Lebkuchen - im September?

  
Hallo Ihr Lieben!
Wie schon im Post-Titel gefragt: Lebkuchen im September? Die Antwort heißt klar "JA" - zumindest, wenn es sich um süße Lebkuchenmänner auf Karten handelt!

Hello dear ones!
In the title of this post I am asking if you really need "gingerbread in september". And the answer has to be "YES" - at least, if it comes as cute gingerbread man on top of a card!

Dies hier ist ein weiterer der neuen Digistamps von Sugar Nellie. Gingerbread Cookies heißt er. Und er erinnert mich an die Geschichte vom Lebkuchenmann, von dem jeder ein Stückchen haben will - und auf einmal ist er weg, aufgegessen und wird dann sehr bedauert...

This is another one of the beautiful new digistamps by Sugar Nellie. Gingerbread Cookies is its name. And it reminds me of a story that I read often when I was a kid. It's about a beautiful gingerbread man but everyone wants to have a bite - and then he's gone, eaten up and everyones feels sorry for him...

Ich habe hier die klassischen Weihnachtsfarben rot und grün verwendet und mit etwas Gold und Braun gemischt. Das Lebkuchen-Papier und die Quickutz Stanze waren perfekt für dieses Motiv.

I used the traditional christmas colors of green and red here and mixed them with some gold and brown. The gingerbread paper and the Quickutz die were perfect to go with this image.

Also this week gets started with a new challenge over at Stamps&Fun=Creativity. And this week we have a sketch for you:

Ich habe hier mal die süße Dancing with Stars Tilda verwendet. Coloriert ist sie mit Distress Ink. Da ich das Motiv ausgeschnitten habe, sind die kleinen Sterne um das Motiv weggefallen. Als Ersatz habe ich ein paar größere Sterne auf der Karte angebracht.

I used Dancing with Stars Tilda here and colored her in with Distress Markers. Since I cut the image out those little stars around her got lost. But I added  a few larger ones on my card instead.
