Heute geht es weiter mit der Vorschau auf die neuen Scrapbook-Forever Stempel. Nach dem Farbrausch letztes Mal, ist es diesmal zwar ebenso intensiv, dafür aber mit weniger Farben.

Today I'm showing you another card with the new stamps by Scrapbook Forever. After the colorful one last week here's another one that's still intense in color but only using two of the - or three if you count the white.
Auch hier habe ich wieder eine weiße Kartenbasis verwendet und mit einem kleinerem Rechteck aus rotem Cardstock beklebt. Darauf kam das mit Alkohol Ink eingefärbte und anschließend verzierte Yupo Paper. Ich habe hier Alcohol Inks in Aqua und Stream für den Hintergrund, für die Mohnblüte Poppyfield (wie passend) benutzt.
Again I've used a white card base and glued a slightly smaller rectangle cut from red cardstock on top of it. Then I've added the Yupo Paper that was covered with Alcohol Inks and then decorated. I went with Alcohl Inks Aqua and Stream for the background and Poppyfield (what a match!) for the poppy.
Der Text ist auf Vellum gestempelt - ich wollte den Hintergrund darunter ein klein wenig abtönen. Drumherum habe ich einen weißen Rahmen geklebt.
An die obere Ecke des Rahmens habe ich einen der tollen Sterne, hier silber embosst, aufgeklebt. Sterne passten so toll zu dem Text, finde ich.
Auch die Mohnblüte aus dem letztmonatigen Release ist mit Alcohol Inks "coloriert". Ich habe mir grob die Form der Blüte mit einem Bleistift auf Yupo Paper gezeichnet - mit etwas Rand außenrum - und dann mit der roten Alcohol Ink eingefärbt. Nach dem Trocknen habe ich die Blüte mit Archival Ink darübergestempelt, ein paar weiße Highlights gesetzt und ausgeschnitten.
The saying is stamped on Vellum since I wanted to tone down the background here a bit. It means "if only one person dreams, then it's just a dream. When two people dream together than that's the start of a new reality.". Does that make sense in english? I've glued a frame cut from white cardstock around the Vellum.
To the top right corner I've glued one of the beautiful stars, silver embossed here. I thought a star would go great with the saying.
Also the poppy flower was "colored in" with Alcohol Inks. I've sketched the form of the flower roughly onto Yupo Paper, drawing it a bit larger. Then used the red Alcohol Ink on that area. After letting it dry I've stamped the flower on top of the red ink using Archival Ink, added a few white highlights and cut it out.
