Hallo Ihr Lieben!
Heute machen wir mit lauter kleinen Bären einen Ausflug an die Strandpromenade - und wieder kamen Sachen aus dem neuen Release von LawnFawn zum Einsatz.

Today we are joining a lot of little bears at their trip to the ocean side - and again I used items from LawnFawn's newest release for my card.
Wie es sich für Eiscreme gehört, habe ich hier zarte Bonbon-Farben verwendet: pink, creme, hellblau. Das passt einfach super.
Der Hintergrund besteht aus einem Stück weißen Cardstocks, den ich mit Distress Oxide Kitsch Flamingo, Salvaged Patina und Broken China gewischt habe.
Darauf kam dann der Tropical Backdrop, den ich aus schwarzem Cardstock gestanzt habe. Nur den Boden habe ich außerdem aus cremefarbenem Cardstock gestanzt und dann mit Antique Linen und Scorched Timber gewischt. Dann habe ich etwas von dem Scorched Timber und weiße Acrylfarbe aufgespritzt.
When I think of ice cream I think of soft colors, so I went with pastels here: pink, cream and light blue. It looks so yummy.
The background is made from a piced of white cardstock, that I inked with Distress Oxide Kitsch Flamingo, Salvaged Patina and Broken China.
On top I placed the Tropical Backdrop, die cut from black cardstock. I also die cut just the ground from cream colored cardstock and inked it with Antique Linen and Scorched Timber. Then I splattered some of the Scorched Timber and some white acrylic paint onto it.
Wer schon einmal an einer Strandpromenade war, der weiß, dass dort ein Eiswagen neben dem anderen steht. Als Besitzer muss man sich da was einfallen lassen, um hervorzustechen. So wie Bruno Bär. Er hat ein riesiges Eis-Schild gebaut, das die Aufmerksamkeit auf ihn und seine preisgekrönte, "beary best" Eiscreme lenkt.
Das große Eis ist mit Stanzen aus dem I Scream You Scream Set gemacht. Ich habe die Teile aus farbigem Cardstock gestanzt und den Schokoüberzug mit Copics schattiert. Die anderen Teile sind mit Picked Raspberry, Kitsch Flamingo und Scattered Straw gewischt.
Für das Schild auf dem Riesen-Eis habe ich den Pfeil aus dem Set Open Me benutzt und den Text hineingestempelt: das "beary best" mit Stempeln aus dem Set Beary Happy Holidays, das Ice Cream aus dem Set Treat Cart.
If you've ever bean to the ocean you kow, that there's one ice cream cart next to the other. As the owner of one you have to come up with an idea to stick out. Just like Bruno Bear. He created a gigantic Ice Cream Cone with a sign, that lets people know about his award winning, "beary best" ice cream.
I created the large ice cream using dies from the I Scream You Scream set and die cut the pieces from colored cardstock. The chocolat cover I shaded with Copics, the other pieces I inked a bit with Picked Raspberry, Kitsch Flamingo and Scattered Straw.
For the sign on top I used the arrow from the Open Me set and stamped the text onto it: the "beary best" with stamps from the Beary Happy Holidays Set, the Ice Cream with a stamp from Treat Cart.
Und hier sind alle Bären, die unbedingt das tolle Honig-Eis von Bruno probieren möchten! Nur der kleine Bär ganz rechts ist vom Toben am Strand so müde, dass er vor seinem Eis eingeschlafen ist und nun, mit dem leckeren Duft in der Nase, von Eiscreme träumt.
Die Bären sind aus den Sets Den Sweet Den, Snow Much Fun, Simply Create More Critters und Treat Cart. Dabei habe ich dem Bären aus Snow Much Fun einfach die Füße des Bären aus dem Set Treat Cart angestempelt, der stand sonst ein wenig komisch da....
Alle anderen Motive wie der Eiswagen, das Schild samt Aufdruck, die Eistüten etc. stammen aus den Sets Treat Cart und Treat Card Sentiment Add-On. Nur das Geld, das der eine Bär in der Hand hat, ist aus dem Set Plan On It Vaccation. Alle Motive habe ich mit Copics coloriert und dann per Hand ausgeschnitten. Die Eissorten habe ich mit weißer Stempelfarbe auf das Schild gestempelt, das gibt einen tollen Kreidelook.
And here are all the bears that really want to try Bruno's amazing honey ice cream! Only the little bear on the very right was so tired from playing at the beach all day, that he fell asleep right in front of his ice cream. Now, with the yummy scent in his nose, he's dreaming of ice cream.
The bears are from the sets Den Sweet Den, Snow Much Fun, Simply Create More Critters and Treat Cart. I added the feet of the bear from Treat Cart to the bear of Snow Much Fun here, because he looked a bit strange with his feet wide apart...
All the other images like the treat cart, the menu, the ice cream cones etc are from the Sets Treat Cart and Treat Cart Sentiment Add-On. Only the money, one of the bears is holding, is from the set Plan On It Vaccation. I colored all images with Copics and then cut them out with my scissors. The ice cream flavors I stamped with white pigment ink onto the menu, it gives a wonderful chalk like look.
Die Texte oben links auf meiner Karte sind wieder aus dem Set Treat Cart Sentiment Add-On und schwarz auf cremefarbenen Cardstock gestempelt. Das "have all the scoops" hatte ich eigentlich schon vorne auf den Eiswagen gestempelt. Da er aber dort von den Bären fast komplett verdeckt wird, habe ich ihn noch einmal obenauf die Karte geklebt.
Außerdem habe ich ein paar Vögel aus dem Set Life is Good auf den Himmel gestempelt.
The texts in the bottom left corner of my card are again from the Treat Cart Sentiment Add-On set and stamped black onto cream colored cardstock. I had stamped the "have all the scoops" on the front of the treat cart, but there it gets nearly covered completly by the bears so I used it at the top again.
I also stamped a few birds from the set Life is Good set onto the sky.

Den Palmenhintergrund habe ich direkt auf den Hintergrund geklebt, die anderen Elemente sind in zwei Lagen mit 3D Tape aufgeklebt.
Ganz oben habe ich dann noch einen der Stitched Rectangle Frames aufgeklebt. Ich hatte zufällig ein Stück Designpapier im Vintagelook, das von den Farben her perfekt passte und meine Szene schön einrahmt.
Und weil auf eine Eiscreme-Karte unbedingt Glitter muss, habe ich einige Elemente mit Stickles beglittert.
Ganz zum Schluss habe ich dann alles auf einem weißen Kartenrohling befestigt.
I glued the palm tree backdrop directly onto the background, for the other elements I used foam tape, creating two more layers on my card.
I added one of the Stitched Rectangle Frames on top, that I die cut from a piece of patterned paper I had in my stash. I has some kind of vintage look and was just perfect colorewise. It now frames my scene perfectly.
And since there just has to be some glitter on an ice cream themed card I used Stickles to glitter up some of the elements.
As the last step I adhered everything to a white note card.
