Eine kleine Halloween-Box

 Hallo Ihr Lieben!
Während ich in Urlaub war, gab es neue Stempel von Scrapbook Forever. Das Halloween Set musste ich mir sofort nach der Heimkehr bestellen. Die Geister sind einfach zu goldig! Und heute habe ich eine kleine Box damit zu zeigen.

Hello everyone!
While I was on vacation Scrapbook Forever came out with new stamp sets. I just had to order the Halloween one right after coming back. Those ghosts are just too cute! And today I used this set on a Halloween box.

Ich habe hier die kleine Pizzabox Stanze von Kulricke benutzt und sie aus schwarzem Cardstock gestanzt. Dann habe ich Deckel und Seitenteile mit orangefarbenem Designpapier beklebt.
Auf den Deckel habe ich zuerst die Oberseite eines aus schwarzem Cardstock gestanzten Baumes aufgeklebt. Der Text ist aus dem Halloween-Set. Ich habe ihn mit Copics coloriert und auf ein Banner geklebt.
Den Geist habe ich mit weißem Embossingpulver auf Vellum embosst und ausgeschnitten. So kann man den Text und den Baum darunter noch lesen.
Happy und trick or treat sind mit dem Dymo geschrieben.

Here I used the small pizza box die by Kulricke and cut it from black cardstock. Then I've covered the top and sides with orange designer's paper.
To the top I've first added the top of a tree cut from black cardstock. Then I've added the Halloween text from the same set, colored in with Copics and cut into a banner shape.
The ghost was heat embossed with white embossing powder onto Vellum. Now you can still read the text through the ghost.
Happy and trick or treat were made with my Dymo.

Um die Box habe ich etwas Twine gewickelt und vorne etwas schwarzes Metallikgarn und Cheesecloth mit angebunden.

Around the box I've put some twine and added some metallic twine and cheesecloth here.

Auf der Box steht ja "trick or treat?" - mit Fragezeichen. Naja, man weiß ja nie. Also, lasst uns die Box zusammen öffnen:

On top of the box is written "trick or treat?" - with a question mark. Well, you never know. So let's open the box together:

Die Spinne ist eine von vielen, die ebenfalls in dem Halloween-Set enthalten sind. Und die hier sah so schön böse aus, genau richtig für meinen kleinen Streich. Hier habe ich noch ein Foto für Euch:

The spider is one of many that come in the same set. And this one looked kind of scary, so it was perfect for my little trick. Here I have a picture for you:

 Die Spinne ist schwarz embosst, Augen und Mund habe ich mit Copics coloriert. Sie ist an einem schmalen Streifen dicker Folie angeklebt, deren anderes Ende unten an der Vorderseite der Box angeklebt ist. Beim Schließen der Box wird sie einfach nach hinten gedrückt. Und damit der Mechanismus auch gut funktioniert, habe ich die seitlichen Laschen des Deckels der Box schmäler geschnitten.
Und keine Angst, die Spinne ist so angebracht, dass darunter auch noch etwas Süßes Platz findet.

The spider is black heat embossed, eyes and mouth are colored with Copics. The spider is glued to the top end of a strip of Acetate, the other end of the strip is glued to the inner front of the box. When closing the box the spider simply gets bend back. To make this work without any problems I've cut the flaps of the lid of the box really small.
And don't worry - since the spider is only glued to the inner front of the box there's still room for some sweets as well.
