Kennt Ihr diese "Du, hättest Du zufällig... Ich brauche das morgen"-Fragen? Eine solche Last-Minute Bastelei ist diese Matchbox, die ich heute auf dem Stampcorner-Blog zeige.

Did you ever get the "Well, do you have a.... I need it tomorrow" question? This matchbox, that I'm sharing over at the Stampcorner Blog today, is one of those last minute creations.
Nun muss ich zugeben, dass ich hier aufgrund der kurzen Zeit ein wenig geschummelt habe: die Matchbox ist eine bereits fertig gekaufte. Meine Tochter hat mir davon vor kurzem zwei Packungen gegeben, und die kamen hier natürlich wie gelegen.
Well, I have to admit that I cheated a bit here, only because of the short time I had to make this box: the matchbox is a readily bought one. My daughter recently gave me two packs of those and it came in very handy.
Ich habe die Matchbox mit braunem Designpapier mit weißen Herzchen beklebt.
Der tolle Text ist aus dem Stempelset Geburtstag 2. Ich habe ihn in mehrere Stücke geteilt - erstens, um ihn auf der Box verteilen zu können, zweitens, um ihn mehrfarbig stempeln zu können und drittens, weil er so wie er war ein wenig zu breit für die Box war. Also habe ich die Teile "mehr als" und "tausend" einzeln ausgeschnitten und nebeneinander über die Zeile "Wörtchen" geklebt. Die Worte Törtchen und Wörtchen sind jeweils mit roter Tinte gestempelt und mit rotem Cardstock gemattet.
I've glued pieces of brown designer's paper with white hearts printed onto it onto the box.
The saying means "sometimes a little cake says more than a thousand words". I've diveded that into several parts, due to three reasons: 1, I wanted to put part above, part under the image; 2, I wanted to stamped it in different colors and 3, the way the stamp was arranged it was too wide for my box so I've move the individual words a bit to make it fit my box. Two of the words are stamped with red ink and matted with red cardstock.
Als Motiv passte zu dem Spruch natürlich das kleine Monster mit der Torte perfekt!
Ich habe es abgestempelt, mit Copics coloriert und ausgeschnitten. Die Hörner sind noch mit dem Glitterpen von LawnFawn beglittert, aber das sieht man auf dem Bild leider nicht.
Um das Monster habe ich einen runden Rahmen, gestanzt aus weißem Cardstock, geklebt und dann noch ein paar pinkfarbene Enamel Accents auf der Box verteilt.
As the image this little monster with a cake was perfekt with this saying.
I've stamped it, colored it with Copics and cut it out. The horns are also covered with the glitter, using the clear Glitter Pen by LawnFawn, but it was impossible to catch that on the photo.
I've die cut a circle frame from white cardstock and glued it behind the monster, then I added a few pink Enamel Accents to my box.
