Es ist wieder Zeit für eine neue Sketch-Inspiration beim Stempeleinmaleins. Und hier seht Ihr meine Umsetzung des neuen Sketches.

It's time for a new inspirational sketch over at Stempeleinmaleins. And this is the card I made following it.
Mein Schwiegervater hatte vor gut einer Woche Geburtstag, da kam der Sketch doch wie gerufen. Und so habe ich ihn für seine Geburtstagskarte genutzt.
Im Hintergrund habe ich verschiedene Designpapiere verwendet, die alle recht farbenfroh sind. Darum habe ich hinter das Motiv etwas Cheesecloth und einen schwarzen ausgestanzten Stern gesetzt, um für etwas mehr Kontrast zu sorgen.
Für das "Alles Gute" habe ich eine Stanze von Kulricke benutzt und das Stanzteil dann mit Glossy Accents bezogen.
My father in law celebrated his birthday a little over a week ago and so the sketch came in handy and I've used it to make his card.
In the bachground I've used different designer's papers, all pretty colorful. So I've decided to put some cheesecloth and a die cut star, cut from black cardstock, behind the image to add some contrast.
The die cut saying means "congratulations" and is covered with Glossy Accents.
Der geniale "Party-Opa" ist aus einem Stempelset von Art Impressions,
das ich mir auf der Stempelmesse Süd gekauft hatte. Endlich konnte ich
ihn einweihen. Coloriert habe ich mit Copics.
Ich habe auch das "weibliche Pendant" zu dem Set, und da gibt es einen tollen Text: "I'm here for the party". Da meine Schwiegereltern aber außer Happy Birthday so überhaupt kein Englisch verstehen, habe ich den frei übersetzt und mit einzelnen Buchstaben zusammengesetzt auf ein weißes Banner gestempelt, das ich dann unter dem ausgestanzten Text aufgeklebt habe.
This great "party granpa" is from a stamp set by Art Impressions that I've bought on a stamp fair back in april. And finally I was able to use him. He's colored in with Copics.
I also got the female version of this set and there's a great text in it reading "I'm here for the party". Unfotunately my in-laws don't understand anything english besides Happy Birthday. So I've kind of translated this text into german - where's the party? - actually, stamped it onto a white banner using single letter stamps and glued it under the die cut text.
