Geht bei Euch morgens auch nichts ohne Kaffee? Bei mir und auch dem Rest meiner Familie ist das ebenso. Also, warum nicht mal vor der Arbeit den Kaffee für den Rest vorbereiten - und mit einer kleinen Karte dazu, zeigt man ohne große Geschenke, dass einem die anderen am Herzen liegen. Das geht natürlich auch bei Freunden, Arbeitskollegen.... So eine Karte zeige ich heute auf dem Stamping-Fairies Blog.

Do you need coffee in the morning to get the day started? Well, it is like this for me and my family. So, why not making coffee for the rest of your loved ones - and with a little card put next to the cups you can easily show that you care. It also works with friends, co-workers.... And what such a card could look like am I sharing over at the Stamping-Fairies Blog today.
Für meine Karte habe ich den Romantic Script Background mit weißem Embossingpulver auf weißen Cardstock embosst und dann mit Distress Ink Old Paper darübergewischt. Die Farbe erinnert mich an Kaffee mit gaaaanz viel Milch.
Für den Rahmen habe ich eine der Stanzen aus dem Lip Balm Window and Frame Set verwendet. Auf einen Streifen weißen Cardstock habe ich einen der Texte aus dem Stempelset Splendid Swans gestempelt und über den Rahmen geklebt.
For my card I heat embossed the Romantic Script Background onto white cardstock using white embossing powder and then used Distress Ink Old Paper to ink up the cardstock. The color reminds me of coffee with a whole lot of milk.
For the frame I used one of the dies from the Lip Balm Window and Frame set. The saying from the Splendid Swans set was stamped onto a strip of white carstock and glued onto the frame.
Und hier habe ich Stempel aus dem Set Coffee Date benutzt. Ich dachte ja lange, das Set bräuchte ich nicht, aber manchmal liegt man falsch. Und ich finde es toll, wie man die Tassen etc. innen farbig stempeln kann. Und gerade, dass die inneren Teile ein klein wenig kleiner sind, finde ich klasse. Die Punkte auf der Kanne habe ich per Hand aufgemalt.
Hinter die Tassen und die Kanne, die alle mit 3D Tape aufeinandergesetzt sind, habe ich einen der Stitched Oval Scallop Frames gesetzt. Dahinter ist eines der Hexagons.
Ganz zum Schluss habe ich als Deko noch drei echte Kaffeebohnen auf die Karte geklebt.
And here I used a stamp from the Coffee Date stamp set. For a long time I thought I wouldn't need that set, but well, sometimes you're wrong. I like how you can easily use a stamp to "color" the cups and pots. And that these stamps are made slightly smaller really adds a great effect. I used a white gelly marker to draw the dots here.
Behind the cups, that were all put together using dimensional tape, I've put one of the Stitched Oval Scallop Frames and behind this one there is one of the Hexagons.
In the end I glued three real coffee beans onto the card for decorations.
