Auf dem Stampcorner-Blog zeige ich heute eine Karte, auf der ich einige der Stempel und Stanzen aus dem Mai-Mini-Release von Lawn Fawn verarbeitet habe.

Over at the Stampcorner Blog I am sharing this card today for which I've used a few of the stamps and dies from Lawn Fawn's May mini release.
Da ich rund um das Straßennetz noch Platz für Motive brauchte, hat die Karte mit 13 x 16 cm ein etwas eigenartiges Maß. Aber da sie eh nicht verschickbar ist, ich erkläre Euch später warum, macht das überhaupt nichts aus.
Für den Text konnte ich unter meinen Lawn Fawn Stempeln nichts passendes finden. Also habe ich zwei Texte aus dem Bitty Birthday Wishes Stempelset von MFT kombiniert. Sie sind mit weißem Embossingpulver auf den grünen Cardstock embosst, den Bindestrich zwischen den Texten habe ich mit einem weißen Gelmarker gemalt.
Since I needed some space around the streets the card has the strange size of 13 x 16 cm. But since it can't be shipped - I'll tell you later why - that doesn't bother me at all.
I wasn't able to find a saying that fit my idea among my Lawn Fawn stamps so I've combined two stamps from the Bitty Birthday Wishes stamp set by MFT. They are white heat embossed onto the green cardstock and added the hyphen with a white gelmarker.
Ich habe aus grünem, leicht strukturiertem Cardstock ein Rechteck geschnitten und daraus die Straßen mit der Slide on Over Maze Stanze ausgestanzt. Rund um die Straßen habe ich dann die Motive aufgeklebt. Die sind ein Mix aus den Stempelsets Village Heros und Happy Village. Coloriert habe ich alle Motive mit Copics.
Unten links am Straßenrand steht eine der kleinen Mäuse aus dem Stempelset Dandy Day. Ich habe ihr einen Partyhut aus dem Stempelset Really High Five aufgesetzt und ihr auch zwei Ballons, aus demselben Set, in die Hand gegeben.
I've cut a rectangle from green, slightly structured cardstock and die cut the streets with the Slide on Over Maze die from it. Next to the streets I've placed the images. Those are a mix from the stamp sets Village Heros and Happy Village, the coloring was done with Copics.
By the roadside of the bottom left street there's waiting one of the mice from the Dandy Day stamp set. I've put a party hat from the Really High Five stamp set on its head and also gave it two balloons from the same stamp set.

Das Auto mit den beiden Bären ist aus dem ebenfalls neuen Stempelset Car Critters. Eigentlich schneide ich Motive lieber mit der Hand aus, da es hier aber auch eine passende Stanze für die Windschutzscheibe gibt, die dann auch zur Reveal Whell Add-On Stanze passt, habe ich mir das Stanzenset für dieses Stempelset gekauft und dann hier auch benutzt.
Ihr ahnt es sicher schon, die beiden Bären sind unterwegs zur Geburtstagsparty bei der kleinen Maus. Auf das Autodach haben sie Geschenke und eine Torte geladen. Das kleinere Geschenk ist wieder aus dem Stempelset Really High Five, Torte und das - minimal - größere Geschenk aus dem Beam Me Up Stempelset.
Hinter das Auto habe ich einen Streifen Folie geklebt, der rechts über die Karte hinaussteht. Er ist etwa 10 cm lang - und daher ist die Karte auch nicht verschickbar, außer eventuell in einem DinA5 oder sogar DinA4 Umschlag. Unter dem Folienstreifen befinden sich zwei Kreise aus Cardstock, dazwischen ist ein Stück dickes Plastik, das in den Straßen dahingleitet. Der grüne Cardstock ist mit 3D Tape auf grauen Cardstock geklebt, so dass die Straßen asphaltiert aussehen. Mit einem weißen Gelmarker habe ich die Mittellinien eingezeichnet.
Und so sieht es dann aus, wenn die beiden unterwegs sind:
The car with the two bears inside are stamps from the also new Car Critters stamp set. I really prefer fuzzy cutting my images but since there is a die to cut the inside of the windshield that then matches the Reveal Wheel Add-On die I've gotten the matching Car Critters die set for a change - and of course used it to cut out the car.
I guess you can already tell - those two bears are on their way to the birthday party at the mouse's house. On the car roof they have loaded two gifts and a birthday cake. The smaller gift is again from the Really High Five stamp set, the cake and the - slightly larger - gift are both from the Beam Me Up stamp set.

To the back of the car I've glued a strip of transparency that stands out at the right edge of the card. It's about 10 cm long - and that's also why the card can't be shipped except for maybe in an A5 or even A4 envelope. Under the foil I've glued two small circles cut from cardstock and put a piece of thick plastik inbetween them. The green cardstock is attached with dimensionals to a piece of grey cardstock to make the streets look real. I've even drawn the middle lines with a white gelmarker.

Natürlich hätte man auf den Folienstreifen verzichten können, ich wollte aber doch, dass die beiden gut und sicher und ohne Überschlag bei der Party ankommen. Daher kam eine normale Kullerkarte für mich nicht infrage. ;)
Of course you could leave out the strip of transparency but I wanted those two bears to arrive at the mouse save and sound and without any tumbling over. So a spinner card wasn't an option for me
here. ;)
