Letzte Woche habe ich Euch ja schon eine Babykarte gezeigt, heute folgt eine weitere. Diesmal für eine kleine Ida, die erste Tochter meines Paten"kindes". Und weil ich bereits in dem Thema drin war, ist sie direkt im Anschluss an die erste Babykarte entstanden, schließlich hatte ich bereits alle nötigen Dinge auf dem Tisch. Und so ist eine kleine Ähnlichkeit nicht zu leugnen...

I already shared a baby card with you last week, today I have another one. This was made for little Ida, the first daughter of my god"child". And since I was already in the baby card making, this one was made directly after the first one I shared. I already had everything needed brought out to my table and so this has some similarities with the other one...
Hier habe ich eine normal-formatige Karte gemacht. Hier habe ich zuerst die Motive zu einer Szene zusammengestempelt, mit Maskingtape abgedeckt und dann im Hintergrund wieder mit einer Wolkenschablone und diesmal Distress Ink Spun Sugar - stattt Oxide - Wolken auf den oberen Teil aufgewischt. Im unteren Bereich habe ich mit Distress Ink Bundled Sage und einer Grasschablone zwei Lagen Gras aufgewischt. Auf den Himmel habe ich wieder rosafarbene Metallik-Wasserfarbe, auf das Gras grüne aufgespritzt.
Den Text aus dem Stempelset Welcome, Baby von MFT habe ich mit weißem Embossingpulver auf das Gras embosst.
This time I made a regular sized card. I stamped the images first to create a scene, then covered them with masking tape and added some soft pink clouds to the upper part of the card. I used Distress Ink Spun Sugar - instead of Oxide - this time. For the grass on the lower half of the card I used Distress Ink Bundled Sage and a grass stencil to add two layers of grass. Onto the sky I sprinkled some soft pink metallic watercolor and some green onto the grass.
I white heat embossed the text from the Welcome,Baby stamp set by MFT onto the grass.
Für die Szene habe ich Stempel aus den Sets Little Bundle und Hello Baby von LawnFawn benutzt. Die Pfosten für die Wäscheleine habe ich nicht schwarz, sondern mit einem No-Line Technik Stempelkissen von InkOn3 gestempelt, da ich sie vollflächig schwarz zu hart für eine Babykarte fand. Also habe ich sie komplett mit Copics coloriert, wie auch die anderen Motive auf der Karte. Für die Blumen habe ich einen Mini-Stempel, der eigentlich Deko für den Body ist, verwendet und die Stiele per Hand dazugemalt.
Das Welcome habe ich mit schwarzer Tinte über die Wäscheleine gestempelt.
For the scene I used stamps from the stamp sets Little Bundle and Hello Baby by LawnFawn. I didn't use black ink for the posts of the clothesline but some ink made for the No-Line technique since I thought they would be too hard for a baby card in a solid black. So I completly colored those with Copics, and used those as well for the other images on the card. For the flowers I used a tiny flower stamp that's usually included to stamp onto the laundry and added the stems by hand.
The welcome is stamped over the clothesline with black ink.
Für die Eclipse Technik habe ich mit dem Impact Alphabet von MFT den Namen Ida aus der fertigen Szene ausgestanzt und die Buchstaben noch 4mal aus dunkelrotem Cardstock zusätzlich gestanzt. Die habe ich alle aufeinnander geklebt und die aus der Szene gestanzten Buchstaben als letzte Lage obenauf.
Ich habe den Hintergrund auf ein etwas größeres Stück roten Cardstock und die aufeinander geklebten Buchstaben wieder in die Aussparung geklebt und dabei die kleinen inneren Teile der Buchstaben direkt auf den roten Cardstock darunter geklebt.
Zum Schluss kam alles auf einen weißen Kartenrohling.
For the Eclipse technique I've die cut the name Ida from the finished scene using the Impact Alphabet dies by MFT and also die cut the letters additional four times from dark red cardstock. I stacked those red ones on top of each other and glued the ones die cut from the scene on top of the stacked ones.
I glued the scene onto a slightly larger piece of red cardstock and put the stacked letters back in place with the small inner pieces being glued down without stacking them.
In the end I glued the finished scene onto a white note card.
