Die Überschrift über diesem Post fasst meine Karte wohl ganz gut zusammen. Manchmal kann man einem lieben Menschen eben nicht persönlich einen guten Morgen wünschen. Also erledigt das diese Karte.

The titel of this post reads "very good morning" - and it sums up my card pretty well. Sometimes it isn't possible to say good morning to a beloved person. So my card of today is doing the job.
Basis ist ein weißer Kartenrohling, auf den ich ein etwas kleineres Stück türkisfarbenen Cardstock und darauf dann den dekorierten Cardstock geklebt habe.
Für das Good Morning hatte ich keine Stanze, also habe ich aus zwei - leider inzwischen nicht mehr erhältlichen - Stanzen von MFT die Buchstaben ausgestanzt und zu einem Good Morning zusammengesetzt.
I've used a white card base here and glued a slightly smaller piece of turquoise cardstock and then the decorated panel on it.
I didn't have a "good morning" die so I've simply rearranged the letters from two different dies by MFT, that sadly aren't available anymore.
So richtig schön wird ein Morgen natürlich erst mit einem Lächeln - das liefert hier der Toast, der aus dem Toaster hüpft. Dazu weiter unten noch mehr.
Den cremefarbenen Cardstock habe ich mit der Radiating Rays Stencil und Distress Ink Scattered Straw im oberen Bereich mit Sonnenstrahlen versehen. Als Deko kamen noch ein paar türkisfarbene und schwarze Enamel Dots, gemacht mit Enamel Accents, auf die Karte.
A morning gets even better with a smile - which is delivered by the toast popping out of the toaster. I'll write more about that a bit later in this post.
I've added sun rays to the top of the cream cardstock using the Radiating Rays Stencil and Distress Ink Scattered Straw. For decorations I've added some turquoise and black Enamel Dots, made using Enamel Accents.
Und hier die Frühstücks-Grundausstattung. Der Toaster, Toast, Butter, Messer und Text sind aus dem Let's Toast Set von LawnFawn, Kaffeekanne und -becher aus dem Coffee Date Set von MFT. Alle Teile sind mit Copics coloriert und mit 3D Tape aufeinander gesetzt.
Für den Mechanismus, der den Toast aus dem Toaster kommen lässt, habe ich die Let's Toast Pull Tab Slider Add-On Stanze verwendet. Die ist auf die Form des Toasters ausgelegt, lässt sich aber problemlos auch für andere Motive nutzen.
And here are the breakfast basics. The toaster, toast, butter, knife and saying are from the Let's Toast stamp set by LawnFawn, coffee maker and cup from the Coffee Date set by MFT. All images have been colored in with Copics and then glued onto each other using dimensionals.
For the mechanism that let's the toast pop out of the toaster I've used the Let's Toast Pull Tab Slider Add-On die. It's made matching the shape of the toast but can easily be used for other images as well.
