Hallo Ihr Lieben!
Mein Zwillinge haben den Führerschein - erstmal für begleitetes Fahren - in der Tasche! Die eine schon etwas länger, die andere hat jetzt nachgezogen. Und weil es dem Fahrlehrer bestimmt einige graue Haare beschert hat, haben wir uns mit einer Kleinigkeit bei ihm bedankt. Natürlich darf da eine Karte nicht fehlen! Eigentlich wollte ich was anderes machen, aber der Prüfungstermin war natürlich genau einen Tag bevor wir in den Urlaub gestartet sind. Neue Stempel ordern war da also nicht mehr drin und ich musste auf Digis zurückgreifen.

My twins made their driver's licenses! Here you are allowed to drive on your own when you're 18 years old, you can get the license with 17 but are only allowed to drive with an expirienced driver. One of them had the license for quite a while, the other one finished now. And since I'm sure the driving teacher has a few more grey hairs now we thanked him with a little something. Of course a card was included! I had something different in mind but her test was the day before we left for vacation. So ordering new stamps wasn't an option and I had to go with immediately availbale Digis.
Im Hintergrund habe ich Wolken aufgewischt und dann die City Scapes von MFT aufgeklebt. Der Boden ist mit Distress Ink Black Soot gewischt.
In the background I've created a few waves and then put the City Scapes by MFT on top of those. The ground was made using Distress Ink Black Soot.
Diesen Digi "Jill Driving" von MoManning fand ich einfach klasse. Ich bin sicher, dass der Beifahrer eigentlich eine Frau ist, aber wenn man die Haare so coloriert, dass es so aussieht, als würden sie zu Berge stehen, geht sie auch als Mann durch.
Da eines der Fahrschulautos ein Mini war, passte das Motiv natürlich noch besser. Das Kennzeichen habe ich dann im Nachhinein ergänzt.
Ich habe das Motiv mit den Lift the Circle Flaps von LawnFawn ausgestanzt und einen schwarzen Rahmen drumherum geklebt. Die Ampel und das Stoppschild sind von MFT.
This image "Jill Driving" by MoManning is just great. I am sure the co-driver is a woman originally. But if you color her with the hair standing up it might even be a man, right?
Since one of the cars in the driving school was a Mini the image fits even better. I've finished the license plate after taking pictures.
Then I've cut out the image with the largest of the Lift the Circle Flaps by LawnFawn and put a black frame around it. The traffic lights and the sign are by MFT.
Öffnet man dann die Klappe, erscheint dieses Bild. Hier habe ich "Jasmin Driving Test" von Lili of the Valley benutzt. Ich habe den Rahmen vor dem Ausdrucken entfernt und auch das L auf den Zetteln.
Oben in der Klappe habe ich eine "dankeschön" von SU aufgestempelt. Ich persönlich hätte ein anderes Design hier schöner gefunden, aber meine Mädels haben es ausgesucht. Und sie waren sich ausnahmsweise mal einig. ;)
When you open the flap this is the picture you see. I've used "Jasmine Driving Test" by Lili of the Valley here. Before printing it out I've removed the frame and also the L on the papers.
On the upper half of the flap I've stamped a "thank you" saying by SU. I would have chosen a different design here but my girls picked this - and they were one mind here for a change. :)
Hier habe ich das Motiv innen für Euch nochmal besser fotografiert. Ich habe alle Motive mit Copics coloriert. Und da so viel freier Platz rechts war - was dem Design des Digis geschuldet ist - habe ich hier ein Hurra von Kulricke augestempelt.
And here I've taken a close up of the image under the flap. All images were colored in with Copics. Since there was so much empty space on the right here - fault of the design of the image - I've added a stamped "hooray" here.
