Diese Karte könnt Ihr heute auf dem Copic Marker Europe Blog sehen - zusammen mit einem Tutorial für den Unterwasser-Hintergrund.

Here I am back again...

This is the card that I made for my post over at the Copic Marker Europe Blog today - and I also have a tutorial there for how to make the underwater background.

Der Stempel, den ich verwendet habe, ist der Wassermann Stempel von Whiff Of Joy. Ich finde ihn so süß - und es muss ja nicht immer die klassische Meerjungfrau sein. 

Als Kartenform habe ich mich hier für eine Centerstep Karte entschieden. Die hebt das Motiv so toll in den Vordergrund.

Als Deko habe ich nur etwas Cheesecloth benutzt, das so toll wie Fischernetz aussieht, und ein paar Perlen darauf geklebt. Dazu ein ausgestanzter Anker, einen Text von Catslife Press, ein paar Unterwasserpflanzen - ausgestanzt mit der Ranken-Stanze von Whiff Of Joy - und eine echte Flaschenpost...

The stamp I used is the Aquarius stamp by Whiff Of Joy. I think this is so cute and I love to use something different than the usual mermaid images.

I made a center step card here. Love how these keep the focus on the image.

As decoration I just went with some cheesecloth that looks so wonderfully like a fisher net and added  few pearls to it. I also used a punched out ancor, a saying by Catslife Press, a few underwater plants - cut using the Twiner cutting die by Whiff Of Joy - and a real message in a bottle...

Die Flasche habe ich mit goldfarbenem Glitter als Sandersatz gefüllt und dann natürlich die Nachricht zusammengerollt hineingepackt.

The bottle was filled with some golden glitter as sand and of course with the rolled up message.

Hello everyone!

Time for the new challenge over at Stempeleinmaleins - as always with a sketch for you to follow...

Meine Mädels werden heute 13 Jahre alt - oh Gott, wo ist die Zeit hini?! - und ich habe den Sketch verwendet, um ihre Geburtstagskarten danach zu werkeln. 

Die süße Schnecke ist von Lelo-Design - süß und trotzdem nicht zu verspielt, denn die Karte soll ja dem Teenager-Alter gerecht werden. ;)

My twin girls are turning 13 today - oh my god, where does time go?! - and I used the sketch to make their birthday cards.

The cute snail is by Lelo-Design - cute but not too baby-ish because the card should fit their teen-age. ;)

Bei uns war es von Anfang an so, dass Natascha alles in rot und Pia alles in blau hatte. So konnten wir bereits im Babyalter Dinge wie Schnuller etc. unterscheiden. Und das ist bei manchen Dingen bis heute geblieben. So ist also Natascha's Karte in rot und rosa gehalten. Mit rotem Gras... künstlerische Freiheit! Dahinter versteckt sich noch ein filigraner Zaun.

In our house it has always been that Natascha got red things and Pia blue ones. This way we were able to know who things like pacifiers etc. belonged to. And it's still like this with some things. And so Natascha got a red and pink card. With red grass... well, it's art! LOL Behind the grass there is an elegant fence.

Und Pia hat eine fast gleiche Karte in blau und türkis bekommen.

And Pia got a quite similar card in blue and turquoise.

Ist es nicht faszinierend, wie der gleiche Sketch mit den selben Verzierungen in anderen Farben doch ganz anders aussehen kann?

Ja, Ostern steht vor der Tür - und deshalb habe ich für meinen heutigen Post auf dem Copic Marker Europe Blog ein Osternest gebastelt.

Das süße Motiv ist wie unschwer zu erkennen ist von Saturated Canary und heißt Egg-stra Special. Die Süße hat noch einige zu tun, die weißen Eier alle bunt zu bemalen, aber das wird sie schon rechtzeitig hinbekommen. ;)

Yes, easter is close - and so I made an easter basket for my post over at Copic Marker Europe Blog today.

The cute image is - I know you knew it when you first looked at it - by Saturated Canary and is called Egg-stra Special. 

This little cutie will be busy to color in all those white eggs in time, but I'm sure she will do it in time.

Und natürlich habe ich das Nest für Euch gefüllt - bedient Euch, es ist genug für alle da! ;)

And of course I filled this basket with some yummy treats for you - feel free to grab some chocolat, there's enough for everyone! ;)

 So, und wenn wir jetzt schon beim Thema Ostern sind, möchte ich Euch noch die Kleinigkeit zeigen, die ich für meine Kollegen in der Arbeit gemacht habe. Ich gehe morgen das letzte Mal bevor es dann für ein paar Tage in einen wohlverdienten Urlaub geht.

And since we are talking about easter I also want to show the little easter treats I  made for my co-workers. I will be at work for the last time tomorrow before I will stay home for a few days of vacation.

Ich habe hierfür die Eier-Box vom Stempeleinmaleins gebastelt. Damit das echte Osterei auch gut aufgehoben ist, habe ich den Einsatz etwas niedriger gemacht.

Die Hasen- und Tulpenstanze sind Errungenschaften von der Stempelmesse in Stuttgart und den Hasen wollte ich noch unbedingt verwenden, bevor er wohl für das nächste Jahr erstmal in der Schublade verschwindet...

I made the egg box from our tutorial over at Stempeleinmaleins. To transport the real easter egg safely I made the inner part a little lower.

The rabbit and the tulip dies are two of the things I bought at the stamp fair in Stuttgart last weekend and I really wanted to use this rabbit because I think it will go in my drawer until next easter is coming close...

Ein Weihnachts-Tag

Heute zeige ich  Euch einen weihnachtlichen Tag, den ich gestern auf dem Copic Marker Europe Blog gezeigt habe.

Today I am sharing a christmassy tag that I've shown at Copic Marker Europe yesterday.

Das Motiv ist von Lili of the Valley und einfach soo süß!

Und da die kleinen Pinguine das Banner aufspannen, ist es Text und Motiv in einem...

Die Papierränder habe ich mit Frantage Embossing Pulver überzogen. Sieht doch aus wie echter Schnee, oder? 

Die Schneeflocke und der gefalzte Streifen sind aus weißem Glitzerpapier, den Weihnachten muss es glitzern. 

An der Schleife aus Tüll und Spitze ist noch ein kleines Glöckchen befestigt.

And since these little penguins are holding the banner this is image and saying together.

The edges of the papers have been covered with Frantage Embossing Powder. Doesn't that look like real snow?

The snowflake and the pleated strip are cut from white glitter paper, because there has to be glitter for christmas.

To the bow from tulle and lace there is a little silver bell attached.

Today I want to share the card I made for my new post over at Copic Marker Europe.

Die Peaceful Tilda ist einer meiner Lieblingsstempel aus der neuen Magnolia-Kollektion. Und sie zu colorieren, hat einfach wahnsinnig viel Spaß gemacht. 

Da ich das Motiv im Mittelpunkt stehen haben wollte, habe ich den Rest der Karte weiß in weiß gehalten.

Peaceful Tilda is one of my favourites from the new Magnolia collection. And coloring her in was so much fun.

Since I wanted the image to be the focus I kept the rest of the card white on white.

Heute gibt es mal wieder einen Post von mir auf dem Copic Marker Europe Blog. Und natürlich musste mein Werk herbstlich sein - bei dem Altweibersommerwetter...

Hello everyone!

Today there is a new post from me over at the Copic Marker Europe Blog. And of course it has to be fall-ish - inspired by the great and sunny fall weather over here at the moment...

Darum habe ich einen Koffer gewerkelt, bewußt in weiß gehalten, um das Hauptaugenmerk auf das Motiv zu legen. Etwas rot-braune Deko und ein paar goldfarben embosste Akzente musste aber trotzdem sein.

So I  made this suitcase using mainly white to keep the focus on the image. But I had to add some reddish brown decorations and a few golden embossed accents.

 

Das Motiv ist von Mo Manning - und ich fand es so süß, dass ich den kleinen Herbst-Elf einfach haben musste.Wie er da mit seinen Blätter-Flügeln auf dem Kürbis trohnt...

The image is by Mo Manning - and I loved it so much that I just had to buy this cute fall elf. Love how he's sitting on this huge pumpkin, with his leavy wings...

Bevor wir aber gefahren sind, habe ich mein Werk für den Copic Marker Europe Blog gemacht - und war dabei schon voll in Urlaubsstimmung!

We are on holidays right now and put our feets in the hot sand.

Before we left I made my creation for the Copic Marker Europe Blog - and I have already been in a holiday mood!

Und darum habe ich statt einer Karte diesen Flip-Flop-Hänger gemacht. 

Eine Anleitung mit Pattern findet Ihr bei Andrea und Clarissa. Ich habe mir die Form von meiner Cameo schneiden lassen... *faul*

And so I made this flip flop hanger instead a card.

You can find a tutorial including the template over at Andrea and Clarissa. I let my Cameo do the cutting job... *lazy*

Als Motiv habe ich die süßen Strandhäuser und Tilda im Sand kombiniert - wie genau ich das Motiv coloriert habe, könnt Ihr auf dem CME nachlesen.

Today I want to share the card I made for Copic Marker Europe.

Das Motiv, das ich verwendet habe, ist "Princess Who Kissed A Frog" von Saturated Canary - und "knutsch" schien mir der perfekte Titel für den Post. Wobei ich mir nicht sicher bin, ob sie ihn schon geküsst hat oder ob sie noch am überlegen ist... ;)
Ich habe eine runde Easel Card gemacht - und das ist die Front:

The image I used here is "Princess Who Kissed A Frog" by Saturated Canary - and "knutsch", which means smack in german, seemed to be the perfect title for this post. Well, I am not sure if she already kissed the frog or if she is still thinking about it though... ;)
I made a round easel card and this is the front cover:

Die Idee mit der Krone kam mir, als meine Große, die gerade eine Ausbildung zur Kindergärtnerin macht, mich nach einer Kronenform gefragt hatte und ich diese aus dem Netz ausgedruckt hatte.

I got the idea of adding a big crown to the front when my oldest, who will be a teacher at Kindergarden soon, asked me for a crown shape and I printed this from the internet.

Natürlich ist auch die Innenseite dekoriert:
