Ich habe es ja bereits mehrmals gesagt: da ich nicht an der Küste wohne, verbinde ich maritim mit Urlaub und Sommer. Und mache solche Karten auch nur im Sommer gern. Nun, hin und wieder ändere ich aber meine Meinung. Und so zeige ich Euch heute diese maritime Karte.

I have mentioned it several times already: since I don't live on the coast, maritime means summer and vacation to me. And that's why I make those cards during summer only. Well, every now and then I change my mind. And so I am sharing this maritime card with you today.
Der Hintergrund besteht hier aus einem Stück grauen Designpapiers mit weißen Punkten. Schräg darüber habe ich ein Fischernetz geklebt, das ich mit einer Stanze von MarianneDesign aus weißem Cardstock gestanzt habe.
The background here is made from a piece of grey cardstock with white dots. I glued a fishing net onto it, that I cut from white cardstock using a die by MarianneDesign.
Hauptelement ist dieses lange Polaroid mit der süßen Maus mit Seestern.
Das Motiv ist aus dem Set Meeresrauschen von Stampcorner. Ich habe es mit Copics coloriert und per Hand ausgeschnitten.
Das Polaroid, das aus dem Magic Iris Camera Pull Tab Add-On Set von LawnFawn ist, habe ich in einen kleinen Shaker verwandelt. Der ist mit kleinen irisierenden Kügelchen gefüllt, als Hintergrund habe ich ein weiteres Stück Designpapier, diesmal mit grauen und weißen Streifen, verwendet.
Die Seegräser hinter dem Motiv sind von Kulricke und aus schwarzem Cardstock gestanzt.
Ich habe das Shaker-Polaroid mit einem etwas größeren Stück schwarzen Cardstocks hinterlegt und auf den Hintergrund geklebt. Passend zum Seestern im Motiv habe ich noch einige Seesterne aus dem Set Seashells von WaffleFlower aus hellrotem Cardstock gestanzt, leicht mit Distress Ink Abandoned Coral gewischt und hinter das Polaroid geklebt.
Für den Text habe ich Stempel aus den Sets Kleine Worte sowie das Wort Meer aus demr Matrosen Freunde 2 Set kombiniert. Die Texte sind weiß auf roten Cardstock embosst.
Main element of my card is this polaroid with the cute mouse with a starfish.
The image is from Meeresrauschen by Stampcorner. I colored it with Copics and cut it out with my scissors.
I turned the polaroid, that is from the Magic Iris Camera Pull Tab Add-On set by LawnFawn, into a shaker. It is filled with small iridescent beads, as the background I've chosen another piece of patterned paper, this time with white and grey stripes.
The grasses behind the image are by Kulricke and cut from black cardstock.
I matted the polaroid shaker with a slightly larger piece of black cardstock and adhered it to the background. Matching the starfish in the image I die cut some more starfish from Seashells by WaffleFlower from coral cardstock, lightly shaded them with Distress Ink Abandoned Coral and tucked them under the polaroid.
The text means "greetings from the sea" and is white heat embossed onto red cardstock.
Since stars and maritime go so well together and I also wanted some bits of color on my card I added a few red star confetti, then adhered the card panel to a white note card.
