Seit heute gibt es die Januar-Neuheiten bei Scrapbook Forever - und ich darf Euch gleich mal ein Kärtchen damit zeigen. Mir war doch direkt schon nach Frühling...

The new january release is available over at Scrapbook Forever from today on - and I made a card to show one of the sets to you. I felt like doing something spring-ish....
Ich habe hier das tolle Set Tulpen benutzt und die No-Line-Coloring Technik angewendet. Mein Mann hat mir zum Geburtstag ein Lichtbrett geschenkt, und damit ist No-Line-Coloring so viel einfacher... Die Blumen sind mit Polychromos coloriert.
Im Hintergrund habe ich mit türkisfarbenen Brushos etwas Farbe auf Aquarellpapier aufgebracht und darüber eine aus weißem Cardstock gestanzte Mauer aufgeklebt. Darauf kamen dann die Blüten und rundherum ein paar gelbe Enamel Dots.
Der Text ist aus dem Stempelset Ein kleiner Frühlingsgruß.
Here I've used the great tulip stamp set and did some no-line coloring. My husband gave me a light board for my birthday and that makes no-line coloring so much easier. I've used Polychromos to do the coloring.
For the background I've used turquoise Brushos to add some color onto a piece of watercolor paper and then added a wall die cut from white cardstock. Then I've glued the flowers on top of it and added some yellow Enamel Dots.
The saying means "spring greetings".

Die tollen grafischen Linien in den Blüten kann man mit dem No-Line-Coloring super hervorheben!
The great graphic lines can beautifully be brought out with the now line coloring!
Und dann zeige ich Euch hier gleich noch eine weitere Karte, die ich in den sozialen Netzwerken bereits vor ein paar Tagen als Vorschau gezeigt habe, wegen der Feiertage aber nicht zum Posten hier gekommen bin:

Für diese Karte habe ich das Set Papierschiffe benutzt. Es ist eigentlich ein Kommunion-/Konfirmationsset, aber damit kann man auch toll maritime Karten machen.
Ich habe einen Kreis aus kraftfarbenem Cardstock gestanzt und dahinter die Szene gestaltet. Oben an der Karte habe ich zwei kleine Fähnchen, unten einen Streifen einen Text aus dem Set Die Seele Baumeln Lassen aufgeklebt.
For this card I've used the paper boats. Usually this is more of a commuion stamp set but it's also great for maritime cards.
I've die cut a circle from craft colored cardstock and put the scene behind it. To the to I've glued two banners, underneath the circle I've added a saying.
Die Papierschiffe habe ich mit weißem Embossingpulver auf Vellum embosst und ausgeschnitten. Die Wolken sind ins Papier gestanzt und dann wurde alles mit 3D Tape zusammengesetzt. Die kleinen Fähnchen über den Schiffen sind per Hand geschnitten.
Vom kleineren Boot hängt ein gestanzter Anker aus dem Kreis heraus herunter.
The paper boats are white heat embossed onto Vellum and cut out.
The clouds are die cut into the paper and then I've put everything together with dimensionals. The little flags on the ships are hand cut.
From the smaller boat a die cut anchor is hanging down, out of the circle.
