 Hallo und herzlich willkommen zu einer neuen Ausgabe des Stempeleinmaleins!

Diesmal zeigen wir Euch, wie Ihr diese Blumen-Easel-Card machen könnt.

Hello and welcome to a new issue of Stempeleinmaleins!

This week we are going to show you how to make such a flower-easel-card.

 Mit meiner Karte darf ich Euch auch eine Vorschau auf eines der Motive geben, das im Herbst-Stempelkit von Whiff Of Joy enthalten sein wird. Das Kit könnt Ihr jetzt vorbestellen, der Inhalt ist, bis auf zwei Vorschaumotive, geheim. Aber da es nicht sicher ist, ob es die Stempel einzeln geben wird und Ihr außerdem im Vergleich zum Einzelkauf richtig Geld sparen könnt, lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall! Auch der Schriftzug "cheers to love, life and happiness" wird im Set enthalten sein.

With this card I can also give you a sneak peak of one of the images that will come with the secret stamp kit by Whiff Of Joy. The kit can now be pre-ordered, the content is secret except those two images the DT is sharing with you at the moment. But since it isn't sure that those images will be available as single stamps and since you really save a lot of money compared to the prize of those single stamps ordering your set is really worth it! 

Also the text "cheers to love, life and happiness" will be included in the set.

In die Mitte der Blumen habe ich einen runden Text mit einem Knopf in Herz-Form gesetzt, außerdem habe ich neben die Blüten noch zwei Blätter gegeben. Der Textstreifen ist unter der kleinsten Blüte befestigt.

I put a round text and a heartshaped button in the middle of the smallest flower, I also added some leaves next to the flower. The strip with the text is put under the smallest flower.

A new week - a new challenge at Stamps&Fun=Creativity. And our new theme is "summer".

Ich durfte mir beim letzten Stempeltreffen einen Abdruck dieses süßen Stempels von Lili of the Valley machen - und der ist einfach perfekt für das Sommerthema. Ich habe die beiden Süßen ins hohe grüne Gras gesetzt und oben zwei kleine ausgestanzte Wolken schweben lassen. Der Text ist von Whiff Of Joy.

At our last meeting of stampers I stamped this cute couple by Lili of the Valley - and it's perfect for the summer theme. I sat those two cuties in the green grass and added two punched out clouds. Saying is by Whiff Of Joy.

It's saturday and that means there is a new issue of Stempeleinmaleins. This week we show you how to make such a watering can.

Ich habe dafür das Motiv Planting Some Love von Belles'n'Whistles verwendet, denn es paßt einfach perfekt. Die Gießkanne habe ich aus bedrucktem Cardstock gemacht, ein etwas Gras, ein paar Blätter, ein Schnörkel und ein Spaten-Charm reichten als Verzierung.

I used Planting Some Love by Belles'n'Whistles since this image is perfect for that little watering can. The watering can itself has been made from thick printed cardstock, as decoration just some grass, a few leaves, a swirl and a charm were enough.

There is a new challenge at The Sketchy Challenge - and this is our new sketch:

Ich habe danach eine Karte zur goldenen Konfirmation meiner Mutter gemacht. Sie liebt Sarah Kay und darum habe ich dieses Motiv gewählt, dem Anlass passend mit einem goldenen Kleid coloriert. Dafür habe ich neben Copics noch goldfarbenen Spica Pen darüber gegeben. Und die Kombination mit blau und weiß hat mir prima gefallen.
Für den Spruch habe ich den Konfirmations-Siegelstempel umgewandelt.

I used it to make a card for my mom's golden confirmation. She adores Sarah Kay and that's why I picked this image. Making it match the occasion I colored her dress in gold. Therefor I did not only use Copics but also some golden Spica Pen. And I liked the combination of gold with blue and white.

It's time for a new challenge at Whiff Of Joy - and this fortnight we have this sketch for you to follow:

Ich habe eine Kommunionkarte gemacht und dafür das Motiv "Willow mit Weihnachtskerze" verwendet. Die Ilex-Girlande auf dem Kopf und um die Kerze habe ich mit kleinen Punkten coloriert, so dass es ein wenig wie ein "normaler" grüner Kranz aussieht. Außerdem habe ich mit einem Perlenpen kleine weiße Perlen gesetzt.

I made a kommunion card using "Willow with Christmas Candle". I colored the holy leave borders on her head and around the candle with little dots to make them look like a wreath from normal green leaves. I also added some tiny white pearls using a pearl pen.

Cute Card Thursday - I want candy

Hallo Ihr Lieben und schönen Gründonnerstag!
Es startet wieder eine neue Challenge bei Cute Card Thursday - und diesmal lautet unser Thema "I want candy".
Ich liebe es, kleine Verpackungen für Süßigkeiten zu werkeln und darum ist für die neue Challenge diese Kleinigkeit entstanden. Ich muss gestehen, die Grundidee stammt nicht von mir. Sie ist von Stampin'T - und dort kann die Anleitung auch für 1 $ erworben werden. Da konnte ich nicht widerstehen. Das Nachbasteln hat total viel Spaß gemacht und durch die Abwandlung hat die Verpackung auch eine persönliche Note bekommen.

Hello and happy thursday!
Today we at Cute Card Thursday have a new challenge up for you and our new theme is "I want candy".
I love to make little wrappings for candies and so I made this one for our new challenge. I have to admit that I didn't come up with this on my own - the idea is by Stampin'T and the tutorial can be downloaded from her blog for just 1 $. I couldn't resist and making this was so much fun and by making some little changes I also added my personal style to it.

Da Ihr alle wißt, wie groß ein Ferrero Rocher ist, könnt Ihr Euch sicher auch die Größe der Verpackung vorstellen. Und so war für viel Deko kein Platz. Aber ein kleiner Hase von Stampin'Up, ein Blümchen und etwas Schnur konnte ich dann doch unterbringen. Und nun wird dieses hier wohl mit ein paar Zwillingen am Sonntag den Ostertisch zieren...

Since you all know what size those Ferrero Rocher are I guess you can also imagine the size of this gift. And so there wasn't much room for decoration. But I was able to add a little bunny by Stampin'Up, a flower and some twine. And so I guess this and a few twins will be on our easter table on sunday morning...

Snow Fight heißt der Stempel, für den ich mich entschieden habe. Und für den frostigen Look habe ich natürlich viel weiß und eisblau verwendet. Und eine hellblaue Feder hat sich auch mit auf die Karte geschlichen.

Snow Fight is the name of this stamp that I used. For the frosty look I used a lot of white and ice blue. And there's also a light blue feather that I put on the card.

After 2 weeks with no crafting here I am back. But I want to start with wishing all of you a wonderful, happy and creative 2012!

Heute startet unsere neue Challenge bei Whiff Of Joy und unser Thema lautet "Charms & Bling".

Today our new challenge at Whiff Of Joy is going life and our theme for this fortnight is "charms and bling".

Ich dachte mir, wenn wir schon draußen keinen Schnee zu sehen bekommen, dann packe ich ihn zumindest auf meine Karte. Kein wirklicher Ersatz, aber ich habe die Hoffnung noch nicht aufgegeben.

Auch wenn es diesen Stempel nicht mehr zu kaufen gibt - er gehört zu meinen All-Time-Favourites. Diesmal habe ich mich für Türkis, Weiß und Schwarz entschieden.

I thought I'd make a snowy card since we didn't have any real snow so far this winter. Well, it's not really the same but I haven't given up hope yet!

Even if this stamp isn't available anymore, it's one of my all time favourites and so I used it for today's card. I went with a turquoise, white and black color combo.

Yes, I know, it's a bit more quiet here lately but well, it's christmas taking over my time. But since there is a new challenge starting today over at Cute Card Thursday I have a new creation to share. This week's theme is a sketch:

Den ganzen Winter über war ich schon um dieses Motiv herumgeschlichen und dann konnte ich nicht anders und habe es mir bestellt. Der/die Kleine ist einfach zu knuffig! Ich hatte grün und rot beim Colorieren gewählt aber das ist eine Farbkombi, die bei mir ja irgendwie so gar nicht geht. Darum habe ich für die Karte hauptsächlich grün und weiß verwendet. Solange rot und grün nicht direkt "in Kontakt" kommen kann ich es anschauen.LOL

I have been eying with this cutie all the time since she came out and now I just ordered her. She's just too cute! I picked reds and greens for the coloring but well, this is a color combo I can't stand. So I used mainly greens and white for the card - as long as red and green are not next to each other I am kind of fine with it.LOL

Es ist Sonntag Morgen und somit Zeit für eine neue Challenge bei Magnolia Down Under. "Lost and found" ist our new theme - verwendet bitte etwas, das Ihr zu Hause bei Euch "gefunden" habt.

It's sunday morning and over at Magnolia Down Under we have a new challenge up for you. "Lost and found" is our new theme - so please use something you "found" at home.

Ich habe mich für 4 1-Cent-Stücke entschieden, die paßten farblich ganz gut. Darauf habe ich mit weißem Embossing-Puder "XMAS" aufgestempelt. Hält prima und sieht auch schön aus - nur die Münzen sind sehr heiß nach dem Embossen (ja, meine Finger können das bestätigen).
Das Motiv von dem süßen Engel hatte ich noch gar nicht verwendet, also wurde es Zeit. Und ich habe ihn auf eine Wolke gesetzt.

I used 4 1-Cent-coins because they matched in color. I used Versamark Ink and white embossing powder to stamp the letters "XMAS" on them. It really sticks to the coins and looks beautiful - but the coins are really hot after embossing on them (yes, my fingers can proove that LOL).
I hadn't used this cute angel so far so it was about time to. And I let him/her sit on a little cloud.

Hallo Ihr Lieben!

Die Weihnachtsdeko ist endlich beinah fertig (natürlich stellt sich immer heraus, daß die ein oder andere Lichterkette den Geist aufgegeben hat) und auch die Plätzchen sind fast alle fertig. Weihnachtsstimmung! Und so ist es kein Wunder, daß auch für die neue Challenge bei Whiff Of Joy eine Weihnachtskarte entstanden ist. Unser Thema dort lautet "pins and lace".

We have nearly finished our christmas decoration (of course there is something not working as it should like every year so we need to fix this) and also our cookies are nearly done. Christmas time ahead! And so it is no wonder that I made  a christmas card for our new challenge at Whiff Of Joy. The theme is "pins and lace".

Ich habe ein weiteres der Motive aus dem Winter-Stempelkit verwendet. Ich liebe diesen "nordischen" Touch, den dieses Motiv ausstrahlt. Dafür habe ich es in nicht ganz so traditionellen Weihnachtsfarben coloriert. Die Papiere sind alle von Papercraft Scandinavia - und wenn ich endlich dazu komme sie einzustellen, dann gibt es sie auch endlich bei mir im Shop zu kaufen...

I used another image from this year's stamp kit. I love the nordic touch this image has to me. 

I went with some not so traditional christmas colors.

All papers are by Papercraft Scandinavia - and once I find the time to put them online you can finally buy them in my shop...

Es ist wieder Samstag und somit Zeit für eine neue Ausgabe des Stempeleinmaleins. Diesmal gibt es ein "Gute-Besserung-Set" und jede von uns hat sich etwas eigenes einfallen lassen.

It's saturday again and time for a new issue of Stempeleinmaleins. This week we have a "get well set" and each of us made her own version of it.

Ich habe mich für einen kleinen Koffer im Vintage-Stil entschieden. Im  Leder-Look.

I went with a little suitcase made in vintage style. Has a leather look.

Oben am Griff habe ich mit etwas Mull und Leinenschnur die Genesungswünsche angebracht:

At the handle I fixed a little tag with cheesecloth and some linen thread:

Innen ist der Koffer mit kariertem Papier ausgeschlagen, soll ja authentisch aussehen, und mit Taschentüchern, Tee, Hustenbonbons und Lippenbalsam gefüllt. Um die Dinge an ihrem Platz zu halten, habe ich kleine Streifen Cardstock im Koffer angebracht, die oben mit Klett zu verschließen sind.

The inside is covered with checked paper - should look original - and filled with tissues, tea, cough drops and lipbalm. To keep these things in place I used little strips of cardstock that I fixed in the suitcase, wrapped around the items and closed them with velcro.

Stempeleinmaleins - Ausgabe vom 15. Oktober 2011

Hello Ihr lieben und herzliches Willkommen - oder sollte ich lieber sagen gruseliges? Beim Stempeleinmaleins haben wir an Halloween gedacht und darum gibt es heute eine Anleitung für einen "Smarties-Halter" als kleines Geschenk.

Hello dear friends and a warm welcome - or should I say a spooky one? At Stempeleinmaleins we have a cute idea for how to make this candy holder that holds one roll of Smarties.


Zum Verzieren habe ich neben einigen Stampin' Up Stempeln auch den süßen Mumien-Edwin von Magnolia verwendet. Ob ihm schlecht ist, weil er so viele Smarties genascht hat oder eben einfach eine grüne Mumie sei mal dahingestellt... ;)

Beside some different smaller stamps by Stampin' Up I also used the cute Mummy Edwin by Magnolia to decorate my candy holder. If he is that green because he got sick from eating too many Smarties or if he's just a green mummy is something we'll never know.... ;)
