Schönen Dienstag Euch allen! Gestern war wieder einer dieser Tage... Da schickt die Große mittags eine SMS sie bräuchte eine Karte - "für einen Mann und mit Koch, zum 60. Aber ich brauche sie heute Abend!". Naja, und wie man dann eben so ist... Nur ein gutes Foto war dann abends nicht mehr hinzukriegen, was mich wirklich traurig macht, denn die Karte war sooo schön!

Happy tuesday to all of you! Yesterday my oldest texted me she needs a card - "for a man, with a chef, for a 60th birthday. But I need it tonight!". Oh well, that´s how we mothers are and so I sat down to make this card. Unfortunately it had turned dark until I finished it and so I wasn´t able to take a better pic than this and it makes me really sad because I so loved how the card turned out!

Bei soll etwas "neues" verwendet werden - neu oder schon länger unbenutzt im Besitz (ähem). Bei mir ist es der Koch-Edwin, der ja wirklich schon über ein Jahr alt ist aber bis jetzt noch keine Farbe gesehen hat.

At Pollycraft Mondays they want us to use something new - new or owned since a long time but never used before. Well, it is this cute Chef Edwin. I know, he´s more than 1 year old but wasn´t inked up yet...

Ich habe als Verzierung ein paar echte Spaghetti verwendet und sogar meine Kinder bestohlen: auf den Spaghetti habe ich eine Playmobil-Gabel festgebunden. Notiz an mich selbst: Gabel- und Löffel-Charms kaufen!LOL

I used some real spaghetti to decorate the card and I even have stolen my kids´ toys: I tied a Playmobil fork on top of the spaghetti. Note to myself: buy some fork and spoon charms!LOL

Bei Stamptacular Sunday lautet das Thema der neuen Challenge "spots and dots" - also Punkte.

At Stamptacular Sunday the new challenge´s theme is "spots and dots".

Pollycraft Monday gibt uns die Farbvorgabe pink, braun plus entweder grün oder gelb. Die Wahl war nicht schwer!

Pollycraft Monday has a color combo for us: pink, brown and either green or yellow. That was an easy decision to make!

Crafy Angels möchte unsere Lieblingsutensilien sehen. Bei mir sind das definitiv Spitze/Bordüren und natürlich Blumen!

Crafty Angels wants us to show our favourite things. For me these are definately laces and flowers!

Und Incy Wincy Designs möchte etwas Magie in unsere Basteleien bringen - indem wir "something magical" verwenden. Na, da sind Feen dann wohl prädestiniert.

And Incy Wincy Designs wants us to add something magical to our cards. So, a fairy is the perfect image for this.

Whiff of Joy challenge # 29 und Color Create week 14 und Pollycraft Challenge # 14

Puh - eine Karte für 3 Challenges auf einmal ist ja eigenlich nicht meine Sache. Aber diesmal paßt es einfach zu gut. Da haben wir zum einen die Whiff Of Joy Challenge # 29 für die es einen tollen Sketch gibt:

Puh - I really don´t like making one card for more than two challenges. But this time it just fits perfectly for 3 challenges. First there is a wonderful sketch posted at Whiff Of Joy Challenges for their challenge # 29:



Dann habe ich einen neuen Challenge Blog - neu zumindest für mich - entdeckt: Colour Create. Dort gibt es für die Challenge # 14 die Farbkombi "rot, creme und braun" und die passen natürlich perfekt für Prinzessinnen-Karten.

Then I found a "new" - at least for me - challenge blog called Colour Create and their challenge # 14 is "red, cream and brown" which are the perfect colors for princess cards.

Und zum Dritten paßt meine Karte auch noch für die Challenge # 14 auf Pollycraft Monday Challenges. Das Thema dort "Karte für ein Kind". :o)

And the third challenge my card fits in is challenge # 14 from Pollycraft Monday Challenges. The theme there is "a child´s card". :o)
