Trick or treat, give me something good to eat! Und schön eingepackt schmecken die Leckereien doch gleich nochmal so gut, oder? Da paßt es doch perfekt, daß bei Project Tuesday diesmal ein Treat Bag Cover gemacht werden soll.

Trick or treat, give me something good to eat! And if those treats are in a cute wrapping the candy is even better, right? So it´s perfect that this week´s project at Project Tuesday is a treat bag cover.

Bei For Fun Challenges heißt es diesmal, ein gestempeltes Motiv mit der Lieblingstechnik zu colorieren.

At For Fun Challenges they want us to use our favourite coloring technique to color a stamped image.

Project Tuesday hat eine Anleitung für selbstgemachte Blumen, die diese Woche verwendet werden sollen.

Bei Everybody Art gibt es eine Farbkombi: blau-weiß.

At Everybody Art they have a color combo: blue and white.

Und Crafty Angels hat das Thema "Shabby Chic" gewählt.

Ich habe "Tilda with Curls" verwendet, die Papiere sind bis auf das helle im Vordergrund ebenfalls alle von Magnolia. Coloriert habe ich mit Copics, der Text ist von Stampin´Up.

Spring has finally arived. Sun, blooming flowers and singing birds - all this came back after a long hard winter. But spring also brings 12 wonderful new images from Belles´n´Whistles as well! And can there be anything better that close to easter than presenting these new stamps in a blog hop?

Dieses wunderschöne Motiv heißt "Tea Time". Vom ersten Moment an erinnerte es mich an Alice im Wunderland, die sich zum Tee mit dem verrückten Hutmacher trifft. Und sofort kam mir die Idee, eine Einladung zum Tee zu basteln.

This wonderful image is called "Tea Time". From the first moment I saw it I had to think of Alice in Wonderland having tea with all her friends. And I got the idea of making an invitation for a tea party.

Und weil Belle natürlich nie eine einfache Einladung verschicken würde, gibt es gleich noch ein passendes Mini-Album dazu. Dieses heißt Tri-Fold-Card und ist das Thema der aktuellen Challenge bei Project Tuesday:

Belle hat natürlich daran gedacht, etwas Tee in eines der Täschchen zu packen. Im zweiten befindet sich ein kleiner Tag - entweder für die Antwort oder um Erinnerungen an die Party darauf zu schreiben.

Of course Belle was so kind to send some tea in one of the pockets. In the second one you can find a little tag - either for RSVP or to writen down some memories of the party.



Und die Taschen könne auch noch nach unten geklappt werden - darunter ist Platz für Fotos und mehr Erinnerungen.

Ich habe "Surprise", einen Stempel aus der Sweet Things Kollektion von Belles´n´Whistles verwendet. Und der Name des Stempels paßt super zu der Karte, in der steckt nämlich auch eine kleine Überraschung:

I used "Surprise", one of the stamps from the Sweet Things Collection by Belles´n´Whistles. And the name of this stamp matches perfectly the card because this helds a little surprise as well:



Man nennt das eine "wiper card" - und die ist Thema für die neue Challenge bei Project Tuesday. Zuerst dachte ich, das ist bestimmt kompliziert, aber nein - es war total einfach! Sie haben auch einen Link zu einer tollen Anleitung gepostet - inklusive Video. Wenn man die flache Karte auseinander zieht, erscheint das kleine "Fähnchen".

This is called a "wiper card" - and it is the new challenge theme over at Project Tuesday. First I thought this would be very hard to do but I was wrong - it´s easy and fast to do! They also posted a link to a great tutorial - including video. If you pull the flat card the little wiper appears.

Die Papiere sind von Making Memories und 3 Bugs In A Rug. Zum Colorieren habe ich meine Copics verwendet. Hinter die Blumen habe ich Schnörkel aus Overhead-Folie gelegt, die ich mit weißer Tinte leicht betupft habe. Der Text ist von Stampin´Up.

A Spoon Full Of Sugar # 87, Everybody Art Challenge # 74 und Project Tuesday Pizza Box

Bei A Spoon Full Of Sugar heißt das neue Thema "lot of layering" - also so viele Lagen wie möglich. Ich denke, es sind genug Lagen vorhanden.
Und bei Project Tuesday soll diesmal eine Mini-Pizzabox gemacht werden. Ich habe die Maße etwas verändert, damit meine 6" x 6" Karte darauf paßt. Ich habe sie mit 3D-Pads befestigt, auf dem Foto sieht es aus, als würde sie über der Box schweben..?!:

And Project Tuesday wants us to make a mini pizza box. I change the measurements a bit to make my 6" x 6" card fit on top of it. I used some 3D tape to fix it - on the picture it looks like it is flying over the box...?!:



Das Motiv ist von Sugar Nellie und erinnert mich bei dem Matschwetter and Sonne und Frühling. Und was mich bei der Farbkombi geritten hat, weiß ich auch nicht. Nicht daß sie mir nicht gefällt - ganz im Gegenteil - aber grün und lila-blau ist eigentlich das letzte, was ich freiwillig wählen würde!LOL
Die Papiere sind von DCWV und K&Company. Die grüne Blume hat eine Mitte aus Tüll bekommen. Das Motiv habe ich wieder mit Diamond Glaze überzogen, dadurch wirkt es so schön plastisch und kommt viel besser zur Geltung.

The image is by Sugar Nellie - with this wet weather we have here since 2 days it reminds so much of sun and spring. And I really don´t know what brought me into using this color combo. Not that I don´t like it - acutally I really love the look - but green and a blue-ish violett is the last combo I would have told you if you ask me for a nice combo!LOL
Papers are by DCWV and K&Company. The green flower got a center made from tulle. The image is again covered with some Diamond Glaze which makes it stand out more.

Stamp With Fun # 35, Just Christmas and Birthday Cards # 50 und Project Tuesday

Bei Project Tuesday ist die Aufgabe diesmal, einen Post-It Holder zu basteln - die Anleitung dazu ist dort ebenfalls verlinkt. Ich habe nur die Maße etwas angepaßt.
Er paßt auch zu der neuen Challenge bei Stamp With Fun, wo es diesmal ganz einfach "Weihnachten" heißt.
Außerdem habe ich den Post-It Holder nach dem aktuellen Sketch bei Just Christmas And Birthday Cards verziert:

It also matches the new challenge over at Stamp With Fun which is "christmas".
And I decorated the Post-It holder following the sketch from Just Christmas And Birthday Cards:




Das Motiv ist wieder von Whiff Of Joy - ich finde diese Elfen total süß. Das gestreifte Papier ist von Magnolia, der "notes"-Stempel von Stampin´Up.

Und das ist die Innenansicht: Ich habe auf der rechten Seite die Post-Its und den Bleistift - danke Ikea - angebracht und auf der linken Seite zusätzlich noch einen kleinen Block mit normalen Zetteln.

Ich habe Papiere von DCWV und Stempel von Stampin´Up verwendet. Und die Bonbons passen farblich auch noch... ;o)Es ist nur schwer, ein gutes Foto von Folienprojekten zu kriegen, also entschuldigung für die schlechte Qualität!

Papertake Weekly # 25 und Project Tuesday pop-up gift card

Und bei Project Tuesday heißt es diesmal, einen Pop-Up Giftcard Holder zu basteln. Ein tolles Anleitungsvideo ist dort ebenfalls gepostet.
Ich habe diesen süßen Sarah Kay Stempel von Stampavie verwendet, da er von der Größe her ideal auf die etwas kleinere Karte paßt. Bei den Verzierungen habe ich mich etwas zurückgehalten, damit das Motiv auch wirken kann.

And over at Project Tuesday they ask us to make a pop-up giftcard holder this week. They also have a great video tutorial on how to make these up on their blog.
I used this cute Sarah Kay image by Stampavie, also because it has the right size for this a bit smaller card. I didn´t add too many embellishments because I wanted the image to be the "eyecatcher".

Schon wieder 3 Challenges in einer Karte...

Project Tuesday postet jede Woche eine neue Challenge, in der es gilt, ein tolles Projekt abseits der normalen Karten zu gestalten. Und die Anleitungen sind auch jeweils dazu gegeben. Wirklich tolle Sachen gibt es dort! Und diesmal ist es diese tolle "Pop-Up Accordion Card".

Project Tuesday is giving a new challenge every week where they are asking us to make a great project beside the normal cards. And there are also the tutorials posted with every challenge. There are really great ideas posted there! And this week it is this wonderful "Pop-Up Accordion Card".

Bei Just Christmas and Birthday Cards gibt es einen tollen Sketch, der auch gut für diese Kartenart geeignet war:

Und dann gibt es auf Papertake Weekly das simple aber geniale Thema "scraps". Benutzt einfach Papierreste, von denen sicher jeder eine große Schublade voll zu Hause hat. Da ich fast immer mit Resten arbeite (zumindest versuche ich es) könnte es gut sein, daß ich diese Woche mehr Karten fertige, die zu dieser Challenge passen.

And at Papertake Weekly they have choosen this simple but great theme "scraps". Just use some of the paper scraps surely all of us have a bunch of somewhere in their stuff. Since I nearly everytime use scraps on my cards (at least I am trying to) it could be that I´ll make more cards this week that could fit this challenge.
