Es ist schon Tag 21 der Dezember Aktion von Stampcorner und ich darf wieder auf dem Blog das Motiv des Tages vorstellen. Es ist wieder von Oma Plott designed.

It's already day 21 of the december specia by Stampcorner and again I am presenting the image of the day on their blog. It's again designed by Oma Plott.
Für den Hintergrund habe ich ein Stück hellgrünen Cardstock zugeschnitten und aus dem selben Cardstock auch die Lots of Leaves Stanze von MFT gestanzt. Die beiden Teile habe ich dann von außen her mit Distress Ink gewischt - den Rahmen mit Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn und Rustic Wilderness, das andere Cardstockstück mit Mowed Lawn, Rustic Wilderness und Black Soot.
Auf das komplette Stück Cardstock habe ich dann mit Mowed Lawn eine der Pflanzen, die im Stempelset von Tag 9 enthalten ist, aufgestempelt.
Dann habe ich beide Teile aufeinander geklebt und Copic Opaque White aufgespritzt.
For the background I cut a rectangle from light green cardstock and also die cut the Lots of Leaves die by MFT from the same cardstock. Then I inked both pieces from the outer edges in with Distress Ink - I used Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn and Rustic Wilderness for the leafy frame and Mowed Lawn, Rustic Wilderness and Black Soot for the rectangle.
With Mowed Lawn I stamped one of the florals, that is included in the stamp set from day #9, several times onto the rectangle.
Then I glued the frame onto the rectangle and flicked some Copic Opaque White onto them.
Ach Gott, diese Raupe kann einem fast leid tun... Und ich bin wieder in sie verliebt.
Ich habe sie mit Memento Bamboo Leaves abgestempelt und dann mit Copics coloriert. Dabei habe ich die gestempelten Linien wieder mit den Markern übermalt und oben auf den Rücken der Raupe ein paar gelb-rote Flecken eingearbeitet. Zum Schluss habe ich einen dunkelgrünen Polychromo genommen und die Raupe durch das Aufmalen einiger zusätzlicher kleiner Härchen etwas fluffiger gemacht. Die Pupillen und Fühler habe ich mit einem schwarzen Fineliner nachgemalt. Und dann hatte ich noch die Idee, rote Adern in die Augen zu malen. Nun, das sah dann doch etwas zu krass aus. Also habe ich die frisch aufgemalten roten Linien mit einem weißen Gelstift wieder übermalt. Dadurch, dass die rote Farbe noch nicht ganz trocken war, hat sie das Weiß des Gelstiftes hellrot verfärbt - und so finde ich die Adern dann doch klasse. Anschließend habe ich die Raupe ausgeschnitten und mittig in den Rahmen geklebt.
Der Text "ich bin so müde" ist aus dem Stempelset MiMiMi - es ist die erste Zeile des Textes, aber sie passt einfach perfekt. Ich habe den Text weiß auf schwarzen Cardstock embosst, sie mit einer etwas eckigen Sprechblasenstanze ausgestanzt und über der Raupe auf den Hintergrund geklebt.
OMG, looking at this poor caterpillar makes me want to hug her and I am totally in love with her.
I stamped the image with Memento Bamboo Leaves and then colored her with Copics. Again I went over the stamped lines with my markers and I added some red and yellow spots to the back of the caterpillar. Then I took a dark green Polychromo and added some additional hairs, making her look even fluffier. I re-drew the pupils and antennas with a black fineliner. And then I had the idea of adding some red veins to the eyes, so I drew those with a red fineliner. Well, that really looked creepy and I used a white gel pen, to cover the veins again. Since the red ink hadn't dried completly yet, it turned the white gel pen into a light red - and like this I love the veins. Then I cut the caterpillar out and glued her centered into the frame.
The text says "I am so tired". I white heat embossed it onto a piece of black cardstock, cut it out with a speech bubble die and attached it to the background, just above the caterpillar's head.
Das Wort Immerplatt ist der Text, der mit der Raupe zusammen im Set kommt - und natürlich ist es eine Anspielung auf die kleine Nimmersatt. Also konnte ich nicht anders, als mit dem Dymo die Worte "die kleine Raupe" zu schreiben und neben dem weiß embossten "Immerplatt" unter der Raupe aufzukleben.
The text under the image is a pun with the book title "the very hungry caterpillar" - ist just makes it mean "the very tired caterpillar" here by just changing three letters in the large word.
Als Deko habe ich noch einige schwarze Pailetten auf der Karte verteilt, dann habe ich alles schwarz gemattet und auf einen weißen Kartenrohling geklebt.
I added a few black sequins as decoration, then matted the cardstock black and adhered it to a white note card.
