Heute feiert das Stempeleinmaleins seinen 11. Geburtstag! Seit 11 Jahren bieten wir Euch jeden Samstag pünklich um 12.00 Uhr eine neue Anleitung und möchten Euch Anregungen geben. Da hat sich in all den Jahren natürlich so einiges angesammelt. Und selbst ich greife gerne mal auf "alte" Ideen zurück, denn so vieles gerät wieder in Vergessenheit.
Heute möchten wir natürlich mit Euch feiern. Und darum gibt es heute gleich 4 Posts auf dem Blog, die um 9:00, 12:00, 15:00 und 18:00 online gehen werden.
Starten tun wir mit der Slimline Card. Die sind momentan ja sehr angesagt, und immer wieder wird die Frage nach der Größe gestellt. Das versuchen, wir im Post zu klären - und haben natürlich auch so einige Slimline Karten für Euch als Inspiration gewerkelt. Das hier ist meine Umsetzung.

Stempeleinmaleins is celebrating its 11th birthday today! Since 11 years, at 12:00 pm we are posting a new tutorial and hope to inspire you with our ideas and projects. Of course we have built up a big source of ideas in all those years - even I like to go through the list every now and then to remember those cards and techniques that I've forgotten about.
But today needs to be celebrated. So we are having 4 posts today, going online at 9 am, 12pm, 3 pm and 6 pm.
And we're starting with the slimline cards. They are absolutly popular right now - and again and again the question about size is asked. We try to explain it in this post - and of course we've also made some samples to inspire you. And this is my slimline card.
Das grandiose an den Slimline- oder DinLang Karten ist auf alle Fälle, dass man richtig viel Platz für Szenen hat. Und weil zu einem Geburtstag auch eine Geburtstagskarte gehört, habe ich diese Bärenparty für Euch gewerkelt.
Da Bären ja ein dickes Fell haben, ist ihnen das Wetter ziemlich egal - sie feiern einfach immer eine Gartenparty. Selbst im Spätherbst!
Ich habe hier im Hintergrund weißen Cardstock mit Distress Oxide Shaded Lilac, Wilted Violet, Chipped Saphire und Black Soot gewischt und dann lilafarbene und schwarze Schimmer-Wasserfarbe darauf gespritzt.
Die komplette Szene ist mit einem gestitchten Rahmen, gestanzt aus schwarzem Cardstock, umgeben. Oben links habe ich auf der Karte einen Text aufgestempelt, für den ich zwei Stempel aus den Stempelsets Dad and Me und Reveal Wheel Family and Friends Sentiments von LawnFawn kombiniert habe. Entstanden ist so ein bäriger Geburtstagsgruß. Er ist weiß auf einen Streifen schwarzen Cardstocks aufembosst.
Rechts und links auf die Karte habe ich zwei dicke Bäume gesetzt. Die sind mit der Lift the Flap Tree Backdrop Stanze von LawnFawn aus hellbraunem Cardstock gestanzt und mit Copics nach-coloriert. Zwischen den beiden abgesägten Ästen habe ich eine Lichterkette aus dem Build a House Christmas Add-On Stanzenset aufgehängt.
Vor den Bäumen befindet sich eine Lage aus grünem Cardstock, den ich mit grüner Schimmerfarbe bespritzt habe. Da ich (noch) keine Slimline-Stanzen für Hügel etc. habe, habe ich einfach zwei kleinere Stanzteile kombiniert und die Nahtstellen unter den Blätterhaufen aus dem Stempelset Let's go Nuts versteckt. Hinter den Bäumen befindet sich jeweils noch ein weiterer Laubhaufen, diesmal aus dem Set Jump for Joy.
The great thing about those slimline cards is that there's plenty of room to create great scenes. And since a birthday asks for a party I've made this bear birthday party card for you.
Since bears have a warm fur they don't care about the weather or cold and always have garden parties, even at the end of fall.
For the background I've inked up some white cardstock with Distress Oxide Shaded Lilac, Wilted Violet, Chipped Saphire and Black Soot and then spritzed some purple and black shimmer watercolor on top of the ink.
The complete scene is framed by a stitched frame, die cut from black cardstock.
In the top left corner I've added a text for which I've combined two stamps from the Dad and Me and the Reveal Wheel Family and Friends Sentiments stamp sets by LawnFawn. That way I've created a beary birthday greeting. It is white heat embossed onto black cardstock.
I've added two big trees to the left and right of the card. They are die cut with the Lift the Flap Tree Backdrop die by LawnFawn from light brown cardstock, then I've added some details with Copics. Between the two sawed off branches I've hung some party lights, cut with the Build a House Christmas Add-On dies.
In front of the trees I've added a layer of green cardstock that I've spritzed some green shimmer watercolor on to. Since I don't have any slimline landscape dies (yet) I've simply used two smaller die cuts here and have hidden the seems under the piles of leaves from the Let's go Nuts stamp set. Behind the trees there are two more piles of leaves, this time from the Jump for Joy stamp set.
Für die Szene habe ich wieder viele verschiedene Stempelsets kombiniert. Ich liste sie Euch gleich auf, teilweise habe ich daraus nur kleine Motive wie ein einzelnes Geschenk oder einen Partyhut benutzt.
Die Lämpchen der Lichterkette habe ich hier - ganz faul - mit Enamel Accents "angemalt" und auf den Hintergrund unter/hinter jedes Lämpchen einen Lichtschein mit farblich passender Schimmer-Kreide aufgetragen. Durch das Enamel Accents gelänzen die Lämpchen aber wunderbar.
Der Bär ist bereit, den Geburtstagskuchen anzuschneiden. Allerdings bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob die Gäste etwas davon abbekommen, so wie der Bär schon mit Messer und Gabel bewaffnet ist. Aber vielleicht ist das bei Bären ja auch gar nicht üblich...

For the scene I've combined a lot of different stamp sets. I'll share a list, of some of them I've only used a small image like a single present or a party hat.
When coloring the lights of the light string I was a bit lazy - I've simply covered them with Enamel Accents which adds a great shine to them. Behind the lights I've added some shimmery chalk in the matching color to create some kind of halo.
The bear is ready to cut into his birthday cake. Well, the way he is holding fork and knife I am not his guests will get a slice. But maybe that isn't common for bears?

Ich habe hier wieder das Waving Pull Tab Starter Set benutzt - diesmal mit dem Bären, für den es (erstmal) kreiert wurde. Und so wackelt er nun schön mit den mit Besteck ausgestatteten Armen.
Again I've used the Waving Pull Tab Starter Set - this time with the bear it was designed for (for now). And so the bear is waving with his arms in which he's holding the fork and knife.
