Magnolia Down Under - old treasures

Auch diese Woche gibt es eine neue Challenge bei Magnolia Down Under. Unser Thema diesmal lautet "old treasures" - alte Schätze. Verwendet bzw. wiederverwendet also irgend etwas altes oder einen Teil davon. Bei mir sind es die Buchstabenwürfel, die von einem alten Armband meiner Mädels sind.

Also this week we at Magnolia Down Under have a new challenge up for you. Our new theme is "old treasures" so use or re-use something old or a part of it. In my case these are the letter cubes that come from a bracelett my girls once got.

Ansonsten habe ich auf der Karte einen Schnuller-Charm und ein älteres Metall-Teil mit Babyaufdruck verwendet. Die Zahlen und natürlich das Motiv sind natürlich von Magnolia.

Hallo Ihr Lieben! Draußen ist es nachts inzwischen bitterkalt und die Blätter fallen von den Bäumen... Der Winter naht. Naja, und Winterzeit ist Schnupfenzeit. Und um auf die vorbereitet zu sein gibt es heute beim Stempeleinmaleins eine Anleitung für eine Taschentücherbox von Marushy.

Hello dear ones! During the nights it's really cold now and the trees are loosing their leaves... winter is near! Oh well, and winter always means colds. To be prepared for those we at Stempeleinmaleins have a turtorial by Marushy for how to make such a cute box for your tissues.

Ich wollte unbedingt eine der neuen Winter-Tildas benutzen. Und diese hier ist, glaube ich, mein Liebling aus der neuen Kollektion: Tilda with Snowheart. Und auch den Tannenbaum-Die habe ich gleich mit verarbeitet. Der Text ist mit dem Computer geschrieben.

I wanted to use one of the new winter Tildas. And this one is my favourite from the newest collection, I guess: Tilda with Snowheart. And also the spruce die is something I included here. Saying is computer generated.

Hallo Ihr Lieben! Heute zeige ich Euch noch eine Weihnachtskarte... Verwendet habe ich dafür das süße Motiv von Lili of the Valley. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob hier Sterne aufgehängt oder gepflückt werden ;) Ich habe winterliches weiß mit türkis/blau kombiniert und natürlich durfte auch etwas Glitzer nicht zu kurz kommen. Der Text ist von Whiff Of Joy.

Hello dear ones! Today I am sharing another christmas card... I used this cutie from Lili of the Valley for it. I am not sure if she is picking stars or hanging them up ;) I used a frosty white and blue/teal combo and of course I needed to add some glitter. The saying "magic of winter" is by Whiff Of Joy.

Und nochmal Hallo! Auch bei Belles'n'Whistles gibt es ab heute eine neue Challenge und unser Thema für die nächsten beiden Wochen lautet "your favourite Elisabeth Bell stamp". Zeigt uns also eine Karte mit Eurem Lieblingsstempel von Elisabeth Bell. Wie Ihr wißt müßt Ihr keinen BnW-Stempel benutzen um an unserer Challenge teilzunehmen. Die Marke ist egal, solange der Stempel von Elisabeth Bell designed wurde.

And hello again! Also at Belles'n'Whistles we have a new challenge going on today and our theme for the next two weeks is "your favourite Elisabeth Bell stamp". As you know, you don't have to use a BnW image to join us so any brand is good as long as the stamp was designed by Elisabeth Bell.

Ich habe hier den Weihnachtsbaum zusammen mit einem der Sweet Art Girls II verwendet und eine kleine Weihnachtsszene gemacht. Die Christbaumkugeln glitzern und auch um das Motiv habe ich einen Glitzerrand gesetzt.

I used the christmas tree with one of the new Sweet Art Girls II to create this little christmas scene. The baubles are glittered and also around the image there is glitter put on.

Wunderschönen Freitag - auch wenn das Wetter den ersten Tag nicht mehr wunderschön ist. Aber es ist Oktober, da muß es ja mal kälter und regnerisch werden - und so paßt es auch viel besser zu Halloween, das bei uns im Haus die letzten Tage groß im Gespräch ist. Und so ist dann für meinen heutigen Post auf dem Simply Sassy Blog auch eine Halloween-Karte entstanden. Und dort findet Ihr wie immer mehr Informationen...

Hallo Ihr Lieben und schönen Mittwoch! Es schaut fast so aus, als ob sich die Sonne heute endlich mal wieder blicken lassen würde. Da kommt man doch gleich in Sommerlaune - und darum gibt es heute eine sommerliche Karte von der See, gemacht für die neue Challenge bei Whiff Of Joy. Spitze und Perlen ist unser Thema.

Hello and happy wednesday! Seems like the sun finally found her way to our town and I hope she´ll stay for a while. I am really in the summer mood now - and so I made a summer-ish card, sent from the sea, made for the new challenge at Whiff Of Joy. Lace and pearls is what we picked for you this time.

Ich habe einen großen Spitzen-Kreis als Hintergrund verwendet, die Matrosin in blau-weiß coloriert und die Papiere farblich passend dazu ausgesucht. Das Stück "Schiffs-Tau", das Steuerrad-Charm und das Stempelset The Open Sea von SU (Schiff und Kompass) sorgen dann noch für das passende Drum-Rum.

I picked a big doily circle for the background, colored the sailor in blue and white and picked the matching papers. The piece of rope, the steering wheel charm and the stamp set The Open Sea by SU make the perfect additions to this.

Gestern waren meine Hänglar Stempel im Briefkasten - ich war schnell genug bei 1-2-3 :O) Und ich mußte einfach gleich einen davon verwenden. Der Text ist von Stampin´Up, die Papiere ein bunter Mix verschiedener Firmen.

Yesterday my Hänglar stamps were in the mail - I was fast enough at 1-2-3 :O) And of course I had to use one of them immediately. Saying is by Stampin´Up, papers a mixture of different brands.

Ich weiß, sonderlich farbenfroh ist diese Karte nicht, aber das liegt am neuen Thema von Secret Crafters Saturday Challenge: shades of grey, also Grautöne. Außer z. B. Hautfarbe sind keine anderen Farben erlaubt. Aber im Alter meiner "Kleinen" ist schwarz und weiß total cool... Somit paßt die Karte auch perfekt zum Thema von Stamp Something: girly. Und da sie ja erst 8 Jahre sind paßt die Karte auch zur Sweet Stampin Challenge # 16, bei der eine Karte für ein Kind gemacht werden soll.

I know, this card isn´t very colorfull but it´s because of the new theme over at Secret Crafters Saturday Challenge: shades of grey. Colors like skintones are the only other ones allowed. But at the age of my "little ones" a black and white color combo is sooo cool. So this card also matches the new theme over at Stamp Something which is "girly". And since they are only 8 years old this card also matches the Sweet Stampin Challenge # 16 where they want us to make "something for a child".

Das Motiv "Geschenketurm" ist von Whiff Of Joy, es ist ein älteres Motiv aber es paßt so wunderbar auf "nicht zu niedliche" Karten. Der Text ist von Stampin´Up, die Papiere aus dem Bella Bella Stack von My Mind´s Eye.
