Na, bereit für die nächste Party? Ich immer. ;) Und der süße Pinguin von Stampcorner auf jeden Fall auch! Sieht man prima auf dieser Karte, die ich heute auf dem Stampcorner Blog zeige.

Ready for the next party to get started? I always am! ;) And the cute penguin by Stampcorner too - as you can see on this card that I'm sharing over at the Stampcorner Blog today.
Hier habe ich einen Streifen weißes Aquarellpapier dekoriert - mehr dazu gleich weiter unten -, mit gelb-weiß gestreiftem Designpapier von Reprint oben und unten hinterlegt und das ganze dunkel-türkis gemattet. Dann kam alles auf eine weiße Kartenbasis.
Here I'be decorated a strip of white watercolor paper - more about the decoration a bit later in this post -, then added a strip of yellow and white striped designer's paper by Reprint to the bottom and top and matted everything with a piece of dark turquoise cardstock. Then I've glued everything onto a white note card.
Auf den weißen Streifen habe ich hellblaue Aquarellfarbe aufgetragen, deswegen auch das Aquarellpapier. Die Buchstaben für das Wort Party sind mit dem Impact Alphabet von MFT gemacht. Ich habe sie einmal türkis, einmal schwarz gestanzt und leicht versetzt aufeinander geklebt. Mit einem weißen Gelmarker habe ich Highlights gesetzt. Das A im Wort Party habe ich durch den süßen Pinguin mit der Girlande aus dem Partytiere-Stempelset ersetzt. Ihr erkennt sicher sofort am Stil, dass es ein weiteres Set von Treeebird ist. Aus dem sind auch der Muffin mit Papierboot, der Luftballon und das Vögelchen. Den Luftballon habe ich am T "angebunden". Alle Motive sind mit Copics coloriert und mit 3D Tape auf die Karte geklebt.
Das It's time to ist ein Teil eines Stempels aus dem Bitty Birthday Wishes Stempelset von MFT. Ich habe es ganz knapp zugeschnitten und vor/über dem P befestigt, ebenfalls mit 3D Tape.
Zum Schluss kamen noch einige gelbe Enamel Accents als Konfetti auf die Karte.
Onto the white paper I've added a soft layer of blue watercolor - that's also why I had to use watercolor paper. The letters for the word PARTY were die cut with the Impact Alphabet die set by MFT. I've cut them in turquoise and black and glued them on top of eacher other just slightly off. The highlights were added with a white gelly marker. I've replaced the A in the word PARTY with the cute penguin with the banner. From the same set are also the cupcake with the paper boat, the balloon and the birdie. I've "tied" the balloon to the T. All images are colored with Copics and glued onto the card with dimensionals.
The It's time to is part of one stamp from the Bitty Birthday Wishes stamp set be MFT. I've cut it out quite close to the text and glued it over the P, using dimensionals as well.
In the end I've added a few yellow Enamel Accents as confetti.
