Heute möchte ich Euch eine weitere Karte zeigen, für die ich das Stempelset Saddle Up and Celebrate von MFT verwendet habe. Diesmal aber ganz ohne Cowboys. Auch sonst ist die Karte recht einfach geworden. Ich habe die Szene in der Mitte gestaltet - dazu weiter unten mehr - und dann aus einem Stück schwarzen Cardstock ein Oval ausgestanzt. Das Negativ kam dann quasi als Rahmen über das Motiv.

Today I want to share another card that I made using the Saddle Up and Celebrate stamp set by MFT for. This time it's without cowboys. The card ist a pretty simple one. I've created the scene - which I will tell you more about a little later in this post - and then die cut a large oval from black cardstock. Then I used the negative over the image as a frame.
Für das Motiv habe ich erst wieder mit den Drift and Hills und der Clouds Schablone und Distress Ink Frayed Burlap und Tumbled Glass den Hintergrund gestaltet. Auf den Übergang habe ich ein paar felsige Berge geklebt, die mit den Icebergs Stanzen gemacht sind. Die habe ich ja schon für so einige Dinge verwendet. Mit Copics habe ich ein paar Schattierungen aufgemalt. Quer davor kam dann wieder der Animal Farm Fence.
Davor sind dann die beiden süßen Kakteen, wieder ein Wagenrad und ein Luftballon mit Kuhflecken aufgeklebt. Ich habe die Motive einzeln abgestempelt, coloriert und aufgeklebt. Daher konnte ich die Schnur des Luftballons nicht ordentlich aufmalen und habe stattdessen ein Stück schwarzes Garn verwendet. So war ich auch mit der Länge der Schnur flexibel.
Der Text ist ebenfalls aus diesem Stempelset - allerdings habe ich hier nur einen Teil eines Stempels verwendet. Da sich Clear Stamps ja wunderbar biegen lassen, habe ich ihn so in meinem Misty befestigt, dass er zur Rundung des Ovals passte, und abgestempelt.
Ganz zum Schluss habe ich mit dem Distress Marker Mowed Lawn noch ein paar feine Gräser aufgemalt.
For the image I started with the background again. I've used the Drifts and Hills stencil and the Clouds stencil and Distress Ink Frayed Burlap and Tumbled Glass here. Where those patterns meet I've added a few rocky mountains, using the Icebergs dies. I've already used those for quite a few other occasions and here I've added a few shadows with my Copics to add some shading. In front of the mountains I've added the Animal Farm Fence again.
In front of those I've put the cute cactus, a wheel again and a balloon with cow's spots. I've stamped the images individually, cut them out and glued them onto the scene. That made it impossible to draw the string of the balloon and so I've replaced it with some black twine. That also gave me more freedom regarding its length.
The saying comes in the same stamp set - but I only used a part of the stamp. Since clear stamps can be bend I've bend it on my Misty to make it meet the outlines of my oval and then stamped it.
In the end I've used my Distress Marker Mowed Lawn to draw some grass.
