have stamped the flower on the left and colored it quite softly with Distress Inks. The area around the flower I colored with Salvaged Patina, mixed with water. For the flower I used Spun Sugar, Mowed Lawn and Wild Honey and then added a few details with Polychromos. Over everything I splattered some white acrylic paint.

 

 Die beiden Blumen im Vordergrund habe ich extra gestempelt, nach dem Colorieren ausgeschnitten und aufgeklebt. Alle Blumen sind von StudioLight und mit NoLine Ink von InkOn3 gestempelt. 

Die beiden Blumen hier habe ich mit Copics coloriert und dann wieder Polychromos für die Details verwendet. 

Auf die Blume rechts  habe ich dann noch eine der Regency Bows von TheGreetery geklebt. Sie ist mit Polychromos leicht schattiert, die Enden habe ich etwas gebogen, so dass eines Hinter der mittleren Blume im Wind zu wehen scheint. 

 

The two flowers in the foreground I stamped seperately, cut them out after coloring them in and then glued them on. All the flowers are by StudioLlight and stamped with NoLine Ink by InkOn3. 

I colored those two flowers with Copics and then used Polychromos again for the details.

I added one of the Regency Bows by  TheGreetery onto the stem of the flower on the right. I shaded it lightly with Polchychromos and bent the long ends a bit so one of them seems to move in the wind behind the flower in the center.

 

 Mein Text befindet sich auf einer Lage Acetate, die ich zwischen pinkfarbenem und Watercolor Cardstock eingefasst habe. Das Celebrate darauf ist aus einem Stempelset von TheStampMarket und weiß auf die Folie embosst. Das kleine "it's your birthday" darunter ist aus dem Itty Bitty Birthday Stempelset von MFT und weiß auf dunkler pinkfarbenen Cardstock embosst. 

Mit einem weißen Gelstift habe ich dann einen Rahmen auf die Folie und auch auf den gewellten Rahmen aufgemalt. 

 

My text is actually put onto a layer of acetate, that I put between the pink and the watercolor cardstock. The celebrate is from a stamp set by TheStampMarket and white heat embossed onto the acetate. The small "it's your birthday" is from Itty Bitty Birthday by MFT and white heat embossed onto dark pink cardstock.  

I used a white gel pen to draw a frame onto the acetate and also the scalloped  oval frame.

 

 Zwischen dem Watercolor Cardstock und der Folie sowie der Folie und dem pinkfarbenen Cardstock habe ich jeweils dickes 3D Tape gesetzt, damit die Karte eine schöne Tiefe bekommt. Auch die Blumen sind dann teilweise mit 3D Tape hinterlegt. 

Als Deko habe ich einige weiße Herzen sowie kleine weiße Perlen auf der Karte verteilt und dann alles auf einen weißen Kartenrohling geklebt.

 

I put thick foam tape between the watercolor cardstock and the acetate and also the acetate and the pink cardstock. Then I also backed some areas of the flowers with it.

I added some white clay hearts and a few small white pearls as decoration and then glued the card panel to a white note card.
