Ein Tag als Dankeschön

Hallo Ihr Lieben!

Heute zeige ich diesen Tag auf dem Cards-und-More-Shop Blog. Er ist als Dankeschön für die Gasteltern entstanden, die meine Zwillinge während ihrer England-Fahrt mit der Schule beherbergt haben. Da sie direkt am Hafen wohnen, habe ich mich für das maritime Thema entschieden. 

Hello everyone!

Today I am sharing this tag over at the Cards-und-More-Shop Blog. It was made as a thank you for the family that hosted my twin girls during their class trip to England. And since they live directly at the port I went with a maritime theme.

Grundlage für meinen Tag bildet die Shape Art Schablone Bulge von Dutch Doobadoo. Davon sieht man nur leider auf dem dekorierten Tag nicht mehr allzuviel. Genauso wie von dem Designpapier aus dem Rustic Woods Papierblock. 

I used the Shape Art stencil Bulge by Dutch Doobadoo as the base of my tag. Well, you don't see much of it anymore after all the decorations were added. Same is for the designer's paper from the Rustic Woods Paperbloc.

Das süße Matrosenmädel von Hänglar ist wieder mit der No-Lines Methode coloriert.

The cute sailor girl by Hänglar is again colored with the no lines technique.

Hinter das Mädel habe ich diesen Leuchtturm gesetzt und rund ausgestanzt. Der Stempel ist von Noor!Design und ich habe ihn mit Kreide etwas eingefärbt. Das ist dezenter als mit Copics und das Motiv passt trotzdem super auf den Tag ohne hart zu wirken.

Behind the girl I put this lighthouse and cut it out in a round shape. The stamp is by Noor!Design and I used chalks to add some color. It gives a soft touch of color but makes it fit onto the tag. Just black and white would have been too hard.

Oben hinter den Leuchtturm habe ich den Kompass gesteckt. Ich habe die embossten Stellen mit einem schwarzen Fineliner nachgezeichnet, den Kompass dann rot hinterlegt und in der Mitte ein Brad angebracht.

Behind the lighthouse I put the compass. I used a black Sharpie to re-draw the embossed lines, put some red cardstock behind it and used a brad in the middle.

Unten quer über den Tag zieht sich die Wellenbordüre. Darüber liegen dann etwas rote Spitze und ein Banner, auf das ich den Text gestempelt habe.

At the bottom of the tag there is the waves border. On top of it I placed some red lace and a banner on which I stamped the saying.

Schlittschuh-Karte

Heute darf ich wieder ein Werk auf dem Cards und More Shop Blog zeigen. Und diesmal habe ich wieder eine Karte nach der neusten SOL-Anleitung gemacht, die zwar schon Ende Oktober gezeigt wurde, aber der Winter kommt ja gerade erst. Und somit passt die Schlittschuh-Karte perfekt.

Today it's my turn to show a new creation over at the Cards und More Shop Blog. And for this post I once again followed the latest SOL tutorial which was posted end of october but winter is just arriving and so this ice skate card is perfect.

Grundlage der Karte ist die Ice Skate Card Art Schablone von Dutch Doobadoo. Ich habe den Schlittschuh mit dem perfekt passenden Papier aus dem Shabby Christmas Papierblock von Noor!Design überzogen, mit silbergrauem Schleifenband verschlossen und einen glitzernden Kristall mit eingearbeitet. Zwischen den beiden Schuhteilen habe ich Cheesecloth und den Eiskristall-Kreis gesetzt.

Das Motiv von Hänglar passt perfekt - auch von der Größe. Dahinter habe ich schneebedeckte Tannenbäume gepflanzt, ausgestanzt aus Papier aus dem Berry Sweet Papierblock. Aus dem ist auch der Winter-Schriftzug.

Base of this card is the Ice Skate Card Art stencil by Dutch Doobadoo. I covered the skate with the perfectly matching paper from the Shabby Christmas paperbloc by Noor!Design, closed with a silver-grey ribbon and added a glistening crystal here. Between those two ice skate parts I put some cheesecoth and the snowflake circle.

The image by Hanglar is the perfect match - also size wise. Behind her I planted some snowy trees, cut from paper from the Berry Sweet paperbloc. I used the same paper for the winter word die.

Der Ständer der Box ist ebenfalls mit Designpapier überzogen. Die Vorderkante habe ich mit kleinen Eiszapfen, etwas Schleifenband und einem Charm dekoriert.

The stand of the card is also covered with designer's paper. The front was decorated with a small icicles border, some ribbon and a charm.

Oben auf der Karte habe ich dann nochmal in die Vollen gegriffen. Auf etwas Cheesecloth habe ich die große Schneeflocke gesetzt, darauf dann Blumen, Eiskristall und ein mit Crackling Paint überzogener Tannenzapfen. Perlenstränge und Federn rundrum ergänzen das ganze.

On top of the stand I added more decorations. On top of some cheesecloth I sat a big snowflake and then some flowers, another crystal and a pinecone covered with Crackling Paint. Pearl straws and feather were used to finish this part up.

There's a new challenge at Cute Card Thursday. And this week we have come up with a sketch for you:

Nun, das Schuljahr neigt sich dem Ende entgegen und es heißt, von so manchem Lehrer Abschied zu nehmen. Meine Große hat Ihre Ausbildung zur Kinderpflegerin beendet und bevor es jetzt weiter auf die Fachakademie für Erzieherinnen geht, muss auch sie sich von Lehrern und den Erzieherinnen und Kindern in "ihrem" Kindergarten verabschieden. Und dies ist eine der Karten, die ich dafür gemacht habe.

Das Motiv ist von Hänglar und ich habe es mit Distress Markern coloriert. Meine eigenen sind leider immer noch nicht eingetroffen (ich hoffe, sie sind nicht auf dem Weg aus den USA verloren gegangen, denn immerhin sind sie schon 2 Monate unterwegs), aber ich durfte nochmal die Marker der lieben Helga benutzen. 

School year is nearly over here in our part of Germany and so it's time to say goodbye to some teachers. This is a card I made for my oldest's teacher.

The image is by Hanglar and I colored it with Distress Markers. I am still waiting for my own ones (hope they didn't lost during their way from the States because they are on their way since 2 months now) but I was able to use my friends' ones again.

"Punch drunk" is our new theme over at Cute Card Thursday - don't worry, you don't have to get drunk for this. Just use something punched.

Seit langer Zeit habe ich mal wieder ein Motiv von Hanglar verwendet. Das Matrosenmädchen paßt aber auch wunderbar zum Sommer. Ganz traditionell habe ich sie in blau und weiß coloriert und auch den Rest der Karte so gehalten.
Für den Kompass habe ich einen Stempel von Stampin Up verwendet, einen ausgestanzten Ring darüber gelegt und das ganze mit Glossy Accents aufgefüllt. Und auch die Anker-Stanze ist mal wieder zum Einsatz gekommen.

I used on of my Hanglar images on this one, haven't used them in ages. But this sailor girl is perfect for summer time. I went with the traditionell blue and white to color her in and also went on with these colors for the rest of my card.
For the compass I used a stamp by Stampin'Up, added a punched ring over it and filled the inner part with Glossy Accents. And I also used my ancor punch here again.

It's time for a new issue of Stempeleinmaleins. This week we show you how to make this double basket. And if you're in need for a last minute easter gift - it's fast and easy to make.

Ich habe hier seit langem mal wieder eines der süßen Motive von Hänglar benutzt. Ach, irgendwie hat man viel zu viele Stempel um allen gerecht zu werden...

Viel Deko braucht es für das Double Basket gar nicht, etwas Papier, ein Motiv und ein, zwei Blümchen reichen schon. Der Text ist von Stampin'Up.

Since a very long time I used one of the cute Hanglar images again. Well, I guess I have too many stamps to use them all as often as I should...

You don't need a lot of differente decorations for this double basket - some designer's paper, a stamped image and one or two flowers are enough. Saying is by Stampin'Up.

Hallo und schönen Samstag! Es ist wieder Stempeleinmaleins-Zeit und die Anleitung heute ist für diese Wiper Card. Der deutsche Name ist wohl Scheibenwischerkarte... Auf den ersten Blick ist es eine normale Karte, aber wenn man an den Seiten zieht... tada:

Oben klappt ein kleines Fähnchen aus der Karte, auf das ein Spruch, etwas Deko etc. angebracht werden kann.

At the top a little banner shows up where you can put on a sentiment, an embellishment etc.

Ich habe das süße Hänglar-Mädchen benutzt und den Text direkt auf das Herz gestempelt. Die Papiere sind von Magnolia und DCWV.

I used this cute little Hänglar girl and put the saying on the heart she´s holding up. Papers are by Magnolia and DCWV.

Kommunion die x-te

Hallo Ihr Lieben! Dies ist die gefühlt 100. Kommunionkarte die ich in den letzten Tagen gemacht habe, und die meisten waren auch noch für Jungs. Oh je, langsam gehen mir die Ideen aus. Da aber die Chance besteht, daß das selbe Kind mehrere Karten aus meiner "Werkstatt" bekommt sollen sie alle unterschiedlich sein. Und darum habe ich diesmal zu diesem Hänglar-Motiv gegriffen... Und im Hintergrund habe ich den süßen Rainbow and Clouds Stempel aus der neuen Magnolia Kollektion verwendet. Zuerst war ich mir nicht sicher, ob ich den je verwenden würde, aber ich habe ihn jetzt schon auf 2 Kommunionkarten benutzt....

Hello dear friends! It feels like this is the 100th kommunion card I made during the last days - and most of them were for boys. Well, I am getting short of ideas. But since there is a chance that one kid gets more than one card from my desk I want all of them be different. And so I picked this Hanglar image today... In the background I used the Rainbow and Clouds stamp from the new collection by Magnolia. I wasn´t sure if I´d ever use it but now I already used it on 2 communion cards....

Die aufgemalte Girlande hat mich total inspiriert - und ich fand, die Fähnchen passen prima zu den neuen Matrosen-Mädels von Hänglar.

The garland that´s included in the sketch really inspired me - and it matches so wonderfully with the new sailor images by Hänglar.

Metall und Spitze soll bei der Challenge von Timbroscrapmania verwendet werden.

At Timbroscrapmania they want us to use metal and lace.

Lovely Hänglar Only möchte, dass wir unseren Lieblingsstempel benutzen. Oh, diese Auswahl. Aber ich liebe Matrosenkleidung - meine Große "durfte" daher immer Matrosenkleider tragen. Und das, wo sie Kleider doch total haßt! Und auch ich selbst trage immer wieder mal, einfach so, ein Matrosenhemd....

The team at Lovely Hänglar Only wants us to use our favourite stamp. Oh well, this is so hard! But I love those sailor dresses - I dressed up my oldest with those cute sailor dresses when she was little. And this allthough she really hated dresses! And also I myself have several sailor shirts that I wear just for fun every know and then...

Hallo und herzlich willkommen zur heutigen Ausgabe des Stempeleinmaleins. Ostern steht vor der Tür und sicherlich gibt es auch bei Euch liebe Menschen, die mit einer Kleinigkeit überrascht werden sollen. Darum haben wir heute eine Anleitung für diese süßen Osterkörbchen.

Ich habe mein Körbchen als Mini gestaltet und dafür ein Quadrat von 4 1/8" (ca. 10,5 cm) verwendet. Und die Minis aus dem Oster-Set von Hänglar sind von der Größe her perfekt für die Dekoration. Der Text ist von Studio G.

I made my basket a mini version and used a square of 4 1/8" (approx. 10,5 cm). And the mini stamps from Hanglar´s easter set have the perfect size for those. Saying is by Studio G.

Monday, a new week beginns - and of course it beginns with a new challenge at Stamps&Fun=Creativity. Our new theme is "checked".

Ich habe einen der süßen neuen Hänglar-Osterhasen verwendet, der Korb mit Ostereiern ist mit 3D-Pads angebracht. Und die beiden karierten Papiere gefielen mir dazu sehr gut.

I used one of the cute new Hänglar easter bunny stamps, the basket of eggs is put on using dimensionals. And I loved those checked papers with the image and layout.

Ein Bingo-Spiel gibt es diesmal bei Just Magnolia. Wie beim richtigen Bingo sollen drei Dinge in einer Reihe - verikal, horizontal oder diagonal - benutzt werden. Ich habe mich für die Reihe von oben links nach schräg rechts unten, also Glitzersteine, Blumen und Band/Spitze entschieden.

A Bingo game is what they have for us this week at Just Magnolia. You have to pick 3 things in a row - vertically, horizontally or diagonally - and use them on your card. I picked the row from the top left corner to the bottom right so it´s gems, flowers and ribbon/lace.

Ostern soll es bei Stempelsonne sein.

Easter ist the theme at Stempelsonne.

Hallo und sonnigen Dienstag! Wie schon im Post geschrieben, gibt es heute mal eine Hänglar-Karte von mir.... Bei Lovely Hänglar Only gibt es nämlich seit Sonntag eine neue Challenge - das Thema ist die Farbvorgabe rot, weiß und grau/schwarz.

Eine Tag-Karte

Hallo und sonnigen Dienstag! Heute habe ich eine Hänglar-Karte, die ich Euch zeigen möchte. Und da bei A Spoon Full Of Sugar das Thema "tags" lautet, habe ich mal wieder eine Tag-Karte gemacht.

Hello and sunny tuesday! Today I have a Hänglar card to share with you. And since the theme over at A Spoon Full Of Sugar is "tags" I decided to make a tag card again.

Bei Copic Creations soll diesmal eine Farbkombi aus Komplementär-Farben gewählt werden - und es gibt ein tolles Farbrad, das die Entscheidung erleichtert. Ich habe mich für Powder Blue und Salmon/Rust entschieden.

At Copic Creations they want us to make a card using complementary colors - and they have a great color wheel posted to make the decision easier. I went with Powder Blue and Salmon/Rust.

Papertake Weekly macht es uns diesmal einfach mit dem Thema "anything goes".

Papertake Weekly has an easy challenge for us with the theme "anything goes".

Und bei Lovely Hänglar Only lautet die Aufgabe "Nähte". Da die Innen- und Außenseite meiner Karte zu sehen sind, habe ich mich für unechte Nähte entschieden.

And at Lovely Hänglar Only they want us to include stitches. Since the inside and outside of my card have to look nice I went with faux-stitching.
