Heute habe ich eine weitere Geburtstagskarte für Euch - und zwar eine mit einem richtigen "Partytiger".

Today I have another birthday card for you - one with a real "party tiger".
Der Hintergrund besteht aus einem Stück Watercolor Cardstock, auf den ich zuerst mit weißem Embossingpulver den Birthday Balloons Hintergrund von HeroArts aufembosst habe. Die Ballons habe ich dann mit den Nuvo Shimmer Powders Sunray Crosset und Firetail Cracker coloriert. Da ich ja das Unkontrollierte nicht so gerne habe und es außerdem sehr schwer gewesen wäre, nur die Ballons mit dem Pulver zu bestreuen, habe ich jeweils etwas von dem Pulver mit Wasser verrührt und dann mit einem Pinsel aufgetragen. Für einige der Ballons habe ich die beiden Farben gemischt.
Nach dem Trocknen habe ich den Bereich zwischen den Ballons braun eingefärbt. Dafür habe ich etwas Distress Ink Refill Vintage Photo mit einem Tropfen Ground Espresso gemischt, ebenfalls mit Wasser verrührt und wieder mit dem Pinsel aufgetragen.
Die Konfetti auf dem Hintergrund habe ich mit einem goldenen Gelstift angemalt. Außerdem habe ich etwas schwarze Metallic Watercolor aufgespritzt.
The background is made from a piece of watercolor cardstock onto that I white heat embossed the Birthday Balloon background by HeroArts. I colored the balloons with Nuvo Shimmer Powders Sunray Crosset and Firetail Cracker. Since I don't like not being able to control the color and it would also have been very hard to apply the powder just to the balloons I mixed some of each powder with water and applied it with a brush. For some of the balloons I mixed both colors.
After the balloons had dried I colored the area around them brown. I mixes some Distress Ink Refill Vintage Photo with a drop of Ground Espresso, mixed the color with water and again used a brush to apply it.
I colored the confetti on the background with a gold gel pen and also added splatters of black metallic watercolor.
Der Tiger und das Geschenk sind aus dem Set Wir Gratulieren von Stampcorner. Ich habe beides mit Copics coloriert, Highlights mit einem weißen Gelstift aufgemalt und dann alles mit einer Schere ausgeschnitten.
Für den Text habe ich das große Wort Party mit der gleichnamigen Stanze von Stampcorner viermal aus schwarzem Cardstock gestanzt und mit einer Lage weißem Cardstock leicht versetzt hinterlegt.
Der Rest des Textes ist mit Stempeln aus den Sets Itty Bitty Birthday und Itty Bitty Celebrations von MFT gemacht und weiß auf schwarzen Cardstock embosst.
The tiger and the present are from the set Wir Gratulieren by Stampcorner. I colored them with Copics, added highlights with a white gel pen and then cut everything out with my scissors.
For the text I die cut the word party four times from black cardstock and put a layer cut from white cardstock behind them a bit offset.
The rest of the text is made using stamps from Itty Bitty Birthday and Itty Bitty Celebrations by MFT and white heat embossed onto black cardstock.

Tiger, Geschenk und Textstreifen habe ich jeweils mit dünnem 3D Tape hinterlegt, so sind sie auf der gleichen Höhe wie der gestanzte Text.
Aus schwarzem Cardstock habe ich noch den Let's Celebrate Backdrop von LawnFawn gestanzt und mit dickem 3D Tape auf den Cardstock aufgeklebt. Auf die Sternkonfetti im Rahmen habe ich noch einige rote und bronzefarbene Sterne geklebt.
Zum Schluss habe ich alles auf einem weißen Kartenrohling befestigt.
Tiger, present and text strip are backed with thin foam tape to bring them to the same height as the die cut word.
From black cardstock I die cut the Let's Celebrate Backdrop by LawnFawn and adhered it to the background with thick foam tape. Onto the stars in the frame I glued some red and bronze star confetti. Then I attached the card panel to a white note card.
