Einige von Euch haben es bestimmt gehört - nachdem unsere liebe Jacque es geschafft hat, den Brustkrebs zu besiegen hat Anfang des Monats Elise die Diagnose Brustkrebs erhalten... Sie ist stark und ich bin überzeug, daß auch sie den Kampf gewinnen wird - mit der Hife und Liebe Ihrer Familie und Freunde, also uns. Und um unsere Freundschaft und Solidarität zu zeigen und auch weil Oktober "Brustkrebs-Monat" ist, spendet Summer, die Besitzerin von Belles´n´Whistles 10% der Einnahmen, die im ersten Monat, also bis 27. November, aus den Bestellungen aus der neuen Kollektion erzielt werden.

As some of you might have heard our dear Jacque had to fight breast cancer about 1 year ago and she´s now breast cancer free! Well, beginning of this month our very own Elise has been diagnosted with breast cancer... She´s strong and she will win - with the love and help of her family and friends - that´s us. To show our love and friendship and also because october is breast cancer awarness month the lovely Summer, the owner of Belles´n´Whistles, will donate 10% of the new release sales for the first month, so from today until th 27th of november.

Belle hat diesen wunderschönen Schneemann gebaut, der so groß ist, daß sie sich mühelos dahinter verstecken kann. Und um ihn schön festlich zu machen, hat sie sogar eine Christbaumkugel an seinen Arm gehängt!

Belle made this beautiful snowman all by herself - and it turned out that big that she can easily hide behind it. To give him a special festive touch she even decorated him with a christmas ornament!

Genauso schön wie draußen im Schnee zu spielen ist es doch auch sich hinterher mit einem heißen Getränk wieder aufzuwärmen... Darum präsentieren wir Euch alle unser "Lieblingsgetränk zum Aufwärmen" - in meinem Fall nicht alkoholfrei, aber soooo lecker: Irish Coffee!

As wonderful as having fun in the snow is to come in after a few hours of fun and warm up with a hot drink.... So each of us is presenting you her favourite drink to warm up. Well, mine isn´t alcohol free but soooo yummy: Irish Coffee!


Man kann Irish Coffee auch als Konzentrat in kleinen Fläschchen kaufen - und ich habe eines davon verwendet, um ein kleines Geschenk zu basteln.

Here you can buy the concentrate in little bottles and I used one of these to make a little gift.

Um das Fläschchen zu verschönern, habe ich es mit Designpapier umwickelt, einen Schal aus Fleece geschnitten und ihm auch noch eine lustige Zipfelmütze aufgesetzt... (auf einem der Bilder oben könnt Ihr die Flasche neben der Verpackung stehen sehen.)

To make the bottle look cuter I wrapped it with design paper, added a scarf cut from fleece and also made a funny looking hat to put on top... (on one of the above pictures you can see the bottle standing outside of the box.)

Auf der Rückseite meines "Fläschen-Halters" habe ich eine kleine Tasche eingebaut, in die Tag gesteckt wird. Darauf kann dann neben einem lieben Gruß auch die Zubereitungsanleitung notiert werden.

On the back of my "bottle holder" I included a little pocket where you can add a tag. On this you can not only write a few lovely words but also instructions on how to prepare the drink.

Und für alle, die ihn sich lieber selber und frisch machen, hier das Rezept:
Kocht eine Tasse starken, heißen Kaffee (ca. 125 - 150 ml). Erwärmt 30 ml Whiskey - ja nicht kochen und wenn möglich Irischen Whiskey verwenden - und löst darin 1 bis 2 Teelöffel braunen Zucker auf. Gießt den Whiskey zum Kaffee ins Glas. Obenauf setzt Ihr eine Haube aus frisch geschlagener Sahne und für den extra-winterlichen Touch bestreut ihr das ganze noch mit ein wenig gemahlenem Zimt. Mmmhh - das "Fotomodell" war in null Komma nix geleert...

And here´s the recipe for all of those, that want to make their own fresh Irish Coffee:
Make a cup of strong, hot coffee (about 125 - 150 ml). Heat up 30 ml Whiskey - DO NOT let it boil and if you have any chance to you really should use Irish Whiskey - and add 1 to 2 teaspoons of brown sugar. Stir until the sugar is solved in the Whiskey and add the mixture to the coffee. On top you put some heavy whipped cream and for the extra winter-ish touch you cann sprinkle some ground cinnammon on top. Mmmhhh - the "model" for the picture was gone in minutes...

Ich habe die Farben aufgegriffen und außerdem für den Hintergrund ein Papier mit Rosen gewählt.

I used the colors and also a background paper with roses.

"Let´s get punchy" heißt es bei A Spoon Full Of Sugar, genau - Stanzer und Cutting Dies sind gefragt. Die Schnörkel, die Laterne, die Ecke, das Label, die Blätter und sogar die Blume - alles gestanzt bzw. gecuttlebugt.
Und auch bei Creative Card Crew heißt es "punch it".

"Let´s get punchy", that´s what they are doing this week at A Spoon Full Of Sugar. Right, use punches and cutting dies. The flourishes, the lantern, the corner, the label, the leaves, even the flower - all is punched or "cuttlebug-ed".
And also at Creative Card Crew the challenge is "punch it".

Und bei Papertake Weekly soll es funkeln und glitzern - "sparkly and bright" lautet da nämlich das Thema.

And at Papertake Weekly they want to see it sparkling - "sparkle and bright" is their new theme.

Ich habe "Tilda in Christmas Coat" verwendet und weil ich sie irgendwie in einer verschneiten Winternacht vor mir sehe habe ich die Laterne neben sie gestellt. Schließlich soll sie nicht im Dunkeln stehen.

I used "Tilda in Christmas Coat" and since I can see her standing outside in a snowy winter night I placed the lantern next to her. I don´t want her to be frightened by the darkness.



Und nun noch die Ankündigung: Am Samstag, 30.10., startet unser Stempeleinmaleins Geburtstags-Blog-Hop. Ja, am 31.10. gibt es uns schon ein Jahr und das soll gefeiert werden. Natürlich mit Euch, denn ohne Euch würde es uns nicht geben. Darum seid Ihr alle recht herzlich eingeladen!

Belles´n´Whistles Challenge "trick or treat me"

"Trick or treat me" - lautet diesmal das Thema bei unserer Belles´n´Whistles Challenges. Und das muß nicht unbedingt Halloween-bezogen sein. Baut einen kleinen "Trick" in Eure Karte ein - eine verstecke Klappe, ein herausziehbares Element... - oder aber "treat us" mit einer super-tollen Karte. Natürlich sind Halloween-Karten genauso willkommen, es muß nur ein Belles´n´Whistles Stempel verwendet werden.

"Trick or treat me" - that´s what our new challenge at Belles´n´Whistles Challenges is called. This doesn´t have to be Halloween related. Add a "trick" to your card - a hidden door, a pull out element... - or "treat" us with your wonderful creations. Of course these can be Halloween related too - you only have to use a Belles´n´Whistles stamp.

Meine kleine Hexe hat sich in der Zeit vertan - und muß nun zum Zauberstab greifen, um noch rechtzeitig für die Party fertig gekleidet zu sein. Hokus-Pokus und schon beginnt sie, sich zu verfärben:

Cupcake Craft # 113

Zum Wochenstart mal keine Karte - sondern was Süßes in gruseliger Verpackung.... Denn das Thema der neuen Challenge bei Cupcake Craft lautet "Sweet Treats" - wenn Ihr wollt mit Bezug auf Halloween aber es geht auch ohne!

To start this new week I don´t have a card to share but something sweet with a spooky look... Because the new theme at Cupcake Craft is "sweet treats" - Halloween related if you want to but you can make anything as long as it fits the theme.

Die Idee hierfür ist nicht von mir - ich habe so ewas ähnliches im Stampin´Up Katalog gesehen. Dies hier war nun der Prototyp und meine Mädels haben 30 davon als Halloween-Geschenk für die Klasse gemacht. Dann gefüllt mit Schoko-Gruselfiguren und Halloween-Gummibärchen. Und für die Mumien haben wir die kleinen Tomatenmark-Dosen verwendet. Naja, gibt es halt ein paar Wochen lang Tomatensuppe ;O)

This idea is not originally mine - I saw something similar at the Stampin´Up catalogue. This one was the test one I did - and yesterday my girls made 30 of them as a Halloween gift for their classmates - filled with spooky chocolate figures and Halloween-ish gum candies. We used those small tins you can buy tomato puree in. Oh well, I think we´ll have tomato soup for a few weeks now! ;O)

Bei Stempel-Magie lautet das Thema "Nähmaschine" - wer keine hat oder einfach nicht nähen kann der darf natürlich auch tricksen und mit der Hand nähen...

At Stempel-Magie the theme is "sewing machine" - and if you don´t have one or you simply don´t know how to use one you can cheat and sew by hand...

Und bei Christmas Card Challenges sollen Blumen auf der Karte verwendet werden.

Stempeleinmaleins - Ausgabe vom 23. Oktober 2010

Hallo und willkommen! Es ist samstag - also Wochenende, ausschlafen, Frühstück mit den Lieben... und natürlich Zeit für eine neue Ausgabe des Stempeleinmaleins! Da wir nächsten Samstag unser einjähriges Bestehen mit Euch feiern wollen, haben wir die neue Challenge vorgezogen und sie startet bereits heute. Und dieser Sketch ist Eure neue Aufgabe:

Hello and welcome! It´s saturday - weekend, sleeping in, having breakfast with the family... and of course a new issue of Stempeleinmaleins! Since we want to celebrate our 1st blogoversary with all of you next weekend we start our new challenge a week earlier, which means it starts today. And this sketch is the new dare for you:



Ich habe auf meiner Karte die neue "Sitting Angel Tilda" aus der Weihnachtskollektion von Magnolia verwendet und sie mit Copics und Prismacolor coloriert. Mit dem Airbrushsystem habe ich kleine Wölkchen gemacht, auf denen Tilda sitzt. Leider müßt Ihr auf dem Bild ganz genau hinsehen... Und auch der Flügel ist von Magnolia.

I used the new Sitting Angel Tilda from Magnolia´s christmas collection and colored her in with Copics and Prismacolor. I used the airbrush system to create some fluffy clouds Tilda can sit on - sorry, but you have to look closely to be able to see them. And also the angel wing is made using a new Magnolia die.

Schönen Freitag! Das Wochenende wir eingeläutet - hört Ihr das Klingeln? Naja, es ist nicht das Wochenende sondern meine Karte, die Ihr da hören könnt. Und sie ist nach dem Sketch der Friday Sketchers entstanden:

Happy friday! Can you hear the silent sound of a little bell ringing? It comes from the card I made today. And I used the new sketch from Friday Sketchers for it:


Charisma Cardz´ neues Thema lautet "Vintage". Die Spitze, die distressten Ränder und die Farbkombi - ich denke, das alles gibt meiner Karte einen schönen Vintage-Look.

Charisma Cardz´ new theme is "vintage". With the lace and distressed edges and the yellow and brown colors I think my card is pretty vintage.

Bei Christmas Stampin´ All Year Long soll diesmal etwas aus Metall verwendet werden - bei mir ist es das kleine Glöckchen, so daß man die Karte wirklich hören kann.

At Christmas Stampin´ All Year Long they want us to include something made from metal - I used that little bell and so you really can hear my card.

"Papp ne Nummer drauf" - so könnte man salopp das neue Thema von Totally PaperCrafts übersetzten. Also eine Nummer - klar daß das hier nur die 24 sein kann!

Stick a number to it - that´s what the new challenge at Totally PaperCrafts is called. So, include a number - of course I had to use the 24 since the 24th of december is when we here in Germany celebrate Christmas Eve - with the tree and presents and something yummy to eat...

Und bei der Alphabet Challenge ist diesmal das "Z" an der Reihe - Z wie Zick-Zack. Also habe ich ein Stück Zackenlitze aufgebracht.

And at Alphabet Challenge the "Z" is this weeks letter - and Z is for zig zag. So I added some rigrag braid.

Gestern bin ich über den Text "jingle all the way" gestolpert - und mir war klar, daß ich den mit der neuen Reindeer Tilda verbinden muß. Und heute Nacht kam mir dann noch die Idee, sie auf den Strohballen aus einer der "alten" Kollektionen zu setzen. Auf die Glöckchen habe ich Glossy Accents gegeben, so daß sie wie echt aussehen. Der "jingle" Text ist von Studio G, der runde Weihnachtspoststempel von Stampin´Up, die Papiere von My Mind´s Eye, GCD und Dovecraft.

Yesterday I strumbled above the "jingle all the way saying - and I knew from that moment that I had to use it with the new Reindeer Tilda. And when I was in bed yesterday night I got the idea of sitting her on top of the straw from one of the "old" collections. I put some Glossy Accents on the bells so they look real. The "jingle" saying is by Studio G, the round christmas stamp by Stampin´Up, papers by My Mind´s Eye, GCD and Dovecraft.

Lili of the Valley # 70, Don´t Waste Your Thursday # 56, Theme Thursday und Paperminutes

Schönen Donnerstag! Passend zum ersten Schneefall in Deutschland - zum Glück doch etwas entfernt von mir hier! - habe ich eine "eisige" Karte gemacht. Dazu habe ich diesen Sketch von Don´t Waste Your Thursday verwendet:

Happy thursday! The first snowfall here in Germany - lucky me that it is quite far away from where I am! - inspired me to make a frosty card. I used this sketch from Don´t Waste Your Thursday:


Bei Lili of the Valley heißt es "Winter Fun".

At Lili of the Valley they are having "winter fun".

Auch Theme Thursday hat sich für "Winter" entschieden.

Also Theme Thursday has picked "winter" as the new theme.

Und die Farbkombi kommt von Paperminutes: blau, petrol und weiß.

And the colors are given by Paperminutes: blue, petrol and white.

Und auch bei den Irishteddy´s geht es winterlich zu: Eiszeit.

And also at Irishteddy´s it´s all about winter: "ice age" - make a frosty card.

Das Motiv ist von Lili of the Valley, die Papiere von Magnolia und K&Company. Auf dem Motiv habe ich viel Stickles-Kleber verteilt, die Ränder der Papiere sind mit eisig glitzerndem Embossing-Pulver bearbeitet. Die große Schneeflocke und die Eiszapfen sind aus Vellum gemacht, auf die Ränder habe ich weiße Stempelfarbe aufgetragen. Die Schneeflocke ist eine Kombination aus Cuttlebug-, Spellbinders- und Magnolia Die.

The image is by Lili of the Valley, papers by Magnolia and K&Company. I put a lot of Stickles glue on the image, the edges of the papers are covered with frosty shimmering embossing powder. The big snowflake and the icicles are made from vellum, I put some white ink on the edges. The snowflake is made combining a Cuttlebug, a Spellbinders and a Magnolia die.

Der Text ist von Stampavie, die Blume und die Blätter sind mit Cutting Dies von Magnolia gemacht: Doily Flowers und Leaf and Swirl.

I used three different Belles´n´Whistles stamps here: "Every Belle" and the table from the set "Table and Gift" from the new Changeabelles Collection and only the cake from the "Warm Apple Pie" stamp. Saying is by Stampavie, flowers and leaves are made using a cutting die by Magnolia: Doily Flowers and Leaf and Swirl.

Whiff Of Joy # 90

"Distressing" - das ist das Thema für die neue Challenge bei Whiff Of Joy. Und da gibt es ja so viele Möglichkeiten! Ich habe mich für Sandpapier, Embossing Pulver und natürlich das "Ausfransen" von Papierrändern entschieden. Und trotzdem kann daraus eine weihnachtliche Karte entstehen!

"Distressing" is the new theme over at Whiff Of Joy. And there are so many ways to do this! I went with a sanding block, embossing powder and of course "frilling" the edges of my paper with an edges distresser. And it still makes a beautiful christmas card, right?

Ich habe hier zum ersten Mal Copics mit Prismacolor combiniert - und bin begeistert! Das Motiv bekommt so viel Tiefe...

I combined Copics and Prismacolors for the first time here - and am so pleased with the result! The image gets so much depth...

Das Motiv ist "Wee mit Trommel", designed von Norma Fickel. Die Papiere sind von Me and My Big Ideas, GCD sowie zwei Einzelbögen, deren Hersteller ich nicht mehr weiß. Und die Schneeflocke, der Mistelzweig und der Weihnachtsstern sind mit den neuen Cutting Dies von Magnolia gemacht.

Bei Lovely Hänglar Only soll diesmal eine "nicht-quadratische Easel Card" gemacht werden. Warum dann nicht rund? Auch wenn ich feststellen muß, daß sie etwas unsicher steht.

At Lovely Hänglar Only they want us to make a "non-square easel card". So, why not round? Allthough I have to admit that it´s not standing too good.

Die Farbvorgabe kommt von Just Us Girls: Schwarz, Creme und Packpapierbraun.

Timbroscrapmania # 13, Stamptacular Sunday # 81 und Cards und More # 11

Könnt Ihr Euch an diese Karte erinnern? Nun habe ich noch eine passende Schachtel dazu gemacht. Mein Mann und ich hatten gestern Hochzeitstag - und ich hatte diese leckeren Pralinen entdeckt: rund, etwa 1" hoch und in Zellophan gewickelt. Nur eine schöne Schachtel gab es dazu nicht. Da die Karte für ihn war, habe ich passend dazu noch diese Schachtel gemacht - wie gut, daß es zwei verschiedene Tildas mit Kirschen gibt!

Do you remember this card? I also made a matching box. It was our wedding anniversary yesterday - and I found those yummy chocolates: round, about 1" high and wrapped in cellophane. They only didn´t come in a nice box. And since I made the card for him I went ahead and made a matching box. I was so happy that there are two different Tildas with cherries!



Ich habe innen einen Einleger gemacht und in die Löcher passen die Pralinen perfekt hinein - so kann nichts verrutschen.

I made a paper sheet for the inside, the chocolats fit perfectly in the holes and so they are sorted nicely and won´t get ruined.

Schönen Montag Euch allen! Eine neue Woche - und das heißt auch neue Challenges. Ich darf nochmal Gastdesigner bei Stamp with Fun sein. Und diesmal lautet das Thema dort "Halloween".

Happy monday to all of you! A new week has begun - and so there are also new challenges out there. Once again I am guest designer for Stamp with Fun. The new theme is Halloween.

Ich dachte mir, ich mache mal keine klassiche Karte sondern einen Stecker für ein Blumengeschenk. Okay, ich wollte ein herbstliches Blumengeschenk machen und dachte mir, das könnte ich doch mit der Challenge kombinieren...

I thought I am not going to make a card this week but a little stick for a flower pot. To be honest, I wanted to give away a little gift and thought I might be able to combine it with the challenge....

Auf dem Foto oben könnt Ihr den Stecker an sich sehen. Ich habe anschließend noch ein langes Schaschlick-Spießchen aufgeklebt und mit einer weiteren Lage schwarzem Cardstock überzogen.

On the pic above you can see the stick itself. I added a wooden stick to its backside and covered it with some black cardstock again.

Bei den Cutie Stampers gibt es eine Farbvorgabe: Blau, Braun plus eine Farbe nach Wahl - in meinem Fall Grün.

At the Cutie Stampers they have a color combo: blue, brown and one additional colors - I used green here.

Und bei den Copic Creations: soll diesmal der Colorless Blender verwendet werden - sie haben jede Menge Tips und Tricks für uns bereit. Ich habe versucht, die Hose des Jungen wie eine Jeans aussehen zu lassen. Außerdem habe ich auf das Boot kleine Linien gemacht, so daß es etwas mehr wie Holz aussieht.

And at Copic Creations they want us to play with the Colorless Blender - of course they have plenty of ideas posted for us. I tried to make his trousers look like jeans. I also added some lines to the boat to make it look like wood.

So langsam muß man ja an Weihnachten denken... Darum habe ich mich für diesen süßen Engel aus der letztjährigen Weihnachtskollektion entschieden. Damit auch alles schön weihnachtlich glitzert, habe ich die Ränder der Papiere mit golden-glitzerndem Embossinpulver überzogen. Die Papiere sind von Cloud 9.

Well, I guess it´s time to think about christmas... And so I went with this cute little angle from last year´s christmas collection. And to add an extra christmas-y touch I covered the edges of the papers with some golden glimmering embossing powder. Papers are by Cloud 9.

Ich habe die süße Cherry Tilda auf der Karte verwendet. Die Kirschen sind mit etwas Glossy Accents überzogen. Die Papiere sind von Magnolia und K&Company, der Text ist mit dem Computer geschrieben.

Es ist Zeit für die Donnerstags-Karte dieser Woche! Und wieder steht sie ganz im Zeichen von Halloween... Entstanden ist sie nach dem - bezüglich der Höhe der Streifen etwas abgewandelten - Sketch von Hanna and Friends:

It´s time for this week´s thursday card! And once again it´s made using a Halloween Theme... I used the new sketch from Hanna and Friends and just changed the heights of the strips a bit:

Eigentlich ist es ja fast eine Sünde, dem süßen Edwin solche Kulleraugen zu geben, aber "googlie booglie" ist das Thema von For Fun Challenges und die wollen nun mal Kulleraugen auf unserem Halloween-Projekt. Und ich denke, bei der süßen Mumie paßen die auch direkt gut.

It´s nearly a sin to add those googling eyes to cute little Edwin but "googlie booglie" is the theme at For Fun Challenges - and they want to see those google eyes on our Halloween project. And I have to admit - they really look great with the mummy image!



Bei Charisma Cardz heißt es diesmal "more than one fold", also mehr als ein Falz. Ich habe darum eine Klappe auf meiner Karte versteckt- und was darunter ist, könnt Ihr auf dem Bild oben sehen.

At Charisma Cardz they want us to make cards with more than one fold so I included a little flap into my card - and what´s under it can be seen above.

Und mit der süßen Krabbelspinne paßt die Karte dann auch noch zur Challenge bei Cute Card Thursday: es soll ein Käfer, ein Insekt, ein Schmetterling - eben irgendein Krabbeltier auf der Karte sein. Und es muß nicht als Hauptmotiv sein, auf dem Papier oder im Text tut es auch...

And with this cute crawling spider my card is also matching the challenge at Cute Card Thursday: what´s bugging you. Add a bug, an insect, a butterfly... to your card. It hasn´t to be the main image - on the paper, in the saying, as an embellishment... everything will work.

Trick or treat, give me something good to eat! Und schön eingepackt schmecken die Leckereien doch gleich nochmal so gut, oder? Da paßt es doch perfekt, daß bei Project Tuesday diesmal ein Treat Bag Cover gemacht werden soll.

Trick or treat, give me something good to eat! And if those treats are in a cute wrapping the candy is even better, right? So it´s perfect that this week´s project at Project Tuesday is a treat bag cover.

Belles´n´Whistles Challenge vom 11. Oktober 2010

Es ist Montag, und somit auch Zeit für eine neue Challenge bei Belles´n´Whistles. Die findet ja jetzt immer alle 2 Wochen statt... Doch diesmal ist es eine ganz besondere Challenge: Es ist die allererste auf unserem neuen und von Lynda eigens und einfach fantastisch designeten Challenge-Blog!

It´s monday and that means: Belles´n´Whistles challenge time. We have a new challenge every two weeks now.... But this time it is a very special one: It´s the very first one at our new and by our very own Lynda so wonderfully designed challenge blog!

Das Thema lautet diesmal "Herbstfarben"... All die wunderbar warmen Farben, die zu leuchten scheinen wenn die Herbstsonne darauf fällt.

This week´s theme is "fall colors"... All those beautiful warm colors that seem to glow when the fall sun hits them.

Endlich konnte ich mal wieder "Scarecrow and Little Wizzard" aus der letztjähringen Herbstkollektion verwenden. Ich finde das Motiv einfach zu süß! Und es ist nicht nur perfekt für die klassischen Halloween-Farben, sondern wirkt auch wunderschön in Brauntönen...

Finally I was able to use "Scarecrow and Little Wizzard" from last years fall collection again. This image is just too cute! And it´s not only great to use with the classic halloween colors but also looks beautiful colored in browns...

Passend zu den Farben und der Vogelscheuche habe ich nur etwas Bast als Deko verwendet, dazu einen selbst-gepunchten Knopf, die gestanzte Ecke und zwei kleine Blumen. Mehr braucht es hier doch gar nicht, oder?

Matching the colors on my cards and the scarecrow image I just used some bast, a self-punched button, the punched corner and two little flowers. Is there more you need in this case? I don´t think so...

"Scary Creatures".... Das ist das Thema bei der neuen Cupcake Craft Challenge. Natürlich soll sich keiner wirklich fürchten und darum sollen die Karten natürlich hauptsächlich süß sein! Und wer Halloween schon satt hat darf sich gerne bei mir beschweren, das Thema ist nämlich "auf meinem Mist gewachsen". Auf der anderen Seite - momentan ist es so populär, vielleicht lassen sich ja ein paar Challenges verbinden!

"Scary Creatures".... That´s our new theme over at Cupcake Craft. Of course we don´t want to really scare anyone and so just make a cute card. And if you are sich of all those Halloween challenges may blame it on me - it was my week to pick the theme. On the other side - since the theme is that popular at the moment for sure you can combine a few challenges in one project!

Ich habe für meine Karte die Teelichter-Karte abgewandelt, so daß ein Nussini in die Box paßt - die Farben sind so schön halloween-isch... ;o)

I changed the tealight card a bit so one of those yummy Nussini is fitting in the box - the colors were so wonderfully halloween-ish... ;o)

I know - there´s something new every few minutes today!LOL But I have been asked if I want to be a guest designer for Stamp with Fun for the next two weeks and of course I also want to show you this card! We have this great sketch for you:


Diese Cowboy-Tilda wollte ich schon verstempeln, seitdem ich sie habe. Aber wie es eben so ist... so viele Stempel und so wenig Zeit! ;o) Aber jetzt ist es soweit. Und was ein echter Cowboy ist, der braucht 1. ein "echtes" Lasso und 2. einen Kaktus als Begleiter. Das Lasso habe ich mit Schnur "nachgeklebt". Und der perfekt passende Text ist von Stampin´Up.

I wanted to use this Cowboy Tilda from the moment I got her. But how life is... so many stamps and so less time! ;o) But now the time has come. And a real cowboy needs 1st a "real" lasso and 2nd a cactus to go with her/him. I covered the lasso on the image with some twine. And the perfeclty matching text is by Stampin´Up.

Wunderschönen Sonntag! Ich habe gestern den ganzen Tag im Garten gearbeitet - und heute war dann etwas Zeit, eine neue Karte zu machen. Ich habe dafür den Sketch von Sketch Saturday verwendet:

Happy sunday! Yesterday I was working in the garden all day long - and today I found some time to make a new card. I used Sketch Saturday´s new sketch for it:


Daring Cardmakers möchten diesmal, daß wir etwas aus dem Büro verwenden. Ich habe mich für eine Mini-Büroklammer entschieden.

Daring Cardmakers want us to use something you can find in an office. I went with a little paper clip.

Bei Stempelträume lautet das neue Thema "Buchstaben". Da auch ein Text zählt denke ich, daß meine Karte mit dem Spruch "suche und lerne" paßt.

At Stempelträume they have the theme of letters. Since also a saying is counting I am sure my card with the text "seek and learn" fits.

Herbstfarben sind die neue Aufgabe bei Lili of the Valley.

Und bei Cooking it up with Katie gibt es wieder ein Rezept: ein Spruch, etwas Chipboard (bei mir das Label) und etwas rot... Alles da!
