Heute habe ich eine Geburtstagskarte mit ganz vielen Glückwünschen für Euch. So viele Glückwünsche, dass für ein Motiv fast kein Platz mehr war. Und Schuld ist nur ein neuer Stempel und eine neue Stanze von JM-Creation.

Today I have a birthday with lots of wishes to share with you. So many wishes that there was hardly room for an image on this card. And it's only the fault of a new stamp and die by JM Creation.
Hier habe ich ein Stück gelbes Designpapier mit Sternchendruck für den Hintergrund benutzt, auf das ich die Deko geklebt habe. Das habe ich dann einfach auf einen weißen Kartenrohling geklebt.
Here I've used a piece of yellow designer's paper with white stars for the background on which I've glued the decorations. Then I've simply glued it onto a white note card.
Und hier seht Ihr all die Texte, die für das Design der Karte verantwortlich sind. Es gibt von JM-Creation zwei neue Stempel, die jeweils Texte - einmal nur herzlichen Glückwunsch in verschiedenen Größen und Schrift und einmal verschiedene Texte - abstempeln. Die Breiten der Texte variieren von schmal bis breit, immer ein Stück mehr als in der Zeile davor. Das Genial ist, dass es einen Stanze gibt, die all diese Text auf einmal in Bannerform ausstanzt. Einmal stempeln, einmal stanzen und man hat eine ganze Ladung fertig verwendbarer Texte. Und da fing mein Problem an - ich konnte mich einfach nicht entscheiden. Also habe ich einfach beide Stempel abgestempelt, ausgestanzt und dann einige der Texte gemixt auf mein Designpapier geklebt. Und das sind noch nicht alle der Texte, die anderen haben einfach nicht mehr draufgepasst. Hätte wohl lieber eine Slimine Card machen sollen.
And here are all the texts that are to be blamed for the design of this card. There are two new stamps and a die by JM Creation. One of the stamps stamps "congratulations", the other one different texts, from small to wide, each saying a bit wider than the line underneath. The great thing is that there's a die that cuts all these sayings into a perfect banner shape by just running the paper through your cutting machine once. Stamp once, die cut once and you end up with a bunch of banners ready to use. And that's where my problem started - I just couldn't decide on one bannner. So I've simply stamped both sets, cut them out and then mixed a few of them and arranged them on my patterend paper. And these are by far not all the banners I ended up with, the other's simply didn't fit on the card anymore. Guess I should have made a Slimline Card.
Naja, da aber eine Geburtstagskarte so ganz ohne Motiv doch etwas fad gewesen wäre, habe ich schweren Herzens unten ein Banner wieder entfernt und dort ein paar kleine Motive aufgeklebt.
Da wäre zum einen der Blaubeer-Muffin aus dem Set Lustiges Gebäck - ich habe ihm böserweise Hände und Füße amputiert - dann ein paar Geschenke aus dem Set Christbaum und Co und weil ich schön böse war, habe ich dem Hasen aus dem Stempelset Hasen und Küken noch den Luftballon weggenommen und ihn an eines der Geschenke gebunden. So ist weiter oben auf der Karte auch ein kleines Motiv zu sehen.
Zum Schluss habe ich noch blaue Enamel Accents auf die Karte aufgebracht.
Well, but since a birthday card without any image is kind of boring I forced myself to remove the lowest banner from my background and added a few small images here. There's a blueberry muffin, a few gifts and a heart shaped balloon that is tied to one of the gifts and is now floating in the middle of the card. So at least there's a little image, too.
In the end I've added a few blue Enamel Accents to the card.
