Stempeleinmaleins - Ausgabe vom 08. Juni 2019

Schon wieder ist eine Woche rum - und somit gibt es heute auch eine neue Ausgabe des Stempeleinmaleins. Diesmal haben wir uns des Themas ATCoins angenommen - also Artist Trading Coins. Man meint immer, die kennen alle schon. Aber an den Fragen, die gestellt werden, merkt man doch, dass das nicht der Fall ist.

Another weeks has passed and so there is a new issue of Stempeleinmaleins today. In this week's post we are talking about ATCoins - Artist Trading Coins. You think everyone know all about it. But when you see the questions asked about them you realize that it isn't like that.

ATCoins sind wie Artist Trading Cards - nur eben in rund. Die einzige Vorgabe hier ist die Größe: sie MÜSSEN 2,5 Inch groß sein. Ansonsten sind der Phantasie keine Grenzen gesetzt, erlaubt ist, was gefällt. 

Da die Coins, ebenso wie die Cards, meist in Serien produziert werden, habe auch ich eine kleine Serie von 3 Stück gemacht.

ATCoins are like Artist Trading Cards - just in a circular shape. The only must here is: they HAVE TO BE 2,5 Inches in diameter. The rest is all about what you like, let your creative juices flow and see where you end up.

Since the coins, like the cards, are mostly done in series I have made a little series of 3 individual coins for today.

Den 2,5 Inch Kreis habe ich jeweils aus weißem Cardstock gestanzt, darauf kam ein 2,25 Inch großer Kreis aus Yupo, den ich mit Alcohol Inks verziert habe. Bei diesem ersten Coin here habe ich Aqua benutzt. Darauf kamen kleine Sterne mit Strukturpaste und ein Streifen gelbes Washi Tape. Als Motiv habe ich mich jeweils für eines aus dem Stempelset Big News von Mama Elephant entschieden, in diesem Fall der Bär. Auf das Schild habe ich einen kleinen Gruß gestempelt. Und weil mir irgendwie noch etwas fehlte und ich an den Hintergrund, den ich eigentlich  noch aufstempeln wollte, erst wieder nach dem Auftragen der Strukturpaste gedacht habe, habe ich einfach einen weiteren Text aus dem Mama Elephant Set verwendet und mit Archival Ink verteilt ein XOXO aufgestempelt. Damit liegt man immer richtig, oder?

For all the coins I've die cut the 2,5 Inches circle from white cardstock and glued a circle of 2,25 Inches cut from Yupo on top of it. Before glueing it down I've used Alcohol Inks to ink up the Yupo, in this case I went with Aqua. Then I've added some small stars using a stencil and modelling paste and a piece of yellow Washi tape. For each of the coins I went with one of the images from the Big News stamp set by Mama Elephant, here I've used the bear. I've stamped a text on the sign it's holding. And since the coin looked a bit too plain to me and I thought of the background I wanted to stamp onto the Yupo only after applying the modelling paste I've simply used another text from the Mama Elephant stamp set and Archival Ink to stamp XOXO several times onto my coin. I guess you can never go wrong with that.

Bei dem zweiten Coin habe ich Denim Alcohol Ink verwendet, silber-graues Washi Tape und statt der Sterne Punkte auf dem Coin verteilt. Diesmal hält der süße Elefant ein Schild mit einem anderen Text. 

For this second coin I've used Denim Alcohol Ink, silver grey Washi tape and instead of the stars I've added dots to the background. This time the cute elephant is holding the sign onto which I've stamped a different saying.

Für das dritte Coin dieser Serie habe ich Shell Pink Alcohol Ink benutzt, das Washi Tape is korallefarben, die XOXO sind mit pink aufgestempelt. Und der kleine Hase mit Schild kam auch zum Einsatz.

For the third coin of this series I've used Shell Pink Alcohol Ink, a coral colored Washi tape and pink Archival Ink to stamp the XOXOs. And of course the little bunny from wanted to join its friends.

Wie auch bei den ATCards wird auch die Rückseite der Coins mit diversen Informationen bestückt. Ich habe hierfür einen Stempel von Efco verwendet - solche Stempel gibt es aber von verschiedenen Firmen und natürlich könnt Ihr es auch komplett mit der Hand schreiben. 

As with the ATCards several informations are added to the back of the coins as well. I've used a stamp here which is available from different stamp producers, but of course you can also write these completly by hand.

Noch ein ATCoin-Tausch

Bereits vor unserem Urlaub hatte ich mich für einen weiteren ATCoin-Tausch in der Stempellädle-FB-Gruppe angemeldet. Deadline war erst nach dem Urlaub, aber ich wollte sie schon vorher verschickt haben. Darum kann ich sie aber erst jetzt hier zeigen.

Before we left for vacation I joined another ATCoin swap in a FB group. Deadline wasn't before the end of our vacation but I wanted them to be sent out before. Now I can finally share mine here.

Es gab kein vorgegebenes Thema. Da ich aber so schön in Urlaubsstimmung war, habe ich das Thema Sommer aufgegriffen.

There wasn't a given theme. Since I was in a vacation mood I picked summer as the theme for my coins.

Ich habe hier einen der Stitched Scallop Circle Frames von MFT auf die 2 1/2" Coinbasis geklebt. Dahinter kam ein gewischter Wolkenhintergrund und eine ausgestanztes Wellenbordüre. In den Wellen steht einer der süßen Pinguine aus dem Penguins in Paradise Stempelset. Cocktails und Meer - was passt besser zum Sommer?

Oben habe ich dann noch einen kleinen Text aufgeklebt und ein paar kleine Glitzer-Drops auf den Coin aufgeklebt.

I've put one of the Stitched Scallop Circle Frames by MFT onto the 2 1/2" circle base. Behind I've added a cloud background and a die cut waves border. In the waves is standing one of the cute penguins from the Penguins in Paradise stamp set by MFT. Cocktails and the sea - what goes better with a summer theme?

To the top of the Coin I've added a little saying and I've put a few glitter drops onto my coin as well.

Ein Halloween-Coin

Ja, die ATCoins sind momentan absolut in - und natürlich auch an mir nicht vorbeigezogen. Ganz spontan habe ich gestern bei  einem ATCoin-Tausch hier gerufen. Die "angebotenen" Coins waren zum Thema Halloween, also habe ich einen entsprechenden Coin als Antwort gewerkelt. Er befindet sich bereits bei der Post und so kann ich ihn hier auf meinem Blog schon mal zeigen.

Those ATCoin are totally in right now - and of course even I wasn't able to resist those very long. Completly spontaneous I joined an ATCoin swap yesterday. The coins that were "up for grabs" were created with a Halloween theme so I've made a matching one to return. It's already in the mail and so I can share it here on my blog.

Hier habe ich meinen ersten Alkohol Ink Background ausprobiert und ja - das werde ich öfter machen! Ich habe Glossy Paper und Copics in Blau und Lila dafür verwendet. 

Also Deko habe ich den süßen Frosch aus dem Witch Way is the Candy Stempelset von MFT auf die Kürbisse aus dem selben Set maskiert. Das Gesicht gehört dem Kürbis aus dem Fab-BOO-Lous Friends Stempelset. Aber so fand ich den Kürbis noch süßer. 

Hinter das ausgeschnittene Motiv habe ich einen ausgestanzten Baum, einen Mond und etwas Cheesecloth geklebt, davor etwas Gras.

Am Himmel fliegt eine kleine Fledermaus - die musste ich auf dem Hintergrund allerdings mit der Hand nachmalen. Sieht man aber nicht, finde ich.

Zum Schluss kam dann noch ein BOO an den größeren Kürbis. Das hatte ich eh vor, kam mir aber ganz gelegen, da ich dort irgendwie einen kleinen schwarzen Fleck hinbekommen hatte. Den konnte ich so super kaschieren. ;)

Here I made my very first background using Alcohol Inks - and it won't be my last! I've used Glossy Paper and blue and violet Copics.

For decorations I've masked  together the cute frog from the Witch Way is the Candy stamp set with the pumpkins from the same set. The pumpkin's face originally belongs to the pumpkin from the Fab-BOO-Lous Friends stamp set. But I liked the pumpkin for my coin better with a face.

Behind the cut out images I've put a die cut tree, a moon and some cheesecloth and there's some grass on the bottom of my coin.

There's a bat flying in the sky - I had to re-draw her with a Sharpie since the ink wouldn't cover it completly on the alcohol background. 

In the end I've added a stamped BOO to the bigger of the pumpkins. I had that planned that way but while stamping the bat I somehow smeared a tad bit of black ink onto that pumpkin. And with the BOO I could easily hide that mistake. ;)
