Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Idee für ein Geschenk für meine Mama zum Muttertag - als ich über die Folded Book Pages, die ein Wort oder Symbol darstellen, gestolpert bin. Das wollte ich probieren und habe mich daran gewagt.

I was searching for an idea for a mother's day gift for my mom - and came across those folded book pages that create a word or symbol. I really wanted to try these!
Nun ja, und zum Muttertag fiel mir dann M<3m aber="" absolut="" besorgt="" den="" doch="" ein.="" ein="" ersten="" es="" f="" gebe="" gelungen.="" gemacht="" habe="" hat="" ich="" ist="" losgelegt.="" mir="" mom="" nicht="" p="" perfekt="" r="" spa="" taschenbuch="" und="" versuch="" zu="">
Weil das Taschenbuch jetzt nicht wirklich stabil gestanden ist, habe ich noch ein Cover aus Graupappe und Designpapier gestaltet. Nun steht es sicher.

Since the paperback didn't stand sturdy I also created a cover from chipboard and designer's paper and now it stands save.
Das Cover habe ich dann noch ein wenig Muttertags-bezogen dekoriert. Der Kreis aus Herzen sowie das große Herz sind von Creative-Depot, der "hab dich lieb" Text von Kulricke und das Muttertagssiegel aus einem Stempelset von Whiff of Joy. Ein paar Blümchen und Spitze dazu - fertig.
I added some mother's day related decoration to the front. There's a ring of hearts with a big heart in the middle, a "love you lots" saying on the banner and the seal stamp says "happy mother's day, best mom". I also added a few flowers and lace.
