Eine Matchbox

Hallo Ihr Lieben!

Hello everyone!
Today I am sharing this box over at the Kulricke Designteam Blog - of course made using the matchbox die.

I cut the box from white cardstock, then added some light grey cardstock and put the cute star designer's paper on top of it. I love this elegant color combo.

The front of my box is decorated with two of the Nesting Balloons. I wanted to add a 3rd color and went with a light purple. I cut a star from the bigger balloon, put some white cardstock behind it and filled the cut out area with Glossy Accents. Grey ribbons are hanging down from the balloons and I attached my banner with the saying to those. The saying is from the Mix Line #2 stamp set. Now it looks like those balloons kids tie a card with their address to and then let them fly, hoping they got found and the finder writes them a letter.

The front of the inner box looked quite plain to me but I didn't want to add designer's paper here. So I used a fineliner to draw a frame and then used one of the stamps from the #Party stamp set here.
