Warm Winter Wishes

Es geht weiter mit Winterkarten, diesmal aber mit einem heißen Getränk als Motiv.

I am continuing my series of winter cards, this time with a hot drink as the image.

 

Für den Hintergrund habe ich mit einem Embossingfolder von Darice einen Schneeflockenrahmen in ein Stück grau-blauen Metallic-Cardstocks geprägt. Ich habe die Ränder mit Distress Ink Faded Jeans, Chipped Sapphire und ein wenig Black Soot gewischt - auf dem Metallic Cardstock wirken die Farben immer heller, da sie hier nicht so toll in den Cardstock einziehen können.

Und weil es sich um weißen, mit der Metallic-Schicht bezogenen Cardstock handelt, konnte ich hinterher mit einem Sanding Block die Schneeflocken an den erhabenen Stellen aufhellen. Anschließend habe ich weiße Acrylfarbe aufgespritzt.

 

For the background I dry embossed a snowflake frame into a piece of grey-ish blue metallic cardstock using an embossing folder by Darice. I darkened the edges with Distress Ink Faded Jeans, Chipped Sapphire and a bit of Black Soot - the colors always look lighter on metallic cardstock because the ink can't soak into the cardstock.

And because it's a white core metallic cardstock I was able to bring out the raised snowflakes with a sanding block afterwards. 

Then I added splatters of white acrylic paint.

 

 Die Hände mit der Tasse habe ich mit dem Warm Mug Stencilset von SimonSaysStamp gemacht und mit den passenden Stanzen ausgestanzt. Die einzelnen Teile des Motivs habe ich mit Distress Ink Salvaged Patina, Broken China, Uncharted Mariner, Peacock Feathers und Hickory Smoke gewischt. Auf die Hanschuhe habe ich dann jeweils weiß eine Schneeflocke aufembosst. Außerdem habe ich durch den Stencil hindurch das Strickmuster aufgestempelt und dafür wieder Hickory Smoke sowie den Close Knit Background von GinaK verwendet. 

 In der Tasse habe ich einen Shaker gestaltet. Dafür habe ich den inneren Bereich der Tasse herausgeschnitten und das Muster für die  Füllung auf einen Kreis aus braunem Cardstock gewischt. Dort befindet sich ein Herz, hier habe ich Scorched Timber und Black Soot benutzt.

Hinter das Tassenmotiv habe ich eine Lage Folie und - mit 3D Tape - dann die Tassenfüllung geklebt. Gefüllt habe ich den Shaker mit winzigen braunen Perlen und einigen weißen Schneeflocken.

 

I created the hands with the mug using the Warm Mug stencil set by SimonSaysStamp and cut it out with the matching outline dies. I used Distress Ink Salvaged Patina, Broken China, Uncharted Mariner, Peacock Feathers and Hickory Smoke to ink the image. 

I white heat embossed a snowflake onto each of the mittens. I also stamped the Close Knit Background by GinaK through the stencil onto the ends of the mittens, using Hickory Smoke again.

I created a shaker inside the mug. I cut out the center of the mug and inked the filling onto a circle cut from brown cardstock. There's a heart, stenciled on with Black Soot and Scorched Timber, on this circle.

I put some acetate behind the mug and then glued on the brown circle with foam tape. I filled the shaker with tiny brown beads and some white clay snowflakes.

 

 Der Text ist mit dem Cocoa Cozy Stempelset von TheGreetery gemacht. Ich habe ihn weiß auf Vellum embosst und dann mit der Schere ausgeschnitten. Dann habe ich ihn so über der Tasse angeklebt, als würde der aus der Tasse aufsteigende Dampf das Wort Warm schreiben.

Aus dem selben Stempelset ist übrigens auch die Schneeflocke auf den Handschuhen. 

 

The text is made with the  Cocoa Cozy stamp set by TheGreetery. I white heat embossed it onto vellum and cut it out with my scissors. Then I adhered it to the card, making it look like it's written from the steam coming out of the mug.

The snowflake I stamped onto the mittens is from the same stamp set.

 

Um die Höhe des Shakers auszugleichen, habe ich auch hinter die Handschuhe und das Wort Warm 3D Tape gesetzt.

Als Deko habe ich einige weitere Schneeflocken auf der Karte verteilt und dann alles auf einen weißen Kartenrohling geklebt.

 

I put foam tape behind the mittens and the word warm to make those the same height as the shaker.

I added some more clay snowflakes as decoration to the card, then glued the card panel to a white note card.

 

Noch eine Karte mit Schneemann

Heute geht es weiter mit einer weiteren Winterkarte - und auch auf ihr tummelt sich ein Schneemann. Es sind sogar zwei Stück. 

Die beiden kleinen Kerlchen sind aus einem Stempelset von CreativeDepot, das ich beim Wichteln geschenkt bekommen habe. Und hier habe ich sie eingeweiht.

Today I have another winter card - and again there's a snowman on it. Actually, there are two on it.

 Those two cuties are from a stamp set by CreativeDepot, that I got in a christmas gift exchange with some friends. And here I used it for the first time.

 

Der Hintergrund besteht hier aus türkisfarbenem Designpapier mit Schneeflocken von LawnFawn. Ich habe es etwas kleiner als meinen Kartenrohling zugeschnitten und darauf erst ein paar Tannenbäume aufgeklebt. die habe ich aus grünem Cardstock mit einem leicht oliven Unterton gestanzt und dafür die großen Bäume aus dem Wintescape Trees and Deer Set von ScrappyTails benutzt.

Aus Vellum habe ich dann sowohl das Winter Wonderland Window als auch das Stitched  Snowflake  Backdrop, beide von LawnFawn, ausgestanzt. Hinter den unteren Teil des Vellums mit dem ausgestanzten Winter Wonderland Window habe ich etwas weißen Cardstock als verschneiten Boden aufgeklebt. Außerdem habe ich einen der Stitched Rectangle Window Frames aus helltürkis-farbenem Cardstock gestanzt und oben auf den Snowflake Backdrop geklebt.

 

The background is made from a piece of aqua patterned paper with snowflakes by LawnFawn. I cut it  a bit smaller than my card base and then adhered some pine trees to it. I cut those from a bit of an olive-green cardstock using the trees from Winterscape Trees and Deer by ScrappyTails.

From vellum I cut both the Winter Wonderland Window as well as the Stitched Snowflake Backdrop, both by LawnFawn. I put some white cardstock behind the vellum I cut the Winter Wonderland Window from to create some snowy ground. I also die cut one of the Stitched Rectangle Window Frames from light aqua cardstock and glued it on top of the Snowflake Backdrop.  

 

 Die beiden Schneemänner - ich konnte ich einfach nicht für einen entscheiden - habe ich mit Copics coloriert und per Hand ausgeschnitten. Farblich war mir irgendwie nach etwas anderem, deswegen habe ich helles türkis und helles oliv benutzt und die Herzen sowie Karotten mit einem soften Orange coloriert. 

Die beiden Schneemänner habe ich dann auf der Vellum Lage, aus dem ich das bogenförmige Fenster ausgestanzt habe, aufgeklebt.

 

I colored those two snowmen - I just couldn't decide which one to use -  with Copics and cut them out with my scissors. As a color combo I went with a soft aqua and soft olive and used a soft orange for the hearts and carrot noses.

I adhered both to the vellum layer that I have cut the arched window from.

 

Unten auf den türkisfarbenen Rahmen habe ich meinen Text aufgeklebt. Auch der ist aus dem Set Winterscape Trees and Deer von ScrappyTails. Ich habe zwei Lagen aus schwarzem Cardstock gestanzt und aufeinander geklebt.

Außerdem habe ich hier noch einen kleinen Wegweiser zum Norpol aufgestellt. Auch der ist aus dem Snowman Stempelset.

 

At the bottom of the card I glued my text onto the light aqua frame. It's again from Winterscape Trees and Deer by ScrappyTails. I cut the text twice from black cardstock and stacked them.

I also added a little road sign to north pole here, which is again from the Snowman stamp set.

 

 Zwischen den einzelnen Lagen befindet sich jeweils 3D Tape - so mildert das Vellum die Lage darunter stärker ab. 

Als Deko habe ich drei kleine hellrosa Herzen auf der Karte verteilt und dann alles auf einem weißen Kartenrohling angebracht.

 

I put foam tape between the layers - this way the vellum softens the layer underneath more.

I added three pink clay hearts as decoration and then glued the card panel onto a white note card.

 

Let it Snow

Weihnachten und Silvester sind vorbei, also wird es Zeit, endlich mal ein paar Winterkarten zu machen. Das Thema spare ich mir möglichst immer für den Anfang des Jahres auf, denn es ist perfekt, die Zeit, bis man endlich Frühlingskarten machen kann, zu überbrücken.

Christmas and New Year's have passed, so it's about time to make some winter cards. I always try to save this theme for the beginning of the new year because it's perfect to pass the time until it's finally time to start those spring cards.

 

Der Hintergrund hier ist aus einem Stück hellblauen Cardstock mit kleinen dunkelblauen Schneeflocken gemacht. Ich habe die Ränder mit zwei verschiedenen Blautönen von SU abgedunkelt.

Auf dem Hintergrund habe ich dann einige Schneeflocken aufgeklebt. Die sind mit Stanzen aller möglicher Hersteller - ich habe von meiner Magnetplatte einfach die abgenommen,  die von der Größe her passten - aus weißem Cardstock gestanzt.

 

The backbground ist made from a piece of light blue cardstock with small dark blue snowflakes on it. I darkened the edges with two different shades of blue ink by SU.

Onto the background I glued some snowflakes. I cut those from white cardstock using dies by a lot of different brands - I just took from my magnet sheet whatever snowflake fit in size.

 

 In die Mitte der Karte habe ich einen Schneemann geklebt. Der ist mit dem Stanzenset Build-a-Snowman von LawnFawn gemacht. Ich habe alle Teile aus weißem Cardstock gestanzt und mit Copics coloriert. 

Die Augen, die Punkte des Munds und die Knöpfe habe ich mit einem schwarzen Glaze Pen (nach)gemalt. An den Hut habe ich dann noch eine weitere kleine Schneeflocke geklebt.

 

Into the center of the card I placed a snowman. I used dies from Build-a-Snowman by LawnFawn for him. I cut all the pieces from white cardstock and colored them with Copics.

I (re)drew the eyes, the dots of the mouth and the buttons with a black Glaze Pen. To the hat I glued a small snowflake.

 

 Der Schneemann sollte natürlich nicht irgendwo in der Luft schweben. Also habe ich mit dem Cocoa Cozy Stempelset von TheGreetery Handschuhe gestaltet. Eigentlich fing damit die ganze Karte an, ich wollte aber die Hände partout keine Tasse halten lassen, das war mir irgendwie zu weihnachtlich. 

Ich habe die Handschuhe abgestempelt und dann mit dem passenden Embossingfolder geprägt. Das Bündchen habe ich noch einmal extra gestaltet. 

Da die Handschuhe irgendwie eine Verbindung mit etwas brauchten, habe ich zuerst frei Hand zwei Arme gestaltet. Die wirkten aber für die winterliche Karte zu nackig. Also habe ich mit den Bündchen der Handschuhstempel kurzerhand noch Pulliärmel gestaltet, diesmal ohne Prägung.

Unten auf die Karte habe ich dann noch meinen Text aufgeklebt. Der ist mit der Let it Snow Line Border Stanze von LawnFawn gemacht. Ich habe drei Stanzteile aufeinander und sie dann auf die Handschuhe geklebt. Statt des I-Punkts habe ich eine kleine Schneeflocke benutzt.

 

Of course I didn't want my snowman to float in the air. So I used the Cocoa Cozy stamp set by TheGreetery to create some mittens. Actually, that's what started this whole card, I just didn't want those hands to hold a cup, it seemed too christmas-sy to me. 

I stamped the mittens and dry embossed them with the matching embossing folder. The thicker ends I did once again additionally.

Since those mittens needed some connection to the edges of the card I first drew two arms. But those looked a bit too naked for this winter card. So I used the ticker ends of the mittens again and just created some pullover arms with them, this time skipping the dry embossing.

Onto the bottom of the card I added the text, using the Let it Snow Line Border die by LawnFawn. I stacked three die cuts and glued them onto the mittens. As the dot of the i I used a little snowflake.

 

 Beim Zusammenkleben der Karte kam teilweise dünnes 3D Tape zum Einsatz. Auf einige der Schneeflocken habe ich kleine klare Glitzersteine in die Mitte geklebt und auf dem Schneemann ein rosafarbenes Herz angebracht. 

Zum Schluss habe ich alles auf einem weißen Kartenrohling befestigt.

 

When putting the card together I used thin foam tape behind a few elements. I glued little clear rhinestones onto the centers of a few of the snowflakes and a light pink clay heart onto the snowman. As the last step I glued the card panel to a white note card.

 

Yeti or not...

Der Freund einer meiner Töchter hatte Geburtstag und ich zeige Euch heute die Karte, die ich für ihn gemacht habe. 

 

Hello everyone!

One of my daughters' boyfriend celebrated his birthday and today I am sharing with you the card I made for him.

 

Die beiden gehen oft und gerne wander oder klettern. Genau für diesen Anlass habe ich im April auf der Stempelmesse Süd den Yeti Explorer Stempel von Impronte d'Autore gekauft. Jetzt wurde er also endlich eingeweiht. 

Auch wenn die Karte hier im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes vielschichtig ist, kamen nicht wirklich viele Produkte darauf zum Einsatz. Fast die komplette Szene ist mit dem Christmas Tree Shadow Box Stanzenset von Sizzix entstanden. Ich habe nur Berge sowie Gras und kleine Steine von LawnFawn hinzugefügt.

 

The two often go hiking. And that's why I bought the Yeti Explorer stamp back in april when I attended a stamp fair - with just this occasion in mind. Now it finally got inked up.

Even if this card is pretty dimensional I didn't use many products here. Nearly the whole scene is made with the Christmas Tree Shadow Box die by Sizzix. I just added trees and some grass and small rocks by LawnFawn.

 

 Ich habe alle Teile der Karte aus farbigem Cardstock gestanzt und nur die Laubbäume und Berge ganz leicht mit Distress Inks schattiert. 

Im Hintergrund befindet sich eine Lage hellblauen Cardstocks als Himmel, darauf kamen dann zwei Reihen Berge. Eine ist mit Stanzen von LawnFawn, die andere mit Stanzen von Action gemacht. Die schneebedeckten Bergspitzen habe ich mit Copics etwas schattiert. 

Als nächstes habe ich zwei Grashügel aufgeklebt und darauf dann die Laubbäume. Die sind mit derselben Stanze aus dem Sizzix-Set gemacht. Ich habe sie aus hellerem und dunklerem braunen Cardstock gestanzt und das dunklere Stanzteil aufs Gesicht gedreht. So sehen die Bäume etwas unterschiedlich aus. 

 

I die cut all pieces from colored cardstock and shaded only the trees and the mountains with a bit of Distress Ink.

In the background there's a layer of light blue cardstock for the sky, on top I placed two rows of mountains. I made one with a die by LawnFawn, the other one with a die by Action. I used my Copics to shade the snowcaps.

Next I adhred two layers of grassy hills and then the trees. I used the same die from the Sizzix die set and cut it from two tones of brown cardstock. I turned the darker one face down, this  way the trees look different.

 

Im unteren Bereich habe ich dann einige Tannenbäume aufgeklebt, denen ich mit Polychromos ein paar Details verliehen habe. Dazwischen befinden sich zwei weitere Lagen Gras. Eine davon habe ich mit der unteren Kante des Spooky Forest Backdrops von LawnFawn gemacht. Aus dem Set sind dann auch die kleinen Grasbüschel und die Steine, die ich vorne auf die Szene aufgeklebt habe. Außerdem habe ich zwischen die Tannenbäume eine Lage grünen Cardstocks eingebaut, aus der ich das bogenförmige Fenster aus dem Christmas Tree Shadow Box Set gestanzt habe. 

Und mittig in all der Natur wandert der Yeti. Ich habe ihn erst mit Copics coloriert und dann mit Polychromos das Fell aufgezeichnet. Er ist ein wenig dunkler ausgefallen, als man sich so einen Yeti eventuell vorstellt, aber schließlich ist Herbst und er trägt immer noch sein Sommerfell. 

Die Texte auf der Karte sind dann aus dem Yeti or Not Stempelset von LawnFawn und weiß auf dunkelgrünen Cardstock embosst. Ich fand die hier super passend und das Wortspiel im kleinen Text gefiel mir auch super. 

 

In the lower half of the card I adhered some pine trees, that I added some details to with my Polychromos. In between the trees there are two more layers of grass. One of them I made using the bottom part of the Spooky Forest Backdrop by LawnFawn. From this set are also the small patches of grass and the rocks, that I glued to the bottom of the scene. I also added a layer of green cardstock between the pine trees. From that I had die cut the arched window from the Christmas Tree Shadow Box die set.

And in this wonderful mountain scene the little Yeti is hiking. I first colored him with Copics, then added the fur with Polychromos. He may have turned out a little darker than you might imagine a Yeti, but it's fall and he's still wearing his summer fur. 

The texts on the card are from Yeti or  Not by LawnFawn and white heat embossed onto dark green cardstock. I thought they were perfect for this card and also loved the play of words in the smaller text.

 

 Die Karte besteht ja schon aus vielen Lagen, deswegen wollte ich kein 3D Tape dazwischen verwenden. Gleichzeitig hatte ich aber Angst, dass sie mir ohne optisch zu flach werden würde. Also habe ich jedes Stanzteil mit einer Lage aus schwarzem Cardstock hinterlegt. Das sorgt für genau die richtige Tiefe - allerdings ist die Karte dadurch doch recht dick geworden. Und das ist tatsächlich die erste Karte die meinen Papercutter - ein großer Rollenschneider von Fiskars - an seine Grenzen gebracht hat. Also habe ich mich an einer der Längsseiten mit der Schere durchgekämpft und der Cutter hat das Schneiden der übrigen drei Seiten zum Glück überlebt.

Zum Schluss habe ich dann doch ein klein wenig 3D Tape hinter den Texten und Steinen benutzt. Außerdem habe ich als Deko ein paar grüne Pailetten im oberen Bereich der Karte verteilt.

Zum Schluss habe ich dann alles auf einen weißen Kartenrohling geklebt.

 

This scene is already put together from a lot of layers so I didn't want to put foam tape between them. On the other hand I was afraid that the scene might look too flat without. So I added one layer cut from black cardstock behind each layer. This adds exactly the right amount of depth - but makes the card event thicker. And this actually the very first card that my paper cutter - a large cutter by Fiskars with a rotating blade - refused to cut. So I used my scissors and truly fought my way through the cardstock layers. Luckily my paper cutter survived cutting the other 3 edges.

In the end I brought in a tiny bit of foam tape, just behind the texts and rocks. 

I added some small green sequins to the upper half of the card, then adhered the card panel to a white note card.

 

Sektflaschenkarte zum neuen Jahr

Das Zeitfenster zwischen den Jahren ist kurz, aber ich möchte Euch heute diese Karte zum neuen Jahr zeigen. Und die kommt - ganz in Feierlaune - in Sektflaschenform daher.

The window between the years is short, but I want to share with you a new year's card today. All in a party mood it comes in the shape of a champagne bottle.

 

Die Flaschenkarte ist mit dem Cut and Embossfolder Klappkarte Sektflasche von CreativeDepot gemacht. Ich habe die Karte aus grünem Cardstock gestanzt und mit Copics schattiert. Die Highlights habe ich mit einem weißen Gelstift aufgemalt, die eingeprägten Blubberblasen habe ich mit Glossy Accents gefüllt.

 

I made this bottle shaped card with the Cut and Emboss Folder Klappkarte Sektflasche by CreativeDepot. I cut the card from green cardstock and shaded it with Copics. The highlights I added with a white gel pen, the debossed bubbles I filled with Glossy Accents.  

 

 Wie es sich für eine Sektflasche gehört, glänzt die Folie, mit der der obere Teil der Flasche überzogen/verschlossen ist, schön. Dafür habe ich diesen Teil aus goldenem Spiegelcardstock gestanzt und aufgeklebt. 

Um den Flaschenhals der Front der Karte habe ich dann schwarzes Twine gewickelt und zur Schleife angebunden. Dabei habe ich zwei Luftschlangen und einen Pilz mit eingefädelt. 

Die Luftschlangen sind aus dem Silvester-Stecker Set von Charlie und Paulchen. Ich habe sie aus cremefarbenem Cardstock gestanzt und mit Copics schattiert. 

Den Pilz aus dem Anhängerset Herbst von My Paper Project habe ich aus matt-goldenem Metallic-Cardstock sowie normalem grünem Cardstock gestanzt. Aus dem grünen Pilz habe ich den Hut ausgeschnitten, mit Copics coloriert und auf den goldenen Pilz aufgeklebt.

 

As it has to be the foil, that covers the top of the bottle, is made from some shiny foil. I die cut/embossed this part of the card again from gold mirror cardstock and glued it onto the card front.

I wrapped some black twine around the top of the card front and tied it to bow. I added some streamers and a mushroom shaped tag here.

The streamers are made using the Silvester-Stecker die set by Charlie und Paulchen. I cut them from cream colored cardstock and shaded them with Copics.

The mushroom is from Anhängerset Herbst by My Paper Project and cut from matte gold metallic cardstock and regular green cardstock. I cut off the hat of the green mushroom, shaded it with Copics and glued it onto the gold one.

 

Die Etiketten auf der Flasche - sowohl das große unten als auch das kleinere am Flaschenhals - habe ich erneut aus cremefarbenem Cardstock gestanzt und mit Copics coloriert. Ich habe jeweils mit grüner Tinte ein kleines Kleeblatt aufgestempelt und die eingeprägten Bereiche mit einem goldenen Gelstift gefüllt.

Auf das größere Label unten habe ich dann noch ein happy new year aus dem Ernestine Stempelset von Stampcorner gold aufembosst.

Dann habe ich die Labels ebenfalls auf die Flasche geklebt. 

 

 The labels on the bottle - both the large one and the small one further up - I cut/embossed again from cream colored cardstock and shaded it with Copics. I stamped a small clover onto the labels and used a gold gel pen to fill in the debossed details.

Onto the large label at the bottom I also gold embossed a happy new year greeting from Ernestine by Stampcorner. 

Then I glued on the labels as well. 

 

 Die Luftschlangen habe ich mit dickem 3D Tape aufeinander- und auf die Flasche geklebt, so setzen sie sich etwas vom quasi gleich-farbigen Label darunter ab. 

Um der Karte etwas mehr Stabilität zu geben und außerdem um innen gut einen Gruß hineinschreiben zu können habe ich die Karte nochmal aus weißem  Cardstock gestanzt und die beiden Seiten der Karte mit der Schere etwas kleiner geschnitten. Diese Teile habe ich dann innen in die Karte geklebt.

 

I used thick foam tape to glue the streamers onto each other and onto the bottle to make them pop a bit from the nearly identically colored label underneath.

To make the card a bit more sturdy and also to have a space to write onto on the inside I die cut the card again from white cardstock, cut both sides/pages a bit smaller with my scissors and adhered them to both sides on the inside.

The last LawnFawnatics Challenge of the year is going on - and the theme of "sparkle and shine" goes perfectly with the end of the year. There's also a moodboard as inspiration:

 

 Ihr seht, es funkelt und glitzert. Trotzdem könnte man das Moodboard natürlich auch ganz anders interpretieren. Bei mir war es das Bild mit dem goldenen Glitzer sowie der Sternwerfer auf dem Bild oben rechts. Und so ist diese Neujahrskarte entstanden.

 

As you can see, this moodboard really is full of sparkle but of course it could also be interpreted in a different way. I picked up the picture with the gold glitter and the one with the sparkler on the top right and created the New Year's card.

 

Hier habe ich schwarzern Cardstock für den Hintergrund genommen. 

Aus matt-goldenem Metallic-Cardstock habe ich den Let's Party Backdrop ausgestanzt. Obenauf habe ich dann noch einen der Stitched Rectangle Frames, gestanzt aus schwarzem Cardstock, aufgeklebt.

 

I used a piece of black cardstock for my background.

From matte gold metallic cardstock I die cut the Let's Party Backdrop. On top I glued one of the Stitched Rectangle Frames, cut from black cardstock. 

 

 

 

Auf den oberen Bereich des schwarzen Cardstocks im Hintergrund habe ich mit goldenem Glitter-Embossingpulver herabfallende Konfetti aufgestempelt. Dafür habe ich den Schneefall-Hintergrund aus Snow Cool benutzt. Zwischen die goldenen Punkte habe ich mit einem weißen Gelstift einige weiße Punkte aufgemalt.

 

Onto the top oft the black cardstock in the background I added some falling confetti, heat embossing them with gold glitter embossing powder. I used the snowfall background from Snow Cool for those confetti. With a white gel pen I drew a few white dots between the gold ones.

 

 Im unteren Bereich habe ich dann meinen Text und mein Motiv aufgeklebt.

Ich habe zuerst mit goldenem Embossingpulver und dem Quinn's 123s Set die Zahl 2026  auf schwarzen Cardstock embosst und ausgeschnitten. Außerdem habe ich sie nochmal auf weißen Cardstock gestempelt, ebenfalls ausgeschnitten und ein wenig versetzt hinter die schwarzen Zahlen geklebt. 

In die Null habe ich dann eine der Mäuse aus Whoosh Kites gesteckt. Die trägt einen Zylinder aus Snow Cool und hält ein großes Sektglas aus Happy Wedding sowie einen Sternwerfer in den Händen. Für den habe ich ein Stück der Schnur aus Whoosh Kites abgestempelt, ausgeschnitten und oben einen der Sterne aus dem Sparkle Garland Border Set, gestanzt aus goldenem Glitter-Cardstock, aufgeklebt. Ausgeschnitten habe ich die Motive ebenfalls mit der Schere.

Im Hintergrund habe ich noch einige Kleeblätter verteilt - Glück kann man schließlich immer brauchen. Die sind aus dem Stanzenset Lucky Clover und ebenfalls aus goldenem Glitter-Cardstock gestanzt.

Die Texte habe ich mit Stempeln aus den Sets Henry's Build a Sentiment Winter und Henry's Build a Sentiment Birthday zusammengesetzt, gold auf weißen Cardstock embosst und ausgeschnitten.

 

In the lower area of the card I adhered the text and image.

First I gold heat embossed the number 2026 onto black cardstock using stamps from Quinn's 123s. I also stamped them onto white cardstock and cut all out with my scissors. Then I glued the white numbers behind the black ones.

I tucked one of the mice from Whoosh Kites through the zero. He's wearing a top hat from Snow Cool and is holding a large champagne glass from Happy Weedding and a  sparkler in his hands. For the sparkler I stamped a part of the line from Whoosh Kites and cut it out, then glued one of the stars from Sparkle Garland Border onto the tip. I cut that from gold glitter cardstock, the images I cut out with my scissors.

I added some clovers to the background - a little luck can never hurt. These are from Lucky Clover and again cut from the gold glitter cardstock.

The texts I put together using stamps from Henry's Build a Sentiment Winter and Henry's Build a Sentiment Birthay, gold heat embossed them onto white cardstock and cut them out.

 

 Den Rahmen habe ich mit dickem, die Motive und Texte mit dünnem 3D Tape auf den Hintergrund geklebt und zum Schluss alles auf einem weißen Kartenrohling angebracht.

 

I adhered the frame with thick, the images and texts with thin foam tape to the background, then glued the card panel to a white note card.

 

Weihnachtstags 3

Hallo Ihr Lieben!

Mit dem heutigen Post zeige ich Euch die letzten Weihnachtstags des Jahres. 

Ich hatte ja schon geschrieben, dass es für jeden einen aufwändigeren und dann eher einfache Tags für die restlichen Geschenke gegeben hat. Diese hier sind fast ein wenig zu einfach für meinen Geschmack, aber nachdem mich die Grippe im Dezember für 10 Tage ausgeknockt hatte, musste ich irgendwie rumkommen. Und gefallen tun sie mir trotzdem.

With today's post I am sharing with you the last of the christmas tags of 2025.

I had alreaday mentioned that I have made one a bit more elaborate tag for everyone and put simpler ones on the other presents. Well, these are nearly a bit too simple for my taste. But I was sick for 10 days in december and had a hard time finish everything I wanted. And I still like these.

 

Die Tags sind alle identisch gearbeitet, nur die Motive in der Mitte unterscheiden sich. Stellvertretend habe ich für die übrigen Bilder einfach eines der Tags rausgepickt.

 

I made all of the tags identically, only the images in the center are different. So I just picked one for the rest of the pictures of this post.

 

 Die Tags sind wieder mit Artikeln von TheGreetery gemacht - und eigentlich waren sie das, was ich als Haupttags machen wollte, zumindest so ähnlich. Aber da kam mir ja dann ein weiteres Release dazwischen....

Ich habe hier wieder eines der Capsule Basics aus cappuccino-farbenem Cardstock gestanzt und damit die Basis für meinen Tag gefertigt. 

Unten auf den Tag habe ich zwei Ilexblätter, Teil einer der Bordüren aus dem Capsule Basics Quick Tags Set, mit grüner Tinte aufgestempelt. Darüber habe ich dann mit silbernem Embossingpulver  ein Merry Christmas aus dem selben Set aufembosst. Außerdem habe ich mit einem silbernen Gelstift einen Rahmen aufgemalt. Dafür habe ich die Stanze wieder aufgelegt und entlang der inneren Kante nachgemalt, so wird der Rahmen schön sauber.

Oben habe ich erst ein Loch in das Oval gestanzt und ein Stück silber-weißes Twine hindurchgezogen. Das Loch habe ich dann mit einer der Schleifen aus Regency Bow No. 2 abgedeckt. Die habe ich aus dunkelgrünem Cardstock gestanzt und mit Copics schattiert.

 

Again I used products by TheGreetery for my tags - and these are what I had planned originally, at least something like that. But that's before the latest release happened....

Again I used one of the Capsule Basics dies as the tag base and cut that from cappuccino colored cardstock.

Onto the bottom of the tag I stamped two holly leaves, part of one of the borders from Capsule Basics Quick Tags, using green ink. Above those I silver heat embossed a merry christmas from the same set onto the tag. I also drew a thin frame with a silver gel pen - I simply put the die back onto the tag and traced the inner edge to end up with a clean line.

I cut a small hole from the top of the oval and put some silver and white twine through it. Then I covered the hole with one of the bows from Regency Bow No. 2. I die cut that from dark green cardstock and shaded it with Copics.

 

 In die Mitte des Ovals habe ich dann kleinere Tags mit Motiv geklebt. Die sind mit Stanzen aus dem Set Shortbread Shapes Rectangle Labels aus blau-grauem Cardstock gestanzt, mittig habe ich das Rechteck aus dem selben Set ausgestanzt. 

Hinter dieses Fenster passt dann perfekt eines der  Motive, die der Shortbread Shapes Holiday Rectangle Embossingfolder prägt. Ich habe sie wieder in cappuccino-farbenen Cardstock geprägt und mit der Schere ausgeschnitten. Dannn habe ich erst ein weißes Stempelkissen auf die erhabenen Stellen gedrückt und nach dem Trocknen die Beeren der Motive mit einem grünen Glaze Pen nachgemalt.

Unten auf den blauen Tag habe ich dann noch ein To: sowie eine Linie, beides mit Stempeln aus dem  Large Linked Labels Stempelset, silber aufembosst. 

 

Into the center of the oval I put a smaller tag with the image. I die cut those from grey-blue cardstock using one of the dies from Shortbread Shapes Rectangle Labels and cut the rectangle from the same set from the center.

Behind this window is the perfect spot to put one of the images made with the Shortbread Shapes Holiday Rectangle embossing folder. I embossed those into cappuccino colored cardstock again and cut them out. Then I first lightly pressed a white ink pad onto the raised areas and, after the ink had dried, colored the berries with a green Glaze Pen.

Onto the bottom of the blue tag  I silver heat embossed a To: and a line, both made with stamps from Large Linked Labels. 

 

 Die Schleife und den grauen Tag habe ich mit dünnem 3D Tape aufgeklebt. Als Deko habe ich dann noch ein kleines weißes Herz neben das geprägte Motiv sowie ein weiteres zwischen die beiden Ilexblätter geklebt.

 

I adhered the bow and the grey tag with thin foam tape. Then I added a white clay heart next to the embossed image and another one between the holly leaves.
